Room was good, but the hallways were absolutely disgusting. Breakfast was very overpriced paid $ 115 for 3 adults and 1 child to have the breakfast buffet. The coffee shop inside promoted Starbucks but I watched them make it (I’ve been making my own espresso for years) and threw it away after 1 sip. Decided to drive to a local Starbucks instead. Won’t stay there again. No shuttle to the theme park. Had to pay for a local bus for the whole family. Staff was great though.

This was a great hotel. Clean. Affordable. Enjoyed the room and easy to park and enter in and out of. My only feedback would be that the fitness center is pretty small with few options for working out.

The good: Walkable to Disney. Rooms are spacious and it was nice to have the separate seating area. Not so good: Room was dated and furniture was in poor condition. A tile was loose and just propped in place on the floor next to the tub. Our room was next to Harbor Blvd and there was a lot of traffic noise. The pool towels were stained and threadbare - worse than our cleaning rags at home. They are up front about it, but don't provide normal housekeeping. They will collect the garbage and not much else unless you specifically ask. While I'm sure they're safe, the elevators seemed old and made us nervous. On the whole: We have stayed at several hotels near Disneyland over the years and would not return to this one until it's had a thorough remodeling.

Check in was easy and quick, hotel is very clean, safe and pretty quiet. However , the breakfast buffet was disappointing, the TV channels were totally lame, and 2 nights in a row the pool was closed *several hours* before the posted closing time for "cleaning" I would still say this is a 4.5/5 hotel and I would still recommend people to stay here.

I would give a negative five if I could. Beware. HOTEL HAS BED BUGS. I booked 5 nights. Woke up with bites all over on night 2. I took the bed apart and found bed bugs. I asked for a new room and was given one. My second room also had a bed bugs. I checked out. The hotel refused to refund me for the days I did not stay. I have photo proof but the hotel is denying it so they can charge me for days I did not stay essentially stealing my money for services not rendered. Again I have photos and the hotel refused to refund my money even though I have evidence and pictures. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Beware. Beware. Beware. See photo evidence.

The property didn’t feel like an actual doubletree stay, felt outdated, the room felt dirty. I felt like the carpet in the room and sticky, AC didn’t actually blow cold. It just didn’t feel like a doubletree room, felt more like a motel 6. Very upsetting, i would not stay at this property again.

Our room was white glove clean! The bed was very comfortable & the room was quiet. The sheets looked and felt new. The Staff were very helpful. The air conditioning didn’t work in our first room & I called the front desk & they promptly moved us to a new room. Both rooms were roomy and clean.

Hi We told the manager that bed bugs might have bitten us ! I have 5-6 bits and my wife 5-8 bits . The hotel manager said she would contact us to confirm if bed bugs were found . Never heard from her and they didn't compensate nothing ! I

We checked in after 5, set our things in the room we booked and left to Disneyland park. We got back to the room close to midnight. We immediately packed out things back up and left the hotel because there was a huge cockroach crawling from the room to the bathroom. We spoke to someone and then went down to the front desk. No one could help us. It’s been several weeks and the manager is giving us the run around and not getting back to us. I never leave reviews and I have worked in customer service for over 15 years. This is really upsetting and disappointing since we drove all the way back home at midnight and never got a call back or any thing.

Front desk service was great. Love the cookies. The shower had low water pressure. We stayed in the suite which gave us tons of space. The couch was not very comfortable to sleep or sit. It’s an old property but at a great price. It’s a bit of a walk to Disney.

We always stay at the Double Tree for our Disney trips (which is a lot). We never feel like we paid too much for the room. The welcome cookies are our son’s favorite part. The beds are super comfy and we love that we have a living room separate from the bedroom. Perfect stay every time.

I liked having separate rooms for convenience, and the queen beds were comfy. I didnt like the shower with the clogged drain creating a bath while showering. That the windows didnt open at all. Looked ike a blood stain on the carpet. The smell. The loud squeaky sofa couch with springy pullout mattress.

My stay was very delightful. The only thing that I did not like was housekeeping come knocking at 8:30 AM and wake me up from my sleep and continued to keep coming right until checkout lake checkout is at 11 AM. There should be no reason why you're knocking at 8:30 AM and on Every 15 to 20 minutes.

We have been in this hotel my son and I in 2018 and we were so happy that we decided to reserve again when we came back to LA. But we were so disappointed how rude and aggressive was the person named Fredy who made our check-in. After a long trip he refused to accept the card used during our reservation to add the deposit on it and he requested another one. He even refused to accept that I pay the deposit in cash. He was so disrespectful that he asked me to wait and made the check in for two other people. Then he told me if I don't give him another card he will cancel my nonrefundable reservation and that I have to search a stay somewhere else. The way this unprofessional staff treated me should not be acceptable by the hotel management. We were guests not homeless people trying to have some help. Our reservation was fully paid and we believe that we deserved more respectful greetings from the staff. On the other hand, all the staff at the reception needs to be more friendly. The only nice people there were the housekeeping team. Even though when we finally get our room, we found some hairs in the bathtub, but everything was cleaned again after we requested this. So we believe that if you want to feel respected, search another hotel. And we believe also that we have the right for a compensation for the insult we suffered from the unprofessional Fredy

Staying at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Anaheim Resort is always a pleasure. Staff is always courteous, and the warm chocolate chip cookies are always a great welcome. The hotel shows its age a bit, but beds are always comfy with fresh linens and rooms are clean.

The front desk made a mistake with my keys for the room and only one of the two work for the parking. I paid for 2 cars but had to use the same key for both cars. The security came in yelling at me and my sister in the other car. He continued with a rude attitude even after explaining and confirming with the front desk. It was embarrassing since there were other people trying to get into the parking. I complained to the front desk and I got a “sorry” about that. Really bad experience and don’t think I will come back.

Great hotel, clean and comfy. HORRIBLE STAFFING. This weekend me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel which we have stayed before and haven’t had an issue. Coming in after a long day at Disney ready just to relax and call it a night , the man checking us in was so rude and unhelpful. After a confusing explanation on our room details and payment I simply asked for a receipt or a detailed report so I can see myself and can actually understand. When asking that we just simply got more sass and rudeness. This experience completely ruined our night and our stay at this location. Most likely will not be coming back.

Requested room was not ready at 4pm and staff could not give an estimate on when it would be ready. You would think that all rooms to be booked should be ready by check in time but the front desk told me they don’t do that. We arrived at 2pm after talking to a wonderfully helpful woman on the phone who helped book our rooms and suggested to show up and try early check in. People at the front were aware of this and knew that we were waiting in the lobby since 2pm. Ended up having to get a different room than I booked because I could not wait for the intended room to be ready when they had no idea when that could be. Terrible service and snarky remarks from some of the front desk. Hotel itself is fine. Bartenders great. Front desk made the entire booking a major downer

The hotel was comfortable, in a great location for theme parks and staff were all friendly. The room service was subpar in that they won’t answer phones- you have to walk down. The food was good and fresh. Cleanliness of the property / facilities was 4/5. Our room cleanliness was 5/5.
