Easy to get into the room. No issues. The original room I was given; the door did not lock. It needed to be fixed. However the staff was more than accommodating and moved me into a different room without any issue. Love that the gym is 24hrs, clean pool, walking distance to nearby restaurants and strip malls. Easy off and onto the highway. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Those tiny omelettes were nice for breakfast. Parking is well illuminated and safe. Staff was kind and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave. Hotel was reasonably quiet and I had a restful sleep.

The Hampton was centrally located to all types of food, walkable and very close to the freeway, like 5 min. It was clean, loved the pool, weather and gym was small, but had a full set of dumbbells and cardio machines. They also offered a full breakfast. Def plan on coming here again when traveling to LA.

I had to drop my dog off at a specialty vet for a biopsy at 7:30 am, but live nearly 2 hours away. So I got a room here for the night before. Friendly check in, clean room, dog slept on the bed with me, and there were at least 3 other people with dogs in the grassy median strips of the parking lot for the 10pm Last Potty Call. (Also a convenient trash can and doggy poop bags.) Would use again for the long distance vet visit.

Stayed here for 3 nights, as a family of 4, at the start of our trip to California. Smooth check-in. Our room was a 2 queen bed room. Large bathroom with bath and shower. Plenty of towels and flannels for us all to use. Room was spacious enough for us and included a fridge and microwave. Although we didn’t use it, the gym was small but looked good. My son used the pool and loved it. There was a complimentary breakfast available in the lobby which was quite extensive. There were cereals, cooked options and a waffle maker.

Had a pretty good stay here with my family. The parking lot is nicely lit and there's plenty of space to park. I was happy to hear that Hampton Inn does free breakfast for all hotel members. I stayed at a Marriott previously and just because I added my kid as a 3rd person, no free breakfast. That was a definite bonus. My room was far from the elevator so it was nice and quiet. The only 2 things that bothered me was that the shower was also a bathtub, which in itself is fine, but there was no faucet for a bath? The showerhead DOES switch to a stream setting for that purpose, but it took FOREVER to fill the bath for my wife. The other thing that bothered me was that the concierge made it a point to tell me there was coffee and tea available whenever, but the coffee and tea dispensers only dispensed cold liquid. I heated it up myself, but other than that, it was a pretty good stay.

Room was comfortable and clean, staff very polite friendly and helpful. Mould in shower - needs a refurb. Very noisy - possibly AC or boiler external to room. Would be good to provide some gluten and dairy free options for breakfast, as many suffer from allergies/intolerances these days. I had to buy food to take into the breakfast room.

When entering the carpets and mats are stained and appear dirty as does the elevator carpet/mats. Our 3rd floor carpet appeared to be pretty new but was not vaccumed and needed a shampoo.

I would have given the hotel a very good/great review except both my children have what we can only think are bed bug bites. My daughter had over 40 and my son had over 60 bites. My husband did say something to the front clerk when we checked out.

Alma at the front desk isn't the most pleasant nor communicative person; she has a bit of an attitude. When we checked in, the room was clearly cleaned in a mediocre way. Hair on the bathroom floor was not what we had planned.

Front counter staff very nice. Room was quiet and still smelled like new carpet. Bathroom was clean except the shower - while not filthy, there was dirt/mildew in the bottom corners, and hair on the edge of the shower where the door closed. The food selection was good but not much available for someone with a dairy allergy and corn allergy…no dairy free milk to even have cereal. The only thing I could eat was the oatmeal and it was runny…which is not very appetizing to me.

Staff were polite and agreeable. Disliked Havinga two queen bed room and one night stand between. Not convenient at all. Also there was one chair in the room designed for 4 people. Again inconvenient as there was no where else to sit except on a bed.

Parking was easy except for orange cones were blocking areas where cars could have parked when no spaces were available. The parking would fill up in the evening and no spaces were open so we had to move the cones to park. The other problem were the beds. The mattresses were hard with no cushion to them. We could feel lumps when laying on them and turning over at times was painful. I lost my expensive gold bracelet there. I told the front desk about it. I hope it is turned in.

Easy, quick check in and check out. Very clean. 24 hours supply of tea, coffee, hot water. Hotel service personnel are very hard working. Bedroom is clean and carpet is clean and fresh. I stayed in room 433. Is a little noisy from the train. Overall, it is awesome. The strawberry waffle is light and special. Will definitely stay there in all my future visits. Keep it up.

Room was nice, only thing is in room 205, the shower door does not open closest to the shower head and nozzle, therefore, in order to turn the shower on, you have to fully step in, resulting in getting hit with ice cold water, which is always unpleasant!

My 2 negative opinions: #1 $100.00 dog deposit- did not state anywhere of deposit. I don't mind paying one because I know my service dog doesn't mess with things or potty inside. #2 Called for front desk. It took 3 times calling before someone answered the call. 1st call rang 36 times. Waited 5 minutes 2nd call rang 45 times. Waited 5 minutes 3rd call 4 rings.

Poor Staff Interaction — In the morning, a stranger opened my hotel door while I was not fully dressed. From where I stood, I could not see the stranger. They did not announce themselves or apologize; the person left swiftly when they heard me react to their entrance. I notified the front desk staff. They seemed unapologetic and said they would notify their staff TOMORROW. My stay ended that day. The manager emailed me later in the week and addressed me by the wrong name. I notified Expedia and it was resolved.

My prepaid stay at the Hampton Inn was terrible. I arrived a little before 3pm check in and was told their computers were down. Stood around for a half hour & was told their computers were still down would not be up until after 6pm. Clerk said there was nothing he could do & refused to allow me into the room. I cancelled & went to another hotel for that night.

The hotel is very well maintained (loved the decor), my room was very clean. The parking lot is extremely lit, plus lots of parking available, so I felt at peace leaving my car. The breakfast was delicious! The only complaint I have is that they didn't clean my room. I was there for 3 nights. I spoke to front desk on the second night and they confirmed I was on the cleaning list. (And NO, the Do Not Disturb tag was not on the door, they asked). I was so exhausted when we arrived on our last day. All I wanted to do was shower and jump into a clean fresh bed, but I had to walk to front desk for clean towels. I would definitely stay here again. Property is walking distance to several food places.

My teenage son and I stayed at this property for 4 nights while we were attending a couple of FIFA Club World Cup soccer matches at the Rose Bowl. This hotel was a perfect place for us. Staff was very nice, location next to the freeway was excellent, dining options across the street (BJ's, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse), the complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the room was very clean, all amenities worked without any issues, the place was quiet and the neighborhood was very safe. Excellent all around

Best part of the trip was the friendly employee that checked us in. Besides that, the bed was so uncomfortable, felt like we slept on the floor, could feel the springs, gave us 2 towels only, the shower had very little pressure and with a female with long thick hair, that’s a problem. The pool definitely needs cleaning. The hotels offers breakfast on weekends and before 815 the food was gone, no fruit, no waffle mix, no nothing. Definitely will not be staying at this location again.
