The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is clean on the outside. There’s construction on the street at the moment. I really liked the parking. There’s a gate to get in and out, you have to have a room key for. The pool was clean and has towels for convenience. We stayed in a suite, it was spacious. I would have to say the hotel is pretty run down. It was a non smoking room but smelled of cigarettes. There was a major electrical problem. The lights in both rooms flickered the entire stay. The TVs wouldn’t work about 80% of the time. The carpet made our feet black. I put on socks and ended up tossing them. No bugs, and it was quiet. There are lots of stores and restaurants near by. They did offer us another room but it was too much of a hassle to move our belongings. They did comp us $50 for the issue as well. Thank you!

I always stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel when I come to Anaheim... normally I Love this place.... but the price of rooms are have become exsorbent, and the outside Jacuzzi didn't work... I know that the Pool and Jacuzzi are figured into the price, so when it does not work, it's a big disappointment and I feel cheated.

It was dirty There was crumbs in every corner on the floor next to the beds the pillows had hair from previous people who stayed there and the bathroom had dark colored pee as soon as we checked in like room service never did a full through check the desk cochair had stains from people sitting and leaving nasty residue behind like the chairs doesn’t get cleaned

We showed up and it looked like a rundown old dilapidated building. Nothing like the pictures. The room was disgusting not cleaned(lettuce and ketchup stuck to the nightstand). He said they were fully booked so we didn't ask for another room. We wanted to leave but we're way too tired to try and switch hotels. The pictures on the website were nothing like what it really was. The closet door was missing, the bed sounded like it was going to break. The floors and walls had grease all over them. We never leave bad reviews but this was the worst hotel I ever slept in.

Found cockroaches the first day we checked into our room. The bed was stuffy with dust and nothing seemed cleaned. The bathtub had a bad smell and weird red spots. Would not recommend staying here.

One light didnt work at all. One light only worked by twisting the bulb loose. There was a family of roaches in the bathroom. Seen three different times; in the sink, tub and across the floor. The closet door was off the track. The carpet was stained in multiple spots. The state of the room was suprising because we stayed last year in a nice, clean room with no issues. It was so gross this time.

Unfortunately we had to check out almost immediately after checking in. The room was dark, dingy and most disappointingly, full of cockroaches. The member of staff on check in was great and friendly, he had no issues processing a refund for us and it seemed like he had done it for this exact reason a few times before. I usually am fine with a hotel being a bit outdated especially after Disney as all you really need is a clean room to sleep in after a long day, but I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone for anything.

Roaches. Lots and lots and lots of roaches. Not even just the little ones, this place has got the ginormous roaches that look like they're on steroids. And LOTS of them. Unless you like sharing a room with countless numbers of cockroaches, I do NOT reccommend this hotel!!!

I was there for family fun. Contrary to what the previous reviews said there was no smoke filled areas. Our room was big but could use some upgrades the outlets were older and didn't hold the chargers, the carpets, refrigerator and furniture could use updating. It had a nice pool area and laundry facilities so that was a plus. For the price we couldn't go wrong. We used it for showers and sleep and that was perfect for our busy vacation and only 10min from Disneyland. Pictures from when we got there i included. We had the 1room with a king bed and 2 queens in the living area.

Carpet was dirty, found hair in my bed that wasn’t mine. People were vaping next door which clearly says no smoking which we could smell through the walls. They ran out of towels one night, so we couldn’t get towels to shower. Lots of questionable people hang out around the hotel. Wouldn’t stay again.

While it did its job for the stay there were a few issues that were annoying. The carpet was filthy. Absolutely disgusting. Turn you feet black in a matter of minutes gross. The bathroom light was broken so you only had the exhaust fan light that wasn’t great for getting ready. I purposely didn’t bring my blow dryer or iron (things I needed) because it advertised to be in room. There was no iron and the blow dryer was broken. The tv could use an updating. The door constantly sounded like someone was trying to come in because of how loose it was. The room was terribly hot when we checked in and took forever to cool down. The pool was nice to have but seriously outdated. While for the price, I definitely got what I paid for, however, the pictures of advertisement showed the establishment while it was brand new and looked amazing, or the severely edited photos for better eye appeal. The ice machine was in the lobby and being in the furthest corner away from the there made it annoying to go get.

It was a short stay. Room were spacious. Beds were good. Pillows were awesome to fit everyone need. Parking was secure. WIFI was fast and secure. TV were good with channel but not smart TV. Bathroom were ok. Shower pressure was low. Toilet tank was faulty

The hotel itself was enough for our quick weekend Disneyland trip but i would not stay here again. It is very outdated. The beds are other furniture are very old. The carpet is old dirty and lumpy. Housekeeping only showed up to leave “clean” towels on the floor in the bathroom. They could have at the very least put the towels on the counter or on our bed and taken out the trash. For some reason also our room key card was deactivated after one night which i don’t understand because we paid and reserved two nights! The hotel has lots of potential! I would love to see a new and improved version since it’s very spacious for a large family and very close to Disneyland and the beach! The front office gentleman that worked Friday and Saturday was very nice and helpful! Another pro is they have washers and dryers but you have to use quarters and they do not have a place to purchase laundry detergent which would have been nice. Another pro that i want to add: another guest decided that they wanted to have a birthday party and blast music at like 11pm, the office caught wind of it and shut it down right away. The party respectfully ended and no noise was heard after that.

Convenient, inexpensive, but: This is not a hotel, it is a motel. Parking lot noise is right outside your door. Not enough parking, difficult to turn around for leaving. Some parts of the room were worn out, in need of painting. Outlet only on one side of the bed; upside: USB ports were included. Coffee maker was pathetic.

Stay else where! I have chosen this hotel for the fact that they have a room with the kitchenette and location wise and upon arrival I was notified that they don’t have a room for me the one I have already paid for. The front office worker was nice and apologetic but the next day I had confronted the what he called himself the assistant manager was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even want to shear his name with me just said he is LJ or something like that. Noise in the room was horrible, I could hear everything and everyone who was around and people at the neighboring rooms doing their things in the bathroom and so on. We stayed on the first floor and I could hear every step they did above us and all the conversations in precisely. The rooms was fairly clean though but the fresh towels have had peoples hair in it, had to go through multiple to find a cleaner one. My son had a blood stain on one of his pillow cases. The price for the room at this hotel was just slightly lower than other options and I would definitely pay more if I knew what I’ll have to deal with. The area is sketchy as well, many strangers around the hotel and one morning we saw a half naked woman right of the main entry taking the wipe down shower. Not the scene I wanted for my 13yo. Definitely will not consider to stay there ever again

Arrived at property around 930pm and had to wait several minutes before someone came to front desk. The person was not very friendly and seemed annoyed that he had to help me. After checking in got the key to the room, heading to room there were Cheetos all over the hallway several smashed so had been there for some time. At approximately 1:30 am a hotel staff member attempted to my room. I had chain on so they were not fully able to get in. They were questioning if I had paid for the room because her paper didn’t show anyone listed in being in that room. Said she was going to check there records and come back. She never came back so I went to front d so and the she said that her sheet was wrong and that is why she was trying to get in the room because she thought it was empty. No apology or any other acknowledgment of being wrong

The hotel is outdated. The location is not to far from Disneyland.. there are several places to eat close by. The parking is gated, but they must have guests that live there. They were roudy and made the environment akward. I was using the pool with my son when an argument occurred and felt it was best to return to my room.

I don’t recommend anyone staying here. We were completely caught off guard upon arrival. Its like 2/3 of the hotel has large loud inconsiderate families permanently living there and only small section connected to office is actual hotel rooms still. Parking was horrible because those families hang out in the parking spots with chairs and many cars ended up being parked in red fire zones. As others said, there is still a burnt vehicle in one of the parking spots. People had loud music in the common area and there were unattended children running around everywhere. Lots of yelling that even the maid asked people to stop fighting/yelling and they ignored her. The rooms itself were gross too. Barely clean, the tv in one room barely worked. Hot water barely lasted for one quick 10 min shower so horrible if multiple in one room. Honestly, had we had the money, we would’ve left the first day. Don’t be deceived by the pictures and probably fake good reviews.

I unfortunately was not able to stay at this hotel. I believe it is an extended stay hotel with several families living there . As we drove into the property in the parking lot there was several small children. Toddler age running around unattended. Very dangerous as they were dashing into tradffic. There were people congregating outside of the rooms . Speaking extremely loud . Almost thought they were arguing . There was towels hanging off of banisters . Seeing all the people outside of their rooms watching the guests as they are driving in and not monitoring their children. We did not feel safe. We had to leave right away. Please be aware of what you’re booking

Pay for what you get! Service, Cleanliness wasn’t great. Although I was able to check in early, the front desk felt like they didn’t want to be there. No more breakfast in the morning. Sketchy people hanging out outside. Rooms smell moldy. This used to be our go to for weekend trips to Disney, then Covid hit. This place has gone seriously downhill since with cleanliness, drains back up, We used to love it because of the grill area, pool area but there were a few sketchy people hanging out, did not feel as safe. The construction on the street made it even worse to get in and out.

I have stayed at this property on several occasions, it used to be great a few years back, it’s went downhill in the past 5 years tremendously. The rooms have not been updated, bathroom facilities are old, slow draining sinks, toilets barely flush, no hangers, and our stay there were basically one set of washcloths for a family of 4 for 4 days. There are no vending machines, and they stopped continental breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby. I will say the staff are friendly and accommodating as much as they are able to, and the room is fairly spacious. Location is good and close to Disneyland.

They did not have any cots. Also, the door to our room didn't seem to shut all the way. But otherwise, it was great. It would have been really nice if they provided breakfast, but they didn't.

Overall, it is a good stay & you get what you pay for. It's a 3-Star Hotel & the premises has actual lemon trees so that is nice. The rooms are in good condition with the basic amenities you want. This stay, everything in my room seems to be working up to par so that is good. The area outside the property is average & the gates are not working; however the hotel staff said there were cameras in the lots. They do not have breakfast, but a pool & Jacuzzi (also in my room) so that is superb. Overall, it is good stay with a few minor flaws.

They stopped serving breakfast in 2020, but it still says they offer breakfast. The front desk was very rude and so was the manager. They do not have an elevator and seeing that I was in a wheelchair gave me a second story room. This place used to be great; we used to come here all the time. I will not stay here again.
