Gentleman that checked me in was courteous. Room although a little outdated and in need of sprucing up, was clean. Very quiet and liked parking in front of my room. Tv worked good and had plenty of channels to choose from. Area around hotel was clean. Other hotel looked decent that were in same are so felt safe.

I recommend it 100 percent came to the river for a day and got back to the hotel nice and quiet !! Pool was amazing. , the owners are very friendly they make you feel at home !!! Ice machines accessible great stay will be coming back soon thank you you !!!!

They accommodated us, but because of this, put us in a room infested with dead cockroaches on the floor and on the bed and the restroom went back into let him know we were leaving, and he gave us a different room. It was cleaner, but not much cleaner. he went in before hand. I’m assuming to sweep up all the dead bugs. shower curtain looks like it has never been washed was very uncomfortable to shower, especially for my kids because of all the stains and dirt on it we had to get Lysol wipes to clean the room ourselves to feel more comfortable. he stood outside of our room. Pool was not usable. Looked like a murky swamp. every time we use the ice machine he came out to check and see what we were doing. Also knocked on our door to let us know it was check out prior checkout time and then waited by the door. although the room was big with three beds, I agree it was spacious, but never coming back because of the service and condition of the rooms and pool.

There is nothing unique about this property. Repairs are done poorly. Shower leaked all over the floor. Ice machine does not work. No amenities, noisy air conditioner, comfortable bed.

Cockroaches in bathroom coming out of the shower drain. Stains on couch looking very much like "human fluids". I'd upload a photo but it says to keep photos family friendly. AC worked great from 3 feet away. Otherwise the room was in the high 80s to low 90's in late August. Towels were crispy at best. 1 ply toilet paper. Sheets I think were 400 Grit, not thread count. The Pool was an interesting brownish black. Not even the flies were going near it. Pretty good for Blythe LOL. You get what you pay for.

The property was filthy and unfit for humans to stay in. We found 1 dead & 2 live cockroaches in our room upon check in. Do NOT stay here under any circumstances. When I mentioned it to the front desk agent, he did not care about it an waved us off.

The pictures do not match the actual property. It’s very old and out dated. The lamps and furniture in the room were broken. There was a lizard in the bathroom.floors were filthy. Walls had a lot of unpainted spots.

We left as soon as we entered the room. Both live and dead cockroaches in the room, the sheets were stained. Our chairs were slashed and there appeared to be blood on the curtain. Manager did not offer a refund but instead another room. Very disappointing.

I read the reviews - thought I would try the Inn. Mainly because we were on a road trip, had a cat in the car and needed rest. The desk person was nice enough but went out of his way to tell me he expected my animal to be messy and I would incur any fees related to the pet. Upon entering the room, the lighting is so bright, I wanted sunglasses. There was a film of dust on the floor, probably residue of sorts - the shower drain had hair in it and unkept. As a former housekeeper in a hotel, I think it could have been cleaner -

Huge roach in room in the shower!! A trail of baby roaches from entryway to bathroom... First time having an issue here but seeing that I was a regular guest I'd think I'd get better service but I received no apologies or accomodations. Never again will I stay here. Yuck!!!

This place was FILTHY!!!! Disgusting and just gross. Bugs crawling everywhere and in the bed all over sheets. Someone had peed in the toilet before we even checked in the tub had roaches in it and the kitchen sink was just nasty. We were told no refund ok they did offer us another room but as soon as that lady opened the door-dead roaches on floor. Said they just had it fumigated but I highly doubt it. Place was a dump. Staff was also very rude. We ended up leaving and going down the street to a super 8 that by the way was the same price and wayyyyyyyy cleaner and no bugs in the sheets. Do yourself a favor and always read the reviews before booking somewhere I wish I had read the reviews beforehand redwood was the worst place I ever stepped foot in. SAVE YOUR MONEY THUS PLACE IS DISGUSTINGLY GROSS

I stay here often and this is the first time I've had a horrible experience I booked the room for two nights the first day I left the whole day came back and there was a roach on its back in my shower the size of my hand I called the office to come remove it I didn't get any apology didn't get any kind of compensation for the nastiness I will not be staying there ever again

The room was stuffy, AC was off. When I turned it on it smelled like mildew and didn’t cool efficiently. Holes in sheets, stains, hairs that weren’t mine on the sheets. Shower had no cold water. One window wouldn’t lock and it was a first floor room.

This place was horrible i wont be staying here ever again..Dead roach inide, basty bedding. And the A/C was off was like 108 when i got in town. It too till the next day till it finally cooled down in there.

We've stayed at this hotel several times over the past couple years mostly because there are a few rooms with 3 beds which is great for our family. Normally the room and price are fine. This time we arrived in the early evening when it was over 100 degrees and our room temp was just under that outside temp. It took 4 hour to cool the room to a comfortable temp. And the summer rate was about $100 with no extra comfort...that's for sure.

Clearly well down the food chain this motel, you pay for what you get, even though, I thought my $56 was too much to pay for this place. Very tired and worn out & that’s just me!!!!

What to say? This place was clean and we didn't feel unsafe. It's a very old property which needs lots of upgrading (maybe just paint?) and maintenance. To be fair, our plumbing worked and the beds were very firm, even hard--but better than too soft. The A/C struggled greatly to keep up with the task of keeping the room down to the low 70's--too warm for sleeping--and this was in mid-December. The surrounding area seemed a little bit questionable, so we brought everything in from the car overnight. The upside? The price. We are grateful for the low price.

Kitchenette was unfurnished, no cooking irveating utinsils. We had to eat out. Beds were ok butbwiuld have been better hadbthey used pillow-top mattresses. For the dize of the room, spacious, the TV was too small

DONT STAY HERE ESPECIALLY SOLO WOMEN!!! 10:30pm closed office. Go into office odd smell. Man walks out to check me in. Went to check in after using a third party (hotels.com) Man gets disgruntled my reservation is used by my middle name not my first and begins telling me I can't have my room that's paid in full because names don't match when I agree to call third party he begins yelling at me that I should only be called what's on my drivers license I explain he's making me uncomfortable he continues yelling some of which I couldnt understand the third time I'm finally backed up to the door trying to leave explaining ! no longer feel safe to stay here. He tried keeping my money because he said that's his policy grateful hotels.com gave me my funds back! This man doesn't deserve business treating a woman the way he did l've never been so scared and uncomfortable in my life I especially wouldn't stay if you're a single woman. I don't know what this man's trigger is of it's drug or alcohol induced or mental illness the rage over something simple was scary. Warn others!!

We were greeted very kindly by the property manager. Check in was fast and easy. Check out was easy as well. This place is decent for the price. Needs some updating but over all it was a good place to rest our heads and take a nice hot shower.

This is an old school motel. We only spent one night here and it served our needs. It was clean and tidy and they accept dogs. Yes there are aesthetic things that could be improved, but overall it was just what we needed. If you are expecting something over the top you will be disappointed. If you are expecting a clean and quiet place to stay then this is your place.

This hotel is very misrepresented on hotels.com.the hotel is very run down and a huge misreprentation of Red Roof Inn. We have stayed at many and this one is not a good represantation of their hotels. Nothing like the photos. And the directions take you to the middle of town.

I liked that our room had the availability of 3 beds which is great for our family of two adult children. The location was so walkable for our dog and to get to the grocery store and coffee shops. The only thing that was undesirable was that the shower water was not anywhere near even warm. I noted this to the owner upon check out and there seemed to be little concern for this. I would recommend the property check the adjustment of the water heater for the rooms. Otherwise I would stay here again on our way to other parts of California.
