Hotel was good. Pool was not 100% as the jacuzzi wasn’t available during our 2 night stay. And it looks like it hasn’t been for a while. The breakfast needs improvement. The pool towels were really old and rough. Needs replacement. They need to add more hand-soap in each room. There should be one hand-soap per sink. The staff and housekeepers are nice, no problem on that. Location is good too.

We were there for a music festival and parking was very limited. 1 night there was no parking and we had to park elsewhere. Luckily our car didn’t get towed. The 1st night a back door was open so we closed it when we came thru it. The rest of the stay was fine& without issue.

Overall experience was great, the only two things i did noticed was the Jacuzzi was out of service and pool flooring was a little ruff on the feet. Other then that the hotel staff was great and the hotel was well kept.

great for family accomopndation. The room is very clean. Location is quite convenient to major freeway. Breakfast (hot food) is good and versatile. Swimming pool and SPA facility is well maintained. Thank you Springhill team!

The hotel was poorly upkept, and there were little flies coming out of the sink. The furniture was shabby. They did send someone to fix the fly issue and they were reduced but not completely gone. Neighbors were noisy and had to call front desk to ask a guest not to talk so loudly on the phone while on the hallway.

I stayed in room 320. It has a pull out sofa that was infested with bugs. Last day of my stay I took a short nap on the sofa. I had more than two dozen bites on my exposed part of the body. The desk person was very nice and took notice of my condition. Half hour later I got a call from them that they will subtract one nights stay.

The bathroom and tub were FILTHY. Like, never been cleaned, dirt in the tub, stained shower curtain filthy. The staff on check-in/out were nice, but the place is gross. Hard pass considering the price is the same as every other hotel in town.

Staff were super friendly and the rooms were extremely spacious! The complimentary breakfast was actually good and I was shocked that they had allergen friendly foods. The location is great as it is right off the freeway and had several walkable restaurants.

I want a refund! Unable to operate TV, broken box spring and the noise coming from the mechanical room next to #125 was a loud roar. At 10:00 pm we requested a different room but the hotel was sold out. When we complained about the TV the staff member with slight condescension said we just don’t know how to turn it on. The 3rd member of our party happens to be very tech savvy and couldn’t figure it out. We kept getting a “ no signal”. Miserable night.

My stay was ruined because they gave me a room right next to the railroad tracks, and the commuter train was passing by almost 24 hours a day every 10 minutes. Also, the elevator was right next-door and then on top of it. I guess there was a restaurant nearby that had loud music.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the rooms were great they had mini fridge and a microwave in room. The breakfast was just the basic hotel breakfast but they kept everything stocked up. No parking fee was great. Overall the stay here was great. No complaints.

We had a really awful time staying at this hotel. I paid $253 for this hotel via Expedia for a night. I was double-billed $260 at the front desk when I checked in. Upon asking two receptionists, both confirmed they were new hires. I was told to see the manager at checkout after they contacted their manager. I was unhappy due to the fraudulent charge on my card. While checking out, I saw “Tiffany Ainsworth”the manager. She said she voided my Expedia booking, and I should receive a refund within five business days. Expedia charged me $253 for this hotel, but the hotel double-charged me for $260, leaving me disappointed. Additionally, the manager was not friendly and untruthfully said she had given me points. Upon checking my account after leaving, I discovered I had zero reward points. The manager lacked honesty and friendliness. Also, because neither TV in the room was functional, we missed out on watching TV. We couldn’t sleep well because of the noise from the next room.

Stayed for a 2 day trip to Universal for daughter’s bday. The conjoined doors were very thin and you can see the light from the other room, the neighbors were very LOUD all night and early am until we left for breakfast! Would’ve rather heard the transit system all night! Talked to the lady at the desk in the am and she was able to move us rooms for the 2nd night with no issue! For that I appreciate and give the better rating!

The Marriot Team went above and beyond! Truly thankful for the efforts made to make my sons birthday special by having a special treat ready for us upon entering our room, was not expecting that request to be fulfilled so graciously by Jamar. When we checked in the staff were so kind and inviting. The environment is very nice and welcoming. Our room was perfect for one night, would definitely stay again and recommend! The only thing about our stay was the jacuzzi was not working and the pool needed some attention overall, but it definitely did not stop us from enjoying it on the hot day! This is a great stay, affordable and clean, safe, welcoming.

Excellent hotel! Is located away from residential areas, very quiet, clean and comfortable. Food and shopping nearby, and close to a couple of big attractions - Santa Anita racetracks and the LA Arboreum. Excellent customer service, will definitely stay here again!!!

This wonderful hotel is walking distance from a variety of restaurants and stores. Plus, it is a short drive to The Arboretum, Santa Anita Park, Huntington Library and Arcadia Mall. Very Clean and quiet and the staff is top notch. Very helpful and personable.

This was a one night stay to attend an afternoon family event and returning home early the next morning. The hotel was conveniently located near lots of food choices within a 6 minute walk. It was clean and modern. Disappointments include: our room was adjacent to the trolley line and vibrated as the trains went by (sound wall muted most of the noise, but not all). The hotel was full and the breakfast area was overcrowded. The sausage and eggs were the worst I have had at a hotel. I don't expect restaurant quality, but the eggs were dry and crumbly and sausage was just bad. Best Western seems to be able to do these breakfast bar eggs. I will say that they breakfast bar had one of the largest options for food, including oatmeal with lots of toppings, a variety of bread and muffins, waffles and a selection of fruit. The dark roast coffee was good as well. Finally, the suite layout was terrible. The TV faced the uncomfortable couch, but not the bed. We had to turn the stand to hang out over the edge of the dresser.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh cooked eggs, pastries, and fresh fruit. The coffee was fresh and delicious. The staff was warm and accommodating. If I needed to improve one point it would be improving the water pressure in the shower. It wasn’t a big deal but fix that and my stay would have been perfect!!
