After our original hotel plans didn’t work out due to maintenance issues and subpar amenities, we luckily were able to find a room at the Best Western Raffles Inn just a block away. The room was updated, clean and had a nice sized fridge and microwave. The pool and hot tub were under repairs but the Hilton next door allowed us to use their pools! The cleaning staff was great, the front desk staff was amazing and the two folks working there breakfast room were amazing! This was the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered outside of Hawaii. They hooked us up with the best time saving tip of all when they showed us how to catch the shuttle bus to Disneyland from the Toy Story parking lot which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Saved us an hour every day and lots of money versus three paid ART shuttle. We will be back!!

Hotel room was nothing like the photos at time of booking. They are currently under renovation and we were given an unrenoed room which smelt musty, dated, broken fridge, flickering lights, ants and cockroachs in bathroom....very disappointed. Upside is great location, staff are amazing and doing the best they can with what they have. Breakfast was good but small selection which is probably because of renos. Parking at the moment is hard because a lot of parking spots are taken for renos so its tight. Pool was great for the kids but wish it and the hot tub were cleaned more often. Im sure it will be great once renos are complete but avoid until then.

Nice, clean and newly remodeled. Amazingly affordable this close to Disneyland. Breakfast buffet one of the best I've ever had. Staff very friendly and competent. Parking was a problem due to the ongoing remodeling, but staff made appropriate accommodations to mitigate.

The property was under construction!!! And we didn’t know. It’s older so it looks like they’re doing upgrades. But they are using parking spots to house construction materials and parking was horrendous. We didn’t want to leave because we weren’t sure if we would have a spot when we got back. Don’t book here until they finish their upgrades. We stayed 2/15/24-2/19/24.

Breakfast was a good selection: I loved the fresh veggies to add to your potatoes or eggs. We had the last room before renovations so you could tell if needed upgrades but that didn't effect our stay. I was impressed with like a sound proof doors since we were on the 1st floor 2 doors from the dinning room, we didn't wake up once from families entering and exiting and I'm a very light sleeper! 2nd night our keys didn't work to enter and we had to go back 3x to get it re-registered. They have overnight security checking parking passes, so it felt secure and safe. Looking forward to staying in the refurbished rooms!

Bed bugs, spiders and filthy carpet. Carpet is black and sticky. Do not let your toddler or baby on that nasty floor my babies feet were black within minutes. My kids woke up in bites. Food was gross. My son said some of the food had mold on it. Avoid this place like the plague.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room and property were clean. Short walk to many restaurants, convention centre and the Disney Toy Story lot. My room was a little old and musty smelling - definitely not yet renovated but it was clean. I had an issue with the door handle and maintenance came quickly to replace it.

This is our 2nd time staying here in the last 2 months. Last time we got an upgraded room, renovated nice! “Wood floor” , bigger updated tv etc. Only thing was that the wood floor was really dirty, our socks were disgusting after walking around. This time we got a not updated room and tv was small, fridge took forever to get things cold, carpet was really DIRTY! Disappointed this time with the room fyi it was on the 2nd floor, the updated room last time was on 1st floor. We love the staff all are very friendly and are always willing to help, breakfast on site at no extra charge it’s good! Waffles,pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, muffins etc menu varies depending on the day of the week. Again the updates needed are not the staffs fault and I bet they need more time to clean the floors. Owners of the place need to take accountability. Would stay again

Raffles had a perfect room for our needs of accommodating 3 adults and 5 children. We had a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms. The location was very conveniently near the Disneyland Toy Story parking lot where we could take the shuttle to the park. The breakfast was great. There were lots of options and the breakfast staff provided excellent service. So why did I give the property just 3 stars? The significant downfall of cleanliness and service was the very minimal room cleaning. We had full maid service only once in our five day stay. The other days only garbage take out and towel replacement was provided. Covid is over folks! It’s time to hire enough staff to provide daily cleaning for your guests!

The staff were nice and friendly. The facilities are dated and have been under renovations for several years. Our room was a ‘suite’ which was two rooms joined together. Shower pressure was minimal. Fridge made noise all night. Sofa bed needs replaced, carpet needs cleaned or replaced and A/C doesn’t circulate well. It’s hard to believe that Disney lists this hotel as a Good Neighbor hotel. The welcome sign in the room was a Manila folder and medical tape or masking tape??? Overall it was clean and the 2 queens were comfortable enough. It worked for a group of Girl Scouts who were used to tent camping.

I love the area around the property but the parking of the property for guest was horrible I don’t think they have enough room for all guests cars to park so many guests where parking behind other cars including mine, and our room ac unit wasn’t cooling so the room was really stuffy,our highlight was breakfast it was amazing and the two ladies there where so hands on and on top of everything we felt like being in a 5 star restaurant they were very helpful and helpful,also my kids loved the bunked beds the room was specious

We were traveling with 6 people and this hotel was the best value. The room had 2 bathrooms with two double vanities and closets. I appreciated that the bathrooms and shower had a separate closed door and fans. The hotel room was clean but it was outdated. The free breakfast had a good variety and good coffee. I liked that it was within walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot and shuttles. However, I wouldn’t stay here again unless I needed the extra space.

This hotel is the only hotel that has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms in the unit, that is super convenient for a family with kids. I think this is the biggest plus. Another big plus is the location if you go to Disneyland. The property has everything that you need for a comfortable stay for a family with kids for reasonable price for the area, It is outdated but is currently going through much needed renovations. Because of that some rooms are renovated and very nice and some are very old. You should definitely ask for the renovated room if possible - makes big difference. Another issue is that the rooms on the ground floor are very noisy, meaning you can hear people outside and even worse in the room upstairs. But if you ask for the room on the 3rd floor (especially it is renovated) then everything is great. Service and stuff is super pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is nothing special but very convenient to have. They are changing the menu every morning to provide some variety.

We stayed here in October this year. We stayed in a family suite and liked the size and convenience of having so many beds and the two bathrooms. The staff was very friendly as well. However, items we had bought from the parks went missing the day housekeeping cleaned our room. When we noticed, we immediately reported this to the front desk. The front desk was great overall, but management though never reached out, no one really acknowledged the seriousness of someone who worked there came into our room and removed our stuff. In the end they did credit us the $100 for the items but nothing else or acknowledgement. We attempted to find a management contact for the hotel, but this is not affiliated with the Best Western hotels.

The staff is what made this place stellar!!! The hot breakfast was really great, waffles, pancakes, the staff, Sergio & Yolanda were the best! The management messaged us ahead of time asking if we were celebrating anything special and long story short they made us feel so special with a special welcome in our room!! Not to mention the convenient location to the Toy Story lot (which has its own security checkpoint!) made this suuuuper easy and saved us so much time! Super clean. We're definitely gonna stay next time around.

The room was very clean and well stocked with towels and needed items. The room we stayed in was in a corner where the cleaning staff get their carts so we got woken up with the carts going by and hitting our wall and windows. The one of the front office staff members was super rude. Told us that we still owed the whole balance on our room and when I showed her proof that it was paid for when I checked in 4 days ago she insisted we look at her computer screen (which we have no clue what to look at since we don’t work there) and said we had to pay it still. After giving her proof of payment she still insisted we had to pay and blamed her coworker and said she did it wrong. Obviously being upset that we already payed and she wanted us to pay more she wanted to say I was yelling which I wasn’t. She was absolutely not helpful and should be retrained to do her job and make sure to go through all the steps to make sure payment are done correctly.

I was extremely happy with the service i received from check in to check out. We had a minor AC issue when forat getting into the room and it was handled within minutes of calling front desk. The room was perfect for us. They have hot breakfast. Good walk to Disneyland. Tons of coffee and food options near by. I cant recommend enough

Had a good stay in one of the family suites with our 3 kids. Room was tidy and comfortable if a bit dated. There's a significant updating going on but the construction was unobtrusive. The curtains weren't quite long enough to block out all the early morning light but we wanted to be up and at the park early so not really an issue for us. The pillows are small and square but there's lots of them. For the price no complaints and the staff were great.

Great location, close to Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, and restaurants. Breakfast tasted great and Yolanda, the breakfast attendant, provided awesome service. The room was clean and tidy, spacious enough for a family of 4. All the staff were very nice and friendly. If we are in the area again, we will definitely book our stay here.

Breakfast wasn’t that great. There was frozen breakfast burritos with no meat and pancakes with sausage and cheese for a sandwich. There were fried potatoes and sausage links and a bunch of danish and cereal. Construction was going on so we ate outside by pool area and it didn’t look too clean. There was alot of noise from construction which was annoying. They must be in process of remodeling. Too far of a walk to Disneyland.

First, all the staff we interacted with were very nice. BUT this hotel advertised a full breakfast with the stay in their hotels.com amenities list as well as on their own website and never once let us know before the moment of check-in that they are currently under renovation (much needed!) and the breakfast room would only be serving continental breakfast (cereal cups, pastries, granola bars, fruit). The whole reason I decided to go with this hotel was because they offered full breakfast, and for a family of 5 headed to Disney we were relying on that option to fuel us before going to the park. We ended up spending far more on food elsewhere and honestly I felt really bamboozled. Why not update the amenities via hotels.com to reflect what’s offered? Why not inform new reservations of the change within the cancellation window? I sent an email to the property and got zero response. Anyway, don’t stay here if you’re expecting a full breakfast, at least until the renovations are complete.
