Microwave didn't work. I wouldn't call that a breakfast. Muffins and juice or coffee. That's it not even butter for the muffin.

I've never stayed at a worse hotel. It failed on every measure. My first red flag was trying to call them to let them know I am handicapped and need a handicapped room after the auto bot on booking said "they can't guarantee rooms." I had to call about 30 times before someone answered. I began calling random times, Saturday at noon, Mon at 9am, etc. FINALLY got someone and they said the room was ground floor. Fine. immediately notice there is ONE coffee cup and ONE coffee pod for 2 guests. There is ONE washcloth, ONE hand towel. WHAT?? So I go down to the office. He says that I "have a whole list" and i can just go find housekeeping. Um, ok, I'm asking for things every hotel on earth provides. I find a cart and get some coffee, cups and extra washcloths. The next morning, I'm out of the room before 7am, there is no Do Not Disturb sign, and while I'm gone for the day at DL, housekeeping came in and TOOK ALL MY EXTRA WASHCLOTHS AND HAND TOWELS. They did not replace coffee, coffee cups, make beds, they emptied trash and took my extras. UNREAL. This eve I also noticed that the fridge does not keep food cold. My leftovers that I planned to eat the next night are NOT cold. Water bottles are barely cold. That night I attempt to park my mobility cart in the room. There is about a 3 inch lip to get in, and while I finally made it, it was not easy. This is not a handicapped room. There are dead bugs everywhere, outside and in. I never got coffee, though I asked EVERY DAY. Terrible.
