Parking,and breakfast at this hotelis too expensive. On my breakfast tab as 1 person an automatic gratuity was added for 20%. Not worth the money. I saw my waiter 3 times. 1 he took my order 2he brought the food 3 he gave my check. Pay your staff a better wage,and stop fleecing the public. Self parking in the lot is $34 a night, then add in fees and taxes, and your paying $41each night.This hotel is too greedy for me. Go into the mini mart, and bought a single pack of pop tarts $3.50. Ridiculous even the clerk apologized because the prices are way out of sight. I am done with Marriott hotels.

Love this hotel. Reception staff is always smiling and helpful. Housekeeping is on it and the hotel is within walking distance of the Disneyland Resort. The pool area is relaxing and has a wonderful vibe.

We enjoyed our stay here, in particular because it was so close to the park. Within walking distance, which was incredibly convenient. The room and lounge areas were clean and well kept. We had time to use the pool, and that was also a clean and pleasant area. The gift store inside served Starbucks coffee and had items that were nice as well. Finally, all of the staff was welcoming and kind, We would stay here again.

The location is great, we were able to walk to Disneyland. Our room was not ready when we arrived in the morning so we headed to the parks. I had requested a baby crib and the staff at the front desk assured me it’ll be in the room when we get back but it wasn’t there. Also there was issues with the shower where water leaked out and the bathroom floor was flooded. Called front desk and they offered to bring us more towels since it was late. The elevators also had issues- we were stuck in the elevator and the next morning the elevator had issues again. I expected more from a Sheraton hotel.

It was an awesome stay, beautiful and super comfy, clean room! Staff was excellent, location is great! Our only downside was there was one elevator that was very busy and slow so you’d have to allow 10-15 mins to get downstairs. And pool was super cold, had to go inside to the lobby bar for any service.

Very clean and modern hotel. Rooms are in a separate tower from the Lobby, gift shop, and dinning. I would recommend self parking, valet is $45. Elevators do not display what floor the elevator is on. You may be waiting for a while. Floor hallways have nice carpet, but low ceilings. Rooms are very clean with modern furniture. Rooms feel larger due to taller than normal ceiling. I would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again. Extra plus is that Disneyland is a small walk away.

Hotel itself was modern & comfortable. Hotel union staff on strike during our stay (advance notice would have been appreciated & should have been given) as a result restaurant, pool bar, lounge and housekeeping were not available during most of our stay. Pool area & pool was not kept clean (debris in pool, garbage around deck). We relocated after 2 nights due to protesters outside building including sirens, megaphones, horns, chanting etc beginning at 6am and then again at 4am the 2nd night and continuing through the day. Not a pleasant stay.

Went to Disney with my two daughters. The hotel was Beautiful. The walk wasn't bad to Disney. The room was okay. Our fridge did not work, our toilet was backed up, and we got bites from the bed. Not sure if there were bugs, but we all have bites on our backs. The staff was nice, though.

my bathtub was clogged up with a whole lot of Hair. couldn’t take a proper shower because the water could not go down because it was clogged up with so much hair. They did not come clean my room until 8 o’clock at night. Very unacceptable.

Overall, not good. Rooms and hotel in general appear clean and tidy on the surface, like any other decent hotel. BUT found fleas in my bed and was bitten all over my legs. In the morning I tore off the sheets and found them jumping, which is why I think they were fleas, not bed bugs. Killed one, took pics of it and brought it to the manager. They gave us a new room and gave me 25k Marriott points. Not worth it IMO. Added, only 1 pizza restaurant in the hotel, which was limited in their offerings and no room service. Will never go back. Definitely avoid it!

This was our second time staying at this hotel in this area. First time was great but the second time not so great as the bed sheet was itchy and there was hair and blood stained in it — I requested the front desk to have it changed, which they did but the housekeeping who changed it was giving us attitude like she didn’t want to be bothered and was frowning but overall it was an okay stay. Location is very convenient.

The first night we checked into our hotel room the sheets were dirty with some sort of red stain. We called guest services to let them know, the next day housekeeping had changed the sheets & again they were stained, along with a horrible dead fish smell coming out of the carpet. Guest services sent us up sheets to change the bedding ourselves, and a new blanket. They offered to switch our room the next morning, fast forward to the next morning the smell was gone, & sheets were clean, when I called down to guest services to ask about moving rooms i was told there was nothing showing on their end that I was offered to move. But we were fine with it as the smell was gone & we finally had clean sheets. Upon check out I was addressing my issues with the manager in hopes he would at least take care of the parking fees for our troubles, and he said there’s was nothing more he can do as one of the staff offered to remove 5 days worth of parking fees, and he personally wouldn’t have even done that. He also said if he were us and had to deal with the fish smell from the carpet he would’ve packed his family up and left. I couldn’t believe this was the HOTEL MANAGER I was speaking to telling us he would’ve left ??? Where would we even go it was a long weekend and there wasn’t much hotels close to Disney available when we booked. Once we landed home I received a voicemail saying he would remove all the parking charges (which he initially was very insistent wasn’t even an option)

The hotel has a classic feel but definitely feels new and modern in many ways. The layout has the feel of an 80s-style resort. Things are spread out, the rooms are in a separate building than the lobby, there's a pool, and the grounds are decorated really nicely. The decor feels very 2010s - clean lines, neutral colors, mixed textures. No one would be offended by it. And probably no one would be excited by it. I really appreciated the warm lighting in the room, rather than harsh cool lights. The tech feels maybe 5 years old. No USB-C, but there are USB-A and standard plugs by the bed. The table in my room was height-adjustable, which I thought was cool. The TV has streaming services built in, but you can't wireless stream to it from your own device. I have Marriott Gold status and should get an upgrade at check-in. I felt a bit gaslit as the front desk person tried to convince that by being on a high floor and having a full balcony I already had an upgrade. The 12th floor was indeed nice, though I wasn't facing Disneyland. And every room in the hotel that I could see had a full balcony. I paid for a lounge-access room, and I definitely wouldn't do that again for the price. The breakfast was continental plus eggs. The evening snacks felt a bit sparse, and alcohol wasn't included. And the lounge is back in the main lobby, so you can't just pop in real quick from your room. Overall I really enjoyed my experience. It is a very solid hotel.

This hotel was great. Location is a short walk to the parks. The bed was so comfortable. The lobby has a store that is open early and closes late so you can stop and get something on the way out and have stuff when you get back. The one issue we had was that the walls are very thin. You can hear everything including the slamming of all the neighbors’ doors. We had multiple families heading out for rope drop that weren’t that considerate that it was 6am and people might be sleeping. Even with that though I plan on staying here for any future trips.

Stayed 3 nights and we’re really pleased with the hotel. The King room we had was clean and modern with a really comfortable bed. Nice toiletries provided and plenty of towels. The rooms must be well soundproofed as there was no guest noise at all even being by the lifts. Coffee maker supplies replenished daily and as a Marriott Bonvoy member we had free WiFi and bottled water. The staff we interacted with at the desk and guest services were friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally placed approximately 15 minutes walk from the Disney entrance with restaurants and shops to pick up drinks etc on route. No time to use the pool or other facilities but it looked nice. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

Only complaints were the door to the bathroom was rickety and loud when closing and opening and didn’t close all the way, no exhaust fan in the bathrooms and had to walk past a bus stop with some questionable characters to get to the park.

We normally enjoy our stay at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort but this time we were disappointed because the room we had was not warm enough. We were told that the building had no heating system so the room temperature could not be adjucted other than the air conditioning. We were told to turn off the air conditioning and open the balcony doors to warm up the room to the outside temperature. This is unacceptible. No hotel room should be without heat.

I booked this last minute for a solo trip to Disneyland. I was not sure what to expect as I knew the property was older. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern, clean and super comfortable room. The room itself was large and had a spacious bathroom as well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was also plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ate at the restaurant for my last day and the food was delicious. They had a breakfast buffet and full menu. I ordered off the menu and loved the carne asada eggs benedict that I had. It was a busy week at Disneyland, with most hotels at peak prices. This hotel was slightly cheaper than closer hotels but the walk was very easy.

The property and rooms are nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The AC in the rooms though is a terrible design/policy. You cannot control the AC or even the fan, they do not allow you to do that. The temp is based on the temp outside so if you run hot or cold, you’re SOL. My room faced the pool (west). It was a sunny winter day, highs in the 70’s. My room was very warm when I arrived because the heat of the sun blasted it all day. I kept trying to turn the AC on but it was set to idle or I could turn it off, not on. I called the front desk and they said I can’t adjust it. I was told if it’s too warm, all I can do is turn the system off, open my slider door to the balcony and request occilating fans to be brought up. My balcony can be accessed by the rooms on either side of me, not a safe idea. Also, I don’t want to hear traffic and people below when sleeping. The slider doesn’t even have a screen. If it was spring, summer or fall, getting bit by insects would be another issue. If they allowed guests to control their own room temperature comfort, I would stay here again. But as is, I couldn’t get comfortable enough to stay asleep.

This was our first time staying at the Sheraton for a very quick trip to Disneyland and we would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a similar trip! The staff were helpful and friendly and the room had clearly been recently renovated, with a very modern if slightly small bathroom, very comfortable beds and large flat screen TVs. The room had a balcony which we could see the Disney fireworks from and the back of some of the rides, which shows just how close the hotel is to the resort. I would estimate a 5-10 minute walk maximum to the entrance depending on your speed. We loved the on-site shop/Starbucks which was equipped with everything you could need from cold drinks and fresh bakery snacks to hats, Disney merchandise and medicine if you forgot to pack anything. Overall a great stay!

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean. We had a hard time figuring out how to use the digital air conditioning display. The sliding door wouldn't lock. We loved the various shower head options in the bathroom and appreciated having a bathtub. We didn't have any luck reaching a human when we were away and had questions. In fact, we got hung up on 3 times!!! It was news to us that if we had anything delivered, we would be charged to have the bell desk hold anything for us. Lastly, the pillows were terrible! We both had neck aches every day from how flat they were. This has dropped off big time. Years ago, I was enamored by their pillows, so much so, that I even ordered one for my house. The quality has gone down. I did like the options in the gym.

The location alone is enough for my family and I to want to stay again. We have a family of 4 with 2 little and had a room with a park view. They gave us an upgrade due to it being the kids first time at Disneyland. Before we arrived on check in day I called two different times to ensure we’d have a rollaway crib and they said yes both times. When we got there they seemed surprised that I brought it up but still accommodated it. We had to call them 2 times to get the crib delivered and the one who delivered it was not friendly. She pushed it in our door and walked away without saying a word. During the stay all their streaming services did not work, one hotel phone stopped working, and our room had this awkward “balcony” where no one could fit on. At checkout they charged us for the upgraded room and I’m happy we caught it since my husband never signed for us to get charged. They did refund the charges back to us since we never had a signature. Everything was extremely clean. Again, we’d stay here again based on location but there are many hotels in the area that have better amenities, dining, and services that are offered that actually work.

However, we were extremely disappointed with the front desk staff this time, as they were microaggressive and completely unprofessional during check-in. Very happy with my stay at the Sheraton Park in Anaheim. Rooms were very spacious, great furnishings, and very, very clean. The bathroom had a beautiful big shower. Enjoyed sitting on my balcony on the 14th floor, it was a really cool view. Food in the club room was excellent. in the restaurant, Wish we could have just tried a pizza but all they have is the pizza buffet at $30 per person. Love that there were so many areas with chairs and couches to relax on. Pool area is very nice. Just wish the water was warmer.

GOOD FOR DISNEYLAND VISITORS! First and foremost, the highlight of this hotel is its very spacious and recently renovated rooms, making it an excellent choice for families traveling together. The space and comfort provided were definitely a plus, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting with family. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The breakfast, while available at the hotel, was quite expensive and, in our experience, not worth the price. We tried it on the first day but opted for more affordable options like IHOP or fresh fruits from CVS for the remainder of our stay. Additionally, while the hotel is relatively close to Disneyland, it’s not within comfortable walking distance—especially after a long day at the park. At night, with the chilly weather and fatigue setting in, the distance felt a bit far. Unfortunately, the lack of a shuttle service from the Sheraton made it less convenient. Overall, this hotel offers great accommodations for families, but keep the breakfast and transportation factors in mind when planning your stay.

This is our second time staying here for our trip to Disneyland and California adventure. It’s a quick walk to the park and you pass by CVS and a small market in case you need anything. There is a Starbucks and store with snacks and food on property, a restaurant and a lobbby bar with a big screen in case you want to catch a game. This is our go to property for Disneyland visits.

From arrival until departure, they staff and service was excellent. Just a short Uber ride to Disneyland. They had good dining options and a nice pool side bar to enjoy food and a beverage

Grounds were kept clean. Rooms were immaculate & matched pictures perfectly. Views were great. Onsite store & restaurant made for convenience. Very short walk to nearby food & entertainment. Short walk to & from Disneyland. Shuttle would be nice though

We went for my birthday trip. Long story short, the union that represents Marriot & Hilton, Sheraton etc. is on strike. Half the amenites available, no lunch or dinner, bar restricted, front foor blocked off. The worst was that the strikers are right outside all night long with car horns, drums, ambulance sirens and bullhorns. ( support them fully though, would never have booked if we knew they were on strike) No sleep for two nights. The hotel did not warn us this would happen, and we had a terrible time. Worse even, we splurged to stay at a "fancier hotel" because it was my birthday.
