Everything was fine service, location, cleanliness and parking. A good place to stay over for a weekend.

Very old hotel beds suoer small restroom super tiny the shampoos is tiny littke packets caulking and things falling apart everywhere parking is small they have video monitirs and rules all over but dont take time to uograde thus place suites is a really wrong way to describe it made motel 6 look good

There was dirt in my bed under the blankets and a foul smell coming out of the drain the water pressure in the shower was horrible and tje pool was super dirty and my feet turned black from waling on the floor.the freezer wasnt workin.

The water was barely luke warm which I can’t tolerate so I didn’t shower. I would not stay there again based on that. Lots of people out in the parking lot and on phones every time I went outside. I would not have felt comfortable if I stayed there alone. The rooms were very nice and clean so served the purpose. No complaints with the rooms at all!

Property is open to outside sources. Parking is not secured. Rooms are outdated and dirty. When i checked in, i was asked to fill out an old carbine paper form. I asked why they cant get my information of the expedia website since that is where i reserved the room. She said thats how they do it. I think im being charged twice and have service fees. I will NEVER stay at this facility again

Hotel was nice and clean, room clean, comfortable. Pool was nice after a hot day, and morning wake up.

There’s men in every corner on their phones looked shady. They had connecting doors with a small lock that anyone can break. And when I went to use the restroom the towel rod fell when I got a towel. I didn’t even stay I checked out.

The smell in the rooms, the sheets where dirty and they have bedbugs. The pictures lie. Not safe to stay

Where do I even begin ??!! We travel A LOT !! Usually stay a night or two at a motel/hotel, then move to the next city. So I know what to expect from a two ** motel or from a ***** resort hotel. Cleaning is number one no matter what star the establishment is ! Townhouse Inn & Suites IS NOT CLEAN, to say the least ! The walls in the bathroom were not completely painted, just patched up ! The light fixture over the sink, two lightbulbs were missing out of four, and covered with dust. The AC unit charge cords on the wall was also covered with thick dust. The floor was sticky, you can hear your shoes being lifted from the floor ! We booked for two nights, but just couldn't stay one more minute, so we told the front desk we would check out earlier and Hotel.com will contact them for refund of the 2nd night. The establishment refused it. So now I am disputing the 2nd night charge with my credit card company. I should've taken the negative reviews seriously ! Every word was true !! I hope Hotel.com will not remove the photos I uploaded, so you can all see what I am referring to !

Good clean room with excellent bed and bedding. Staff were excellent. This area is unfortunately suffering from the stench of the nearby Salton Sea which is an ecological disaster of monumental proportions. If the wind is blowing in the wrong direction the smell is terrible. California should be ashamed.For a state that claims to be so concerned about the environment, this area is a toxic wasteland.

The beds are soft and so comfy and pillows and blankets are wonderful, sheets are scratchy. Bathroom was dirty. Area looked run down but we never felt unsafe.

The owners where very nice but the hotel was under renovation, you could tell the rooms where just renovated, but not finished in a few areas. Hopefully they will fix these details with time

I was traveling on business, it was cheap and that was my main decision factor. The room was clean, the bed was fresh and I liked the hard-surface floors better than carpet. The place is a bit run down & just seems kind of "tired." The shower did not work well but the towels were better than expected for the price. Biggest complaint? The coffee was really not good! Overall, I'd stay there again for myself but not if my wife was traveling with me.

I stayed at this motel over 30 years ago, it has not aged well. Owners are trying hard, bed above average with good pillows. It is an old motel. Room was a bit noisy, but so is the area. Room needed paint and caulking in bathroom was a bit much. A few freeloading roaches but they were friendly. Staff was also very friendly! Hotels in area were mostly sold out with some over $200. This was a value motel. This is a small broke town with only a few options. Plan accordingly.

Comfortable bed.

The property is old and hasn't been updated. Walls and ceiling have bad patch jobs and sloppy painting. For example, in the bathroom the 'painter' didn't avoid hitting the towel rack mount, like didn't even try to cut in around it. The bed was ok and the linens and towels were clean. It's not as though I felt things were dirty, just old and ugly.

Staff is friendly. Room is clean. Breakfast. Nice area. Quiet. Comfortable bed.

Easy Check-in. Friendly helpful staff. Accommodated our request for ground floor near office. Will be staying here again in a week.

Not very good service

It was not so good for me. This was a difficult trip for me. I had a small service animal and he got very upset. Charged me 135. because I didn't pay for an extended stay before 10am after I had already told him that I would the night before. I was called to the hospital where my husband was and didn't get back until 11. the manager went non-linear and charged me $135 dollars fine and told me I had to leave. Zero compassion. Also the microwave didn't work.

This is a good place to stay. Downtown brawly CA.

It's so nice to have a table and chairs for eating, drinking, using the laptop, etc. Nice breakfast right on time at 6am. Air conditioning worked very well. There was more light in this room than most places. Can't say anything negative about the place, even had real coffee mugs to use. The towels didn't have a rack, but they were efficiently stored by the sink in plain sight.

Pretty decent cost effective spot. Breakfast was a bit spartan but the room was clean, towels were soft and the staff was friendly.
