In town to visit family. Comfortable hotel, fun view of Disneyland fireworks. Nice gym and pool. Bummer that parking was over $30/night!!! Makes the affordable price closer to other hotels. Nothing to walk to - shops, coffee, etc - but maybe to expected in the OC.

We love staying at this Sonesta location. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We love the size of the pool and hot tub. This trip, it wasn’t as clean as it usually is but we still enjoyed it.

There was another property next door with the same but was an 'ES'? looked for parking and went inside to find out it was next door. There was construction being done to main entrance so no sign on front door, had to enter through a Burger Restaurant. Parking was a little tight.

Front entrance was under construction. Like that the shuttle for Disney picks you right at the front. Rooms could use a deep clean and refresher. Dust came out of the AC vents. Overall, good for the price.

The hotel itself was beautiful, the room was nice and the bathroom was really good sized. The service was great as well. The only negative thing I have to say about it was that they had construction work going outside and starting at 8am there was a jackhammer right outside my window. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of my stay but it wasn’t too bad

Very pleasant stay. We booked the bunk bed room but found the top bunk wasn't safe enough for our 6 year old. For older kids it would be just fine. The pool is large and nice. The hot tub large as well. Little cloudy water in the hot tub but plenty of places to sit or lay by the pool. Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation so there is loud construction work by the pool. Staff very friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. Our particular room didn't have a fan so the bathroom had some mold spots and nothing dried in there. All in all good hotel for the price. I would stay again. Restaurant looks great but didn't try it out. Plenty of parking however parking expensive overnight.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was a issue. No where to park, other people that didnt stay at property parked there to take the bus to disneyland so there wasnt parking for those of us who stayed at Hotel and paid to parking.

DIRTY and BUGS. I got bugs bite all over my legs from bed as other reviewers mentioned they saw blood stain in bed and got bugs bites . Im disappointed as I had good vibe with staffs but NOT GOOD HYGIENE hotel. Faucet sink looked moldy , window is full of dirt and spider webs.

The room was okay. Although I knew it was a cheaper “3-star” property, I didn’t expect the uncleanliness. The shower has some hair on the wall that wasn’t properly cleaned. To top it off, one morning there was a baby cockroach in the bathroom. I won’t ever stay here again. I would rather pay more and be more comfortable.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything and anything. Our neighbor had a dog that barked all night, the hotel was ok but can use some updates. There was mold on the shower ceiling and the walls around the room were dirty like something had spilled and never cleaned up.

Toilet wasn’t working had to come down and fix, room was still dirty, showers and floor had hair throughout. Came home around 12am ready to sleep. Sadly when pull covers back found bodily fluids and hair on sheets. Along with all this room had stale stench. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here

The hotel is generally nice and clean with warm front desk staff. I stayed two nights on June 7 and 8. The bedding was cleaned but still had dried stain mark in first double room. On second night, I booked a King bed room. I came back late around midnight and found out the shower water drainage on the floor was partially clogged. Called front SVC about 8 am and was told to send someone to fix it, but never came before I checked out at 11am.

This is NOT a deluxe hotel. When I checked into my room I found that both beds had dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. I requested a change in room and they told me it wasn’t possible but that they would send someone to change all the linens. The hotel being only a 7 minute drive from Downtown Disney, we figured to go while they changed the sheets. This is at 1 pm. We arrive back at the hotel after 4 hours making it 5:30 pm and find that the sheets still have not been changed. They finally send someone after 30 minutes after calling for the second time. It was very uncomfortable as we had to stay in the room while the linens were being changed but we had no other choice. I gave them a 4 and a half hour window for this to be done. This put us late for our dinner reservation as we had to wait. But it doesn’t end there. I go to shower and thankfully I checked the towels and of course a stain on it. I reported it to the front desk but they were not helpful at all or accommodating. They just said they would send up more towels. No apologies or anything. Please do yourself a favor and never stay here.

Second visit in a row that our room has been dirty. Linens stained, hair on the bed, pillow cases, and bathroom counter. The shower had black mold, pink bacteria and was visibly soiled. Counters and bedside table had crumbs. We let the front desk know both times of the dirty room, and asked for fresh linens and said linens/towels were not available in the evening/night. We showed them pictures of the room being soiled and told us to email them regarding it. No actual solution. Our toilet got clogged the first morning we were there, it overfilled and spilled onto the floor. We let front desk know immediately and they sent maintenance to unclog the toilet.Requested house keeping that never showed up to clean the bathroom. Came back to our room to our surprise it was still soiled with toilet water and feces. We let the front desk know, they said house keeping isn’t available at night to clean it and offered to give us towels to soak up the water ourselves. My husband told them it is unacceptable that we needed a new room and only then after he asked they said yes. The “New” room we got was just as dirty as the first. Walls were visibly dirty, much more mold in the bathroom and bathroom floor. The black mold from the floor would come lose while in the shower. Hair on the bathroom counter and stained pillows. Room odor of cigarettes and mold. Very inconvenient, and unprofessional to be on vacation as a family with two young kids and having to clean up our room ourselves.

I stayed at the Sonesta Anaheim Resort Area (room 209) for a Disneyland weekend on November 22–23, 2025. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Front desk staff were really nice. Room was nice and spacious. However, the bunk beds didn't work for our young kids as there's not a lot of guards for the top bunk. The bathroom didn't have an operational fan, which means there is mold in the bathroom. Outside of that though, the room is pretty clean and the bed was just fine. The pool is nice and large and plenty of towels by the pool. The hot tub was dirty with leaves and cloudy water, although it is nice and large as well. Unfortunately, while we were staying there was construction at the hotel so there was loud banging and construction vehicles while trying to enjoy the pool facilities. All in all happy with the stay for a reasonable price in the area. Would consider this property again when I am in the area next.

We booked the hotel weeks a week in advance, the day of I called and they said we were good to go. I checked in and they gave me the key and said I was good to go. I stepped out the lobby and later back in and they said, “Oh I forgot to tell you, you do not have the room you booked, we were overbooked.” They were not able to make any accommodations whatsoever except waive my parking fee and my friend had to sleep on a seat. The hotel itself is fine and honestly the staff were kind it’s just, according to staff, the hotel is always overbooked. Please go to a different hotel or at least verify you will have the room you requested.

Original when I checked in they told me i had a $15 credit for breakfast, i stated no i was charged $33 at time of booking to cover my breakfast. the guy brushed me off didn’t tell me checkout time and only gave me 1 key. called hotels.com they said hotel said they would comp me the 33 but when i went to breakfast i was only comped 30. then to top it off when i went to check out i was waiting in line at the counter a couple walked over from the elevator and a worker came asked if he could help them as he proceeded to check them out before me who had been standing there for 10 minutes already. They had horrible customer service and honestly we always stay at sonesta hotels but will not book this hotel again. I should have gave it a lower score. I also forgot to state that there was construction onsite which was not disclosed at time of booking so i also got a 7 o’clock wake up call by the pounding of a jack hammer.

The standout part of my stay was definitely the service from the staff, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Specific shoutout to the manager working the morning of July 28, who helped me get ice for my cooler! He didn’t have to do that but it was very sweet that he did!

Check-in May 23, 2025 at 4:00pm Check-out May 24, 2025 at 11:00am I rented two rooms for my son's graduation at Chapman. The only terrible thing was the staff. Michelle greeted us. Terrible experience. Grumpy, poor judgment. At checkout, we complained to the front desk, and someone nearby even made the same comment. I would go back, but if I saw that person again, I'd walk out, even if I lost my money.

Was only there for one night but Ichel and Jimmy were outstanding with their customer service and attention to detail. They definitely need to be recognized for their outstanding customer service skills. The place was quiet clean and the price point was very fair. I think I found my new favorite hotel when I come visit Anaheim.

Upset about the staff not keeping up with cleanliness when we first arrived the guest service rep tall white male really rude and not very friendly. Upsetting because I would ask questions and he didn’t help with them. Also he seemed like he knew nothing. We stayed 3 nights and they didn’t clean the room once.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They put all four of our parties on the same floor when asked. Always had a smile and kind word, very helpful with questions . Our flight was canceled due to weather and they made sure we could stay in the same room. The staff at the on sight restaurant were also wonderful. Food was great. My mother had a small problem with the bathroom and they fixed it asap. Well kept and very clean. Cant say enough about the staff. I would stay here again everytime. I wish parking were cheaper but it seems to be standard everywhere these days. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

This hotel was ok . Bus system was useful. The room was very small and no microwave which we would have liked . Had to ask for towels and items that were gone out of the room. Hair in the sink when we checked in . Doors of the rooms were very loud and could hear other rooms ( we had loud adults yelling all night ). Overall it was ok but would not stay again.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel!!! It was clean, quiet and perfect for our two night family stay. The bathroom (shower) was a little awkward, but other than that it was great. The restaurant downstairs had great food, and the staff of the hotel was super friendly and accommodating. We now know where we will stay next time we go to Disney!

We stayed her twice during our 2 week trip to California. We had booked one five nights stay and then decided to stay here again for one night when passing through the area. The dining options were minimal. There is only one restaurant and it is open for limited days and hours. The proximity to shopping, restaurants and Disneyland is good. A short drive or Uber ride away. The staff was excellent and made our stay most enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The cleaning could use a little improvement. We moved some furniture around to fit a cot in the room, and it was quite dirty under the furniture. There is only one restaurant and it’s not always open (Limited days and hours). Overall great place to stay. We stayed there twice during our two week vacation to California.

I liked everything about the hotel, especially the location. We chose not to rent a car because I’m not a fan of driving in cities. Uber or Lyft to anywhere we needed to go was $6-12 each way, and was wayyyy cheaper and was less hassle than a rental car. The staff at the hotel is super friendly, and the the Burger Place restaurant in the hotel is super delish and has huge portions.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary cucumber/lemon water and the hot mulled cider provided for guest in the lobby each day and night. At check-in the front desk staff were very accommodating and made sure our whole family was together on the same floor. Very prompt service if you needed anything i.e. The coffee maker in our room was not working properly, i phoned down to the front desk and they sent someone up with a new one within half an hour. Great service! The restaurant next to the hotel was very convenient, had a variety of food choices, along with a sports bar to sit and have a drink late at night. The breakfast bar in the morning located in the hotel lobby opened at 6am and served great coffee and other healthy choices of food. Transportation to and from Disneyland via the shuttle bus was very easy, right out front of the lobby and dropped us off close to the Disney security check point. The shuttle bus passes were good for all day, this was really convenient to go back and forth from Disney to the hotel. Hotel was also close enough to walk to Disneyland if you did not want to ride the shuttle and get in some extra Miles/KMs We really enjoyed our stay while visiting Anaheim and Disneyland with the family and would stay here again.

The tv wasn’t working but they came in and fixed it. The only other issue was getting a little bit more guidance on the shuttle application to get transportation to Disney. The hotel was a great stay. The Burger Place was great. Great Hamburgers
