We were very happy with our stay here for our family trip to Disneyland. It wasn’t as close as we would have liked (our fault because of last minute booking) we had two scooters in our group and was an easy walk more like 20 minutes but the beauty and accommodations was well worth it. Staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Great Mexican option in the food court, family said the hamburgers were good as well. The splash area for the kids was a hit, great pool area with plenty of areas for us to relax as a family before & after time in the parks. The hot tubs were always full so never got to use unfortunately. The suite we had was perfect for us to hangout as a family. Beds were A++.

The property was the best kept in the area. I was very convenient and walking distance to most everything. The only drawback was the high cost of the food services in the hotel. The gym and pool were very nice as well.

Very nice hotel but it felt like they nickeled and dimed for everything. For example, the bottles of water in the room were $5 each. A lot of other hotels, including the Marriot next door (where we used the outdoor pool since the Hilton's was under renovation) offer free bottled water to guests. They also wanted to charge us an early check-in fee even though our room was ready & it was only an hour before the official check-in time. They ended up "waiving" the fee which was nice but really, why was it even brought up in the first place? Hilton Honors rewards program essentially means nothing except for free wifi. Yay, I guess? All and all, we enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were nice but nothing exceptional.

Front desk staff was not good. Was surprised for a Hilton property. Really made things difficult, when a solution oriented mind frame, or at least a better attitude explaining would have done the job. Not impressed. They also were doing some construction at the time. No outdoor pool/jacuzzi due to renovations ( would have been nice to know that before heading down there in swimwear) again front desk updating would have solved.

The room was in okay condition. The beds were very lumpy and the sheets underneath had deceased fly wings scattered all on top.(yes, I do check all layers of sheets on the bed due to bed bug checking). Drinking Glasses were lined outside of my door for 2 days without pickup- some were still filled. I understand staffing issues may be at play here but considering the Hilton brand, I thought it would decent.

When I requested another, after waiting a while (it was later in the evening) I cancelled it because it took too long. My daughter-in-law went to the Starbucks with just five people in front of her, it took a half hour before she was waited on. Otherwise, a beautiful hotel and extremely comfortable beds

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable, leaving it muggy, and the water pressure was extremely low. I understand the eco-friendly approach, but no one wants weak water pressure while on vacation. Lastly, the $40-per-night parking fee is excessive—especially with no discount for hotel guests—when nearby hotels offer parking at nearly half the price. Save your money and go somewhere else.

If you’re looking for a hotel where the parking situation is a full-contact sport, congratulations—you’ve found your match. The parking key card system is basically a decorative piece of plastic, the valet staff treats every car like it’s a riddle wrapped in a mystery, and the garage elevators are mostly just there for show. Once you finally make it to your room (Olympic-level patience required), you’ll find a large, relatively nice space—perfect for enjoying the late-night soundtrack of screaming children bleeding through the walls. Five stars for chaos, one star for actual relaxation.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my room at the Hilton. Very spacious, clean, appears to be recently renovated, bathroom and shower were nice, and they did not skimp on the towels - appreciated! The only thing I would caution for anyone visiting the hotel during the "high season" is that it's crazy busy and the lobby is super busy as well. Of course there will be lots of kids and families, but I appreciated that they gave me a room at the very end of a corridor, so my stay was quiet enough.

The room was beautiful however the walls are really thin you could hear everything your neighbors did or said. The hot water in the shower was barely warm yet the sink was so hot it could burn you. Staff was super friendly and check in was smooth and fast.

A room close to the elevator was requested and after waiting 2 hour the rrom assigned was the last room farthest away from the elevator. Rooom change was requested and granted. Assigned to 14th flr newly renovated and we had to leave the shower on 10 minutes before hot water was avaiable everyday. There an existing hold in the shower roof which appears to be an old pipe which should be covered up.

Good location for walking to Disney parks. Room wall paper was lifting in spots (large air bubbles), hot water didn’t work in the evening it took a few hours to warm up so we were unable to shower when we wanted and had to try again later. There was garbage in the hall that was not picked up for the duration of our stay and every day we walked past the same garbage. It was a container lid to a take out ketchup that was smeared a little on the carpet. The house keepers did okay, the first 2 nights they didn’t change the bed sheets they just made up the bed. Our last night the linens were fresh clean and up to our expectations. Towels were restocked daily. The main pool was under renovations so there was loud noises, we weren’t aware of this upon booking. Although they do offer another pool to use it is on the other side of the property and wasn’t the one we expected to use. The rooms are a little outdated and the pictures we seen online aren’t really like the rooms unfortunately. The food service was good, there are several places to eat within the hotel and room service is convenient. The location is within walking distance as well to other restaurants. Overall our stay was a 3/5 due to pool Reno’s, and room not looking like we expected. Thought this hotel was a little more fancy than what we experienced.

The bed was comfortable. The pillows were flat for me. If you like feather pillows that squish down to nothing when you lay on them then you might like it. The shower was very good. I like the spray, the fact that you can change the setting, and that it comes off the wall. The bathroom was VERY very small. The room itself was good size for one or two people. We had a room with a king bed and a chaise.

The Hilton is a nice hotel. But they are terrible communicators. It was nice that they checked us in early for a fee but failed to say anything to us about the construction on the floor they gave us. My wife has a bad hip and at times struggles To walk but our walk to our room took us around the entire circumference the hotel.Several times My wife was in pain and had to walk this route. When I said something to the staff the response was “sorry those are the rooms we had”. I would have chosen to go elsewhere Then they closed their lounge. Was there any notice sent to the customers? Judging from what I was told the answer is NO. As I said the hotel is a Nice property but the customer service lacks tremendously. I would not stay here again without changes in how they operate

I recently stayed 5 nights at this hotel and was very disappointed. At checkout, I was charged $400 for incidentals, which turned out to be an early check-in fee. This was never mentioned at booking or check-in, completely unacceptable and misleading. The lobby is a nice, quiet place to work, but I was constantly interrupted by staff pushing a Hilton Rewards credit card. Even after repeatedly declining and explaining I was in meetings, they continued to approach me multiple times a day. It felt intrusive and unprofessional. My room’s AC didn’t work properly and blew warm air the entire stay. I requested a room change, but none was offered. For the price I paid over $900, I expected basic comfort, which wasn’t delivered. Other than the location, this hotel offers very little value. The experience did not reflect the standards I associate with the Hilton brand. I won’t be staying here again.

nice property, clean and modern. The pool was being renovated while we were there so our room was upgraded to a higher floor due to construction. A few blocks away from Disneyland which is perfect. Woke up and got starbucks from the lobby and then walked over to the park. Staff were friendly and helpful. We forgot some important documentation in our room safe. Staff had it sent out by Fedex to us within the hour. Very grateful for their fast and efficient service.

Friendly and attentive team from checking in to waitress at the restaurant bar who went above to get my daughter a banana split which wasn’t on the menu!!! Very cool bar and lobby looks great after renovations! Easy walk to Disney too, second time staying here and will definitely stay again!

Overall, our stay at the Hilton Anaheim was great for our trip to Disneyland. It was a 20 minute walk from the parks so we were able to grab a Starbucks from the hotel lobby and then head to the park in time for rope-drop. The only reason I am only giving a 4-star rating is because there was a lingering smell of cigarettes that came into our room through the vent syst

Hilton Hotels are always over and above and Hilton Aneheim did not disappoint. Excellent customer service. Very clean and friendly. Close to Disney and hotel has options ie Resturant, gift shop, Starbucks inside hotel which is a plus. Restaurant Poppy was also outstanding.

Very nice atmosphere and the room was of very good quality but the only issue I came across was the fact that one of the towels I used to dry myself off had a noticeable brown/dark red spot/stain on it. I had to quickly use one of the other towels when I saw it. Also the website had mentioned something about a breakfast buffet that I was looking forward to, but when I went there was no such thing, I was told so by the staff. So I'd hope they would update that to be honest on their listing.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are nice and bed was excellent! Prices in lobby stores were too expensive- walked over to CVS nearby for extras Pool was under construction so no “pool view”. They still have a small pool and jacuzzi in lower Lobby indoors. Parking is $36 a day and shuttle service is $6 a day. I just Uber to Disneyland for 6.50. But it’s only a 1 mile walk if you can. Restaurant in lobby is AMAZING!

Stayed there for a medical conference at the convention center. It was extremely convenient. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and service was very good. The bar was good but as expected pricy. The restaurants were somewhat mediocre for a supposedly high end restaurant. Eat somewhere else. Overall convenience trumped everything.

Our entire day of rest during our stay was spent listening to the fire alarm go off with an occasional “not an emergency” alert. After 3 hours straight, we finally decided listening to that at the bar so maybe we could drown it out would be better. While waiting for any service at all, the desire for drinks faded watching the fruit flies inhabit the garnishes on the bar top. The decision to skip the bar was easy with that, so off to Callas. Anything but the alarm needlessly going off over our heads in the small room. As much of a surprise as the sun rising every morning, I watched fruit flies circle for the entire meal. Far from clean, and far from relaxing.

The originally booked a king room and got 2 queen bed. When i asked the front desk said it's because i checked in late and they weren't sure if i was coming. Then I asked the front desk if i can upgrade they said that they don't have any other availability. The bathroom is so small the shower and the toilet feels like it's on top of each other. I got dirty towels. Then yesterday night after a long day at Disneyland i tried to go up to the room and my key would not let me go up to my floor luckily another guest used their card. The key works for the room but not for the elevator. Then I was going to order room service but i guess i was too late so i ended up doordashing which is fine. I went down to pickup the food and then went to go talk to the front desk about my key and they said that they cant do anything because i do not have my ID. I said its in my room Then i had to wait for hotel security to escort me back to up to my room they made a new key and when he used it in the elevator it worked but then this morning it did not work again. So again after my long day at disney i have to go back to front desk and deal with this again. I usually book eoth Hyatt and Marriot i thought that hilton was in the same tier as them but i guess i was wrong my experience was terrible and put me in a bad mood my whole trip i am very disappointed in this stay
