Nice guys at the front desk on both days, very friendly! Room was clean, TV had a wide variety of channels. Parking lot is a little small but they can't help that :) Wish the A.C. wasn't so loud, even on the "lower" setting.

The staff is so nice here. I just wish that they had hardwood floors or linoleum rather than carpet. Nice pool, good dog area good fish cleaning area.

Room was clean; bed was very firm, and the air conditioner would turn off and on in my room, with no ability to it to run continuously (for a consistent white noise). Staff was friendly, area was quiet. Ice and laundry were available and it was a convenient spot to walk to downtown Bishop. Had it not been for the A/C Sand bed I would have given it 5 stars.

The staff was friendly and the place was kept up nicely. There were enough restaurants close by to walk to. The pool was kept clean and monitored for PH 3 times a day. The only downside, was not breakfast was provided, but we could walk to get food easy enough.

The staff were very friendly and although the property was older, it was well maintained. We didn’t partake of the breakfast so I don’t know about that. That parking is tight so if you have a bigger vehicle it can be a bit challenging.

Small property but room was very clean. Only thing and not under the control of houskeeper, the carpets need cleaning....lots of stains and peep hole indoor stuffed with a napkin. We are in room 108. Front desk very friendly. Whoever made the bed needs to be commended. So nice and tight sheets.

There was a bug crawling on my twin bed as soon as we walked in the room. So I was not very happy about that. The carpet was stained and look like it needed to be steam cleaned. There was no heat or AC in the twin bedroom only a ceiling fan. The only was I could feel the AC was to leave the door open to the main room which defeats the purpose of having a separate private bedroom. The continental breakfast was not a continental breakfast. We were told upon arrival we would get a granola bar, an apple, a graham cracker, and a bottle of water in a brown paper bag. Nowhere on the website did it say that was going to be the breakfast. The porch lights were so bright that even with all the curtains pulled it still lit up the bedroom all night long. The only good thing was the new shower bathtub inserts were nice and clean. I will not stay there again.

I never thought I’d rave about a Travelodge as much as I have about this one. We drive by Bishop a lot because we go to Lake Tahoe. I have a 6 year old and a 9 year old. They have a family room which is a side room with two twin beds and their own TV. It has a door so I get full privacy and some piece and quiet. The price is great, and I wish every hotel offered this option. It’s dog friendly which is also crucial for us when traveling. You can very easily walk to Schats, this great park, McDonalds, Whisky Creek, and other restaurants. For sure recommend this place!

I never give reviews but wanted to for this hotel. I liked multiple things about it like there was a refrigerator and microwave; parking was super close and easy; the shower and toilet was separate behind a door from the sink and mirror and it was super clean. What I didn’t like was the bed was hard with no cushion and my back hurt upon waking up.

This is a basic property ok for a one night stay. The pillows are super tiny, and bed is stiff. The carpets in the room needs cleaning badly. Other reviewers are right, the walls are thin and it sounds like your neighbors are in your bathroom when they’re talking. The breakfast is very limited, no juice, only bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, boiled eggs, and coffee that taste like water.

I had absolutely NO internet connection! In this day and age that is inexcusable! First of all it was not readily become available ( I had a half dozen other that were available) and then when I was able to connect it was so slow it was NOT usable and then it just disappeared... I will not be back at this location.

The manager let a family friend stay at the property knowing he was going to be a potential problem, him and his girlfriend became my problem at 4:30 am when they were fighting very loud and violently. I had to call 911to quiet the situation. When I asked the manager to help she said that they would be leaving, that didn’t happen and they were fighting again that night at 11:30. I have stayed at this property several times without incident but will probably stay somewhere else on my next trip just because of the lack of help from the management to deal with the situation properly.

Host in the office was so fast, he had checked in four parties in less than 7 minutes, accurately and kindly. Room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, things many other chains are starting to charge for: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Would stay there again!

Property itself is nothing to brag about but was fine! I had to check in hours late because they had no rooms available but the hotel itself was pretty empty. So, printed on their sign, they list check in starts at 3. Overall, flexible check in time but solid check out time. They made me wait hours to check in, I asked about staying an extra two hours but they wanna charge for a late check out- this hotel goes off what’s only convenient for themselves. Pay the extra money and stay elsewhere.

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, even upgrading our room at no cost when I informed him I had a last minute kiddo added to our trip. Our room was clean, and each little had their own twin bed! The property is older but upgraded, and right next door to fuel and fast food! Great stay for the price we paid!

When I checked in I had an upstairs room and not only did Tracy get me in a downstairs room she upgraded me to a king bed and enrolled me in Wyndham Rewards program. Very good service and will be staying at this location while working in the area.

well, it's Travelodge...it seemed to be a it better in the past but now, it's kinda falling apart. the beds are AWFUL. You can hear the neighbors talk (thank god all they did was talk) at all hours of the night...in the past, breakfast offered a selection of things to nibble on but now, all you get is a bag with a small water, a granola bar and an apple. Really? You can do better than that.

Bed, was not particularly comfortable. One of the two staircases going to the second floor is closed due to safety issues. Breakfast consisted of a paper bag with a granola bar and an apple and a bottle of water. No juice was available. We definitely not recommend this place.

An old, tired and dated property - dark room and bathroom with limited lighting made it feel dingy and small. Our biggest gripe was the unreliable and slow internet. This was a work trip and being unable to get online was a productivity killer. Non-functioning USB outlets were an inconvenience. Parking very limited on the property. Refrigerator was not turned on when on arrival so took some time to cool down. One side of king-size bed had collapsed internally, resulting in both of us being forced to one side of the bed. Would neither recommend not stay here again.

The room was a bit crowded but it worked for our needs. The small refrigerator was on the floor. I was disappointed though with management, we had booked the room for 2 nights but had an emergency and had to leave after 1. We were there for 14 hours and when requesting a small credit - we were told NO. That was disappointing!
