A very family friendly place to stay. Other than having limited space for clothing, everything else was excellent!

Stayed 2 nights

I really wanted to give this hotel 5stars all around. I got to the hotel around 330pm and was told by 4 my suite would be ready. Come 4 it still wasn't ready. I finally got my room at 5pm. My son and I had to wait in the lobby that entire time. My parking was comped for both nights but man that sucked. I booked this specific hotel so that my son and my friends kids who joined our staycation could enjoy the water park and pool. I could not use the pool or put my feet in the jacuzzi because the water was soooo dirty. Smelled of pee and heavy chlorine (chlorine- which activates the smell when pee is present). I'm 29 weeks pregnant and really wanted to lounge out and get in the pool. It was not possible. So I did not have the best time. The kids had an okay time but did not enjoy the smell of pee water and basically sucked it up and tried to have fun. The king bed was really comfy and the kids liked the bunked beds. I had the room with 3 kids beds. The bottom trundle moves without breaks. There's a mirror in the room facing the bed with hooks for hanging things but it was broken when we got there. Very hard to work the shower and the water is extremely hot. While taking my shower the water pressure would fluctuate between going off to coming back on. I think because of many ppl using the water same time. We had good wristbands where I should've got 20% off food at their bar but I realized I did not get it even though I mentioned it. No outside food at the pool.

Stayed 4 nights

This was our first time staying here and we enjoyed it so much. The only issue we had to deal with was our keys not working right, so we had to swap keys twice which was annoying but the staff was very nice and fixed it right away for us. The beds were comfortable. The suite was clean. Breakfast was great. The pool and slides were fantastic. And it was close to everything we wanted to do. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel has lots of great amenities but would probably not stay again. Biggest issue was the thin walls. We could hear the people below us, above us, and people in the rooms next to us. Had to knock on doors to ask people to quiet down at 1 am every single night. Lots of security but it was mainly young kids that didn’t do much. The staff wasn’t much help either, they lied to us about early check-in.

Stayed 3 nights

Our family enjoyed Ed our stay at Anaheim Resort. Facilities were clean and serviceable. The only thing I thought was strange was when I was informed by staff that housekeeping only cleans rooms every other day, this process doesn’t make sense to me. As a family staying in the same suite, at minimum, we needed our towels exchanged out which was a call I needed to make after returning back to our room with unmade beds from being a Disneyland the past 15 hours. I just wanted to shower and go to bed not have to wait for housekeeping to deliver towels, half an hour later. The kids loved the pool and the waterslides, which made our stay that much more exciting when we weren’t at the amusement parks. Well, we appreciated the free breakfast. Quality of the items could’ve been slightly elevated. The eggs used were powdered eggs and they weren’t replenishing food quickly enough for the hungry tourists staying at the resort. Now I know what the expectations are, I would stay here again for the cleanliness and for the pool amenities.
