The property and of itself was clean and renovated. We were on the first floor right off the driveway, which made the morning a little bit loud and you can see daylight through the doors. Pool was nice. The rooftop that is advertised as being a place to watch fireworks is awesome, they even play the music from the park, but be aware you will need to secure a reservation ahead of time.

Great place to stay for visiting Disneyland and California Adventures. Easy walk to the parks. The elevator on the side we were staying was broken. Our air conditioner quit working while we were there, we called and they had someone within 10 minutes to fix the air conditioner. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Extra charges : Parking was $50 a day while we were there, you have to pay $10 for room keys

Can’t beat the location of your going to Disneyland. Fifth Rooftop Restaurant and bar was super cool. View of California Adventure was great. Food was a little hit or miss. Rooms were fine but would have been nice to have a sofa or reading chair. No chair was hard back. Also water pressure was a little low in the shower. Popcorn and Champaign in the lobby was a nice touch.

Super awesome hotel. Pool was very nice and its really close to Disneyland. Maybe a 5 min walk. Front desk was awesome and let us park early in the morning before check in so we could enjoy Disneyland. Great stay for us.

Very disappointed . We arrived and the bathroom floor and refrigerator had hair inside . The toiletries had been used. The room was very noisy. The coffee maker was broken . There are many choices in the area and we will not be choosing this property again.

The carpet in our room was very dirty. Our feet became black just walking from the shower to the other side of the room. Housekeeping was also rather loud when going about their duties, door slamming, carts up and down the halls, loudly pushing carts over door thresholds. Otherwise, it was a great hotel.

We had fleas in our room. We asked about getting a new room, and were told that there were no vacancy. My daughter and I both got bites. The walls are very thin, so we heard every coming and going of everyone around us. The room was tiny. We will not be staying here again. Pros: location. Pool and slushies. Staff was all kind and smiling. Pool towels were restocked regularly. Cons: Fleas. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Thin walls and doors.

We arrived early morning and after going into the lobby we were given a parking pass. Returned to check in a little early and room was available. All excellent! Arriving to our room it was stuffy, and and moldy smelling. Carpet felt damp. AC wasn't the best but cooled down.my fault for not telling the staff about the smell before we left but did while checking out. Not a bad place at all ! We'd probably stay there again. Staff was pleasant. Very close walk to the Disney resort

The hotel staff were friendly. It was not humid outside yet everything about our room was. The carpet felt damp to the touch and our clothes seemed damp after they sat in an open suitcase for a day.

I loved that this hotel was literally across the street from Disneyland. You can see the Disneyland drop off area from the hotel. It’s like maybe a block away from East Shuttle Area (the main crosswalk to Disneyland). I also like that there were food options in the area if you didn’t want food from the parks. The only thing I have to complain about was that it was so hot and our room had a little a/c unit that didn’t really keep the room cool. Me and my kids were so uncomfortably hot most of the night. Other than that the staff was great and the location is amazing.

Close to Disney but compared to the others around at a lower price bed was very uncomfortable. Stayed at the back of the property and there is music going everynught till 2am from the business behind the hotel so very hard to sleep with the music going all night

We enjoyed the close proximity to the park, but we should have been warned by the front desk that the 5th floor is a bar/club/restaurant that plays loud music until at least midnight. We were on the 4th floor and heard the music and crowd. Not so great with little ones and sensitive sleepers.

Hotel itself is fine. It’s close to Disneyland which makes it convenient to walk over. The check-in process could be made better. I did check in about an hour early so the room wasn’t available and was told to check back in half hour. Half hour later the room was still not ready, told to check back in 20 minutes, guaranteed by 4pm. At 3:30 checked in again and told the same thing - check back in 20 minutes. Just before 4pm checked back again and was told to wait another half hour! At that point I was upset as I kept seeing other people get their room keys without the wait. They finally found a room after I complained about how many times I checked in and how long I waited.

Room was clean, very convenient to Disneyland entrance. After we departed, we realized my wife had dropped some things and were kicked under the bed. The hotel was great to go in, search the room, find our things, and return them to us. Great staff!

When I checked in, the front desk asked for my ID and credit card. I didn’t realize until I was at dinner hours later that they gave me back my ID and a room key. Not my credit card. I called from the restaurant to see if my card was there and guest services laughed and said it was there in a drawer. Great. That felt safe :/ but what about paying for dinner? I feel like they could have called me as soon as they realized they kept it. I went back to get my card and it was a different person at the desk. I said my card was kept at check-in. He opened a drawer and handed me a card. Didn’t ask for name or ID to confirm they were giving the card to the correct person. I emailed management. Of course no response. Only one working elevator. On the opposite side of the building. Would be a very long trek with luggage to the elevator or lug it up stairs in 100 degree heat. Fun. The next day my child and I went to Disneyland. While they said no housekeeping services, housekeeping still came in the room. Took 5 towels. Left 3. Did NOTHING else. Didn’t take out the trash. Finally the last day, checkout isn’t until noon. I left to get breakfast before 9am. Even with the do not disturb on the door, housekeeping was opening my door before I even got to the bottom of the stairs. I had to yell up that I wasn’t checking out yet, all my stuff was still in the room. I was checked out before noon but housekeeping had come back an additional time before I could get out. Felt very rushed.

The front desk staff is not friendly. They provide service, but the woman who was at the desk when we checked in between 1 and 2pm was not just "not friendly" she was unapproachable, dismissive, and plain rude. This was not my first stay here, and this is the second time that particular person was at the desk and bothered by serving customers.

Basically I expected more. I chose the hotel because of the rooftop restaurant and bar, but its closed Sunday and Monday. They should have mentioned that. The room was ok, not great. The coffee pot didn't work well at all and one light was out. The hotel reception workers were not that friendly. Dissappointed overall

Samantha at the front desk helped us check in early abd get a room earlier, whoch helped out a lot. The check in was super fast and easy. The room was clean and neat, super comfy bad too. We will be staying here every Disney trip we have. Thank you guys!

The location of the hotel was great, it was about a 5-10 minute walk into Disneyland. The main reason I’m giving it a 2 star is due to my initial check in. I arrived thirty minutes early to check into my room, I was told my room would be ready at 4, I said no problem I’ll wait in my car till then. When I returned I guess my initial room wasn’t ready and she gave me a different room that was supposedly ready. I unload our luggage and head to the room, open the door and I walk in on a couple in their bed! I quickly apologize to them and shut the door. The room she gave me was fully occupied. I walked back to the front desk and was just given a different room, I didn’t feel accommodated at all. Eventually we got into our other room by 5 o’clock. Long story short, I like the location but the organization of the staff needs work.

The staff was super friendly & when we checked in & told them that we were both celebrating birthdays, there was a cute little gift basket on one of the beds in the room along with a balloon bouquet. The rooms were quiet &clean and perfect walking distance to Disneyland.distance to Disney

It was directly across the street from the entrance of Disneyland and Downtown Disney, which we really appreciated! Our only disappointment was that the Fifth Bar and Grill on the top floor of the motel was closed both nights for private events and then there were no reservations on the evening we wanted. They brag about this amenity but it didn't deliver!

Location to Disneyland was perfect. There were many food options within walking distance as well. We really enjoyed The 5th rooftop restaurant. The food was delicious. The two room suite was spacious and clean.

The groups that booked the high floor restaurant during the week we were here were loud and rowdy. Why would you book out to adult companies when it’s a kid friendly hotel accross the st from Disneyland ?

It is very close to Disneyland, it was a five minute walk from the hotel into the turnstyles. There are multiple restraurants in the immediate area, which we used several time during our stay. It was nice to be able to leave the Parks, come back and use the pool, and go back to the parks. Wish they had better towels.

We chose this hotel due to the proximity to Disneyland and California Adventures. You are about 6 minutes walking distance. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, amenities and especially the Fifth Rooftop Bar. I have recommended this hotel to friends/family traveling to the parks & would most definitely stay there again.
