I was very unsatisfied of the fact that the slide was closed didn't even receive notification on an email or via text. Don't appreciate the lack of communication between Disney and the customer. We booked this hotel trip specifically because my son wanted the full experience with the water slide.

Some special Disney touches and rooms were clean, but it is definitely dated for the cost of the room. The slides in the pool were being repaired during our visit which was a bummer, but they did offer access to other hotel pools if we wanted them. The walls of the rooms are really thin, but it didn't effect our sleep. Love the location and the ease of getting to downtown Disney and into the parks.

We immediately felt well prioritized. As soon as you walk through the front doors, someone greeted us and helped us to get checked in. Pool was so fun for our 3 year old & at sometimes they had more lifeguards than children present. So close to downtown disney & the park intself. Room service was also lovely. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

We love the Disneyland Hotel and always enjoy our stay there. Its a very clean and open property and very well kept. We enjoy using the pool and waterslides and dining on site and in Downtown Disney.

The convenience of having the amusement park walking distance was wonderful for families. We enjoyed the pool area, was pleased to find out the water was heated. Staff was very very friendly, and the hotel lobby smells so good! I wish they sold their scents!

Property was beautiful and a 10 minute walk to the parks through downtown, but there wasn’t much to do on the property. Pools and slides were better than Pixar and California as we went to both to check. We have been to Aulani in Hawaii and they had so much to do all day. Shows, activities for the kids and their pools were the best ever. Excepted more for what we paid but overall it wasn’t bad, definitely a one and done though.

One of the pools and both waterslides were under construction during this visit so hotel guests were all crammed into two pools. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was for the pools and waterslides.

Love the landscaping, location and the pool. The staff is always awesome! This is the second time we have stayed at Disney Hotel and my only complaint are the showers. Very little water pressure, difficult knobs and random extreme temperature changes.

The Hotel is nice and convenient, but our room is poor, and the sink smells of sewers. I called the desk, and the only thing that Engineering did was they just poor chemicals in the sink, but it didn't help the smell. Our room smells of sewer.

It was an amazing stay! The staff was always helpful. The whole property (guest rooms, common areas/lobby, restrooms, etc.) was clean and well-maintained. We went to the park, then the pool and the park again all day and next day!

We had a great stay. Went at a busy time of year, and experienced universally friendly staff and good service. Quiet and comfortable rooms. A few notes: If you have a kid in a stroller the monorail is basically zero benefit because the stroller must be folded up all the way. This meant we didn't use it because it's a pain to take everything out and get it into the train. Also, the security line for Downtown Disney (which you must enter first before going into monorail or the parks from the hotel) can be long and doesn't open until 7am, so forget grabbing something from Starbucks early! Also, the hotel DOES NOT provide microwaves except for 'medical emergencies' so don't plan on getting one. But we loved the pool -- which was the main draw for staying there-- and the closeness and immersiveness the hotel provided.

I love it here so much. The staff are excellent, top notch, and always worth coming back for. The noise bleed between rooms is the only issue and if you don't have kids, bring ear plugs. Otherwise - very comfortable, amazing hotel and every staff interaction a delight.

Our stay at the Disneyland Hotel was nothing short of magical! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with smiles and exceptional service. The hotel captures the charm and nostalgia of Disney with beautiful decor, friendly staff, and delightful little touches everywhere that make you feel like you’re part of the magic. The rooms were spacious, beautifully themed, and incredibly comfortable. We loved the nods to classic Disney, like the light-up Sleeping Beauty Castle headboard. The beds were cozy, and after a long day at the parks, it felt wonderful to come back to such a relaxing, fun space. The amenities were fantastic, too. The pool area is a mini-resort all on its own, with themed slides and plenty of lounge chairs. The dining options are varied and delicious. Goofy’s Kitchen was a highlight, with character dining that our whole family enjoyed. One of the best parts about staying at the Disneyland Hotel is its proximity to the parks. The short walk to Disneyland and California Adventure made it easy to take breaks and go back to the hotel when we needed a rest. Overall, if you’re looking for a truly immersive Disney experience with comfort, convenience, and fantastic service, the Disneyland Hotel is worth every penny.

Great location for Disneyland, but the rooms are dated (need to be re-done), moderately clean, but have almost zero amenities, especially for the cost of the hotel. The room is equivalent to maybe a $250/night hotel anywhere else.

Well, first of all you know if you're staying on the Disney hotel, you know you're gonna be paying premium so we did expecting you know it's a vacation to remember, but sure we did remember he needs more attention room rooms look too simple for being Disney. There's literally nothing, they can tell I was in a Disney and it's more more Disney magic I would not waste my money in this hotel again

Great hotel, just not enough outlets by the bed. None in the lamps or anywhere near the bed. Had to plug phones in across the room. Also tiny tiny trashcans with no liners. Not great for baby diapers.

Staff is friendly but they are so busy and under staffed that they take so long to answer calls and to help customers. I waited so long for my room and when I finally was given the key card it did not open my room door took 45 minutes to get my new key card and that took away from the Theme park .

Staying at the Disneyland hotel is always comforting. From the friendly staff at the front desk to the smell of home inside of the Frontier Tower. We enjoy walking along the green paths with the breeze blowing in the background. The in-room dining is surprisingly good with quite a few options. It is also conveniently located next to the Downtown Disney District where you can explore other shopping and dining options.

Everything about our stay at the Disneyland Hotel was excellent. The service was top notch and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the lobby always had a fresh clean look and smell no matter the time of day. It is also conveniently located near downtown disney and the monorail which takes you right into tomorrowland. We cut off alot of time and crowd by using the monorail during early entry. We loved it all and can't wait to stay again.

There was a line at check in when we fot to the property, but the staff were so efficient and friendly we waited a total of 3 or 4 minutes. We had a lady helping us on a tablet then walked us to a front desk team member and not only was check in fast but we were checked in early at no additional cost. The team also surprised us with buttons for our wedding anniversary celebration. Amazing experience all around.

Took forever to check-in. It was well after 3:30 before we received our room. We did let them know we had arrived at 1. Proceeded to have lunch in the restaurant hoping the room would be ready when we were done.

The monorail was close by and that took us straight into Tomorrowland. This was super convenient. Room service was good. Fantasia shop allowed us to buy magic bands and get them setup and charged the night before. I feel like using these saved some of my phone life. Frontier tower did not have any shops inside but it was nice and quiet. We loved being close and able to leave midday for a break and come back for the night fun.

Loved staying here! We went for my daughter’s birthday and they were so amazing when we checked in. After staying here I don’t think I can stay off property now. It’s just so convenient being so close to the parks! And getting the early access helped us be able to ride a few rides before it got too busy

The room itself was fine, a little dated, but clean and comfortable. It's a pretty long walk to Disneyland and DCA and the monorail was closed most of the day. The main entrance was blocked for construction so you had to walk around even farther. The splash pad was just a few little fountains, which was disappointing. Overall, not really worth the high price.

Everything was great except there is no food just available. You either mobile order to dinner around 2-3pm and it’s 7-10pm pick. Not much food selection at hotel. Downtown Disney is under construction so long wait for food anytime and same issue with mobile order and reservations. Unless you book a weeks in advanced

Pool area was not completely open. Water slides were closed and didn’t know when booked. Pool is aged, needs some repairs- maybe offer discounted price until repairs are completed? Good options are limited on site- the restaurants are open to public so fills up quick and if you don’t have a reservation- you will have to end up getting food to go. I wish they made more restaurants on site for hotel guests only. Also, more food options. Room service had good options but there was no other restaurant around which offered those options for sitting down with a meal. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Spent our time at the pool- and ate all our meals there. Which was just ok. Not great. I wish the resort had more activities for the kids- offered at the hotel, besides the pool.

Dinning room service was TERRIBLE, we had to wait for 2 hrs (ordered 8 pm) and each time I was calling them they would give the same response : 30 min only, but it took us 2 hrs waiting even when I called them at 10 pm they said if you want you can cancel it because we are short staff!!! on the weekend and short staffing?!!!
