Alpine Inn near Convention Center and the Park

Parking is free but the parking lot is small. If there are no more parking spaces they have cones to put around your car. The water pressure was amazing and water stayed warm for over 15 minutes. Room and bathroom where clean. House keeping cleans the rooms late in the day. My family liles to take a break around 1 to swim and relax and house keeping was cleaning the room during that time. Its about 10 to 15 minute walk deepending on your walk speed to the front gate of disneyland. Its right across the street from the convention center. Check in and out was extremely easy. Front staff are extremely friendly. They have free ice water, teas and coffee for the guest. No comp

Super close to Disneyland. Room was small but very clean. If you just need a place to sleep during your visit to Disneyland and you’d like to walk in/out of Disney then this place works well. Nice that they have coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby in the morning. Was also able to do a load of laundry. Bring $5 cash to run a load.

The room was clean and in good condition. The refrigerator worked so good. The air conditioners were great the room was nice and cool when we checked in. The only thing id say that was a little bothersome was the parking. The spaces are so close together. Its not bigger vehicle friendly in my opinion. Other than that our 2 night stay was super . Its close to the parks. We walked to and from and felt safe doing so.

The older man at the reception, was kind enough to help us with our luggage. Coffee and tea in the morning, free of charge. Alarm clock with cell phone charger. And a phone on the night table!!!! You don’t see those in a lot of hotels now on days. 15 minutes walk to Disneyland, Disney California Adventure and Downtown Disney. Small pool with a few lounges. Lot of restaurants, CVS, Walgreens all steps away. Love this little hotel. That’s all we needed for our trip to Disneyland. Just perfect.

A cute little Disney hotel! Overall really nice. You’re right behind Cars Land in Disney California Adventure. You do hear a little bit of that ride but not too much! You also hear the fireworks but they’re not that loud. It’s a quiet hotel. If anything, you’ll hear the cars on the street go by. Super clean. The parking is small and fills up quickly. Walking distance to the parks. Took my family about 15 minutes to walk.

Close enough to the park about .6 miles. Free parking is a plus. The showers were hot and had great pressure and the beds were comfortable.

Staff was pleasant, but the manager is very rude. No breakfast, price is not worth it for a 15 minute walk when you can find better hotels closer. Will not let you keep your car there after checking out to go spend some time at Disneyland. Very limited parking and not enough spaces for how many rooms they have

Overall very mixed review. Super close walk to the park. Precheck in made it so easy and the availability to park on site early was amazing. However the beds were super uncomfortable and i woke up covered in multiple bites. I did not see anything on matress or sheets. When we brought it up to the front desk we were given attitude. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again

We always stay at Alpine Inn when visiting Disneyland. The parking is free but small lot. The room is always clean but smells too much like bleach. Beds are comfy. Noise is low. Overall good stay.

Very clean! Surprisingly wasn’t too noisy but could be tired from the park days. It was a very short walk. Approximately 10 minutes to the main gate.

Clean room with daily cleaning. Loved having the separate room for kids and adults. Parking was a little tight but nice that it was free. Quick and easy walk to the park.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels, easy parking, close to Disney and a great price. Plus the front desk staff were so welcoming and accommodating.

Everyone was great. From the hotel receptionist to the cleaners. Always a smile. Room was clean. The only negative was we were on the bottom floor and the upstairs room was very noisy but it’s to be expected being on the bottom. Also the water in the showers never got hot. Lukewarm was the best we got. Other than that we loved it. Perfect distance to Disneyland.

We had a great stay at Alpine Inn. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Everything was very clean, not noisy at all. This was just what we needed for our Disneyland trip and being in the Parks from open to close. This was no frills, just a nice clean room, with a comfortable bed.

AC was effective but loud. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Parking was efficient.

Pros: Friendly staff, well kept grounds, nice bed and pillows, clean room. Cons: Can hear the people talking in the room next door (thin walls), lots of traffic noise which I’ve found is typical for the area

Beds werent very comfortable and the a/c didnt work very well. So much so that even after 12 hours of being set at the lowest setting (66 degrees) with nobody in our room, when we came back at night it was still warmer in the room then it was outside. Great location for Disneyland and places to eat and the staff was friendly.

The updated rooms are nice. Parking is included but tight. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for second floor (but no elevators)-the buffalos seem to get up early. You’re right up against cars land at DCA but you don’t hear it. Pool looked nice. Good basic room close to parks and convention center.

No AC/Heating in the room, at least not that we could find. Staff was great and very friendly and accommodating. Parking was good, felt very safe anout it.

Let me start by saying we got to the hotel around 11:00 pm. There was no parking I mean 1 that was outside the parking lot of the hotel on the street which I refused to park. The person at the front desk was smoking in his car and I let him know so he moved his car and let me park in his “spot” which was not a spot but safer in front of the office rather than on the street. We get in the room and the A/C was not on (keep in mind this is during a heat wave and we were on the 2nd floor and they have no elevator). I am a single mom my daughter is 1, thankfully I had my mom w me so she could watch the baby while I took things up and down. When I go to take a shower you can’t turn the water on, while we called the front several times I gave up and got ready for bed without a shower. I called 1 last time 30 mins later and he finally picked up and said oh you have to pull then turn for the shower to work. By then we had already booked another room for the following night. The next morning my mother went in to tell them we weren’t staying bc we didn’t feel safe to which the response was ok you need to go to Expedia to get a refund for the night. Needless to say the reason we will never stay here is lack of parking and care for customer service. I will say they sent a text asking about our stay which my mother replied and they responded saying they issued a refund. It’s so sad the only decent communication we got was after we left.

The staff let me check in an hour early and drew me a map of the area. My sister and her family are also staying at the same hotel, and they made sure our rooms were close by.

Staff was amazing. We had some stress on the day we arrived but they made everything easy and efficient to get us on our way.

We stayed one night. The property is impeccable and a tremendous value for the price. The room and the bathroom were clean, in good working order, and well-maintained. The front desk person had excellent customer service skills, was very friendly upon check in, and super helpful with our questions. Highly recommend!

First night our a/c was extremely loud, and smoke detector went off twice. We notified office next morning that day they had replaced the a/c unit and fixed the smoke alarm! They had a great response time for our concerns and were very apologetic for the lack of sleep we got the night before. A free night would have been great for the extreme lack of sleep and inconvenience, but also we did not ask.

I was always greeted by someone every single time I came back from the Disney parks. I loved how accommodating they were when I gave them a call after booking my stay here, as I wasn't going to arrive until midnight, and they understood. I will be booking with Alpine Inn again. Thank you for everything!

The place itself is kind of old/not very nice, but it was clean and the staff was great and very helpful; and most importantly, the location is just PERFECT!!!! (if you are going to Disneyland).

Overall our stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked alright. A bit small and in the middle of the parking lot, but at least they have a pool. The bathroom was small but accessible. We had turn down service every day with fresh towels and linens. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable for us as well. The few times we spoke to staff they were kind and accommodating. I even forgot a pair of cheap sandals and they immediately called upon finding them. I told them they could toss them, but i really appreciated them calling. We have stayed at much nicer hotels in the past and they never called about things left behind. If they weren't fully booked they would've given us an early check in as well. The only downside was 1. No hot tub, and 2. There were unhoused people outside on the sidewalk pretty much every day on our walk to and from Disney. One was screaming and quite aggressive which was a little scary. Otherwise it was a great inexpensive option within a 15 minute walk to and from Disney.

The staff was quick and efficient in communicating and addressing my inquiries via chat. They even managed to check us in early. The welcoming and friendly staff made us feel right at home. There was ample parking, and they even offered plates and utensils. The rooms were nicely and neatly decorated, as pictured, as well as included a microwave and a fridge. Most importantly, clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially after a day at Disney - yet, still conveniently walkable from the park. CVS and Walgreens were also right at the corner, across the street. The pool looked fresh and was very inviting after a long day. The area was quite quiet, which made us feel safe. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay again!
