Easy check in. Analisa was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean, hotel also clean and very modern throughout. Great pool. the spa was much appreciated after a day of exploring salton sea attractions (pool is open late too.) I love the complimentary breakfasts at best westerns always yummy and make-your-own waffles is my favorite thing ever!

The staff was wonderful, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind. The included breakfast was better than expected. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed with a good sized fridge and microwave, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, linens. There was good parking available, and well lit. While the rooms seem to have been more recently updated, the hotel itself is pretty outdated, the lighting in the halls and stairwells is poor and it smells a bit old. The price did not match the quality of the property but it was the best available option I found in Brawley. There didn't seem to be many options in the surrounding area for dining, I ended up getting dinner at grocery store and brining it back to the room so it was nice the fridge and microwave were provided.

Our stay was actually OK pillows. Quite small carpet needs to be vacuumed thoroughly in rooms and especially down the hallways. The service was great. The food was OK overall I gave this hotel 3 1/2 stars.

This is not up to Best Western standards. Our room (Expedias room) was in a separate building from the main hotel right on a busy road. We had no internet at all and had to walk back to the hotel lobby for WIFI. The room needed a thorough cleaning, walls and doors very dirty. The fan couldn’t be turned off so the room was cold requiring the use of a very noisy heater. Breakfast also did not come up to Best Western standards. So disappointing as we spent much more than what we received.

I’m very disappointed with the appearance of the hotel special the room, it was so damaged in the bathroom with lots of patches in the ceiling and walls. Lastly the room had a strange dusty smell. Would not recommend and won’t be staying here again.

This hotel is overpriced. The acustics are terrible! I was lodged on the second floor and I could not sleep the first night because I could hear the guests stomping the floor in the room above mine at late hours in the evening and early morning. I could also hear the noise from the plumbing! The rooms are crowded with outdated furniture and too much furniture. I was not impressed and paid way too much for Brawley! The bed is comfortable and breakfast is OK.

The floor was bumpy and uncomfortable to walk on without shoes. The water pressure in the shower was terrible (room 206). Check in took a really long time. The pillows were really uncomfortable, we both woke up with sore necks. There was just a sheet and light blanket on the bed, not cozy at all. The price for this quality of hotel was too high.

So - it's probably the best Brawley has to offer, but...it has some drawbacks you should be aware of. The staff were friendly and kind. The location is fine, right on the main drag and hear an IH tractor dealership, so that is a good thing... :) The hotel itself is a bit dated, while it was clean, and the beds were comfy, the AC sounded like a loud running faucet, the fridge sounded like a dripping faucet, and the ceiling creaked loudly as the people upstairs moved around. Pretty annoying at 5AM. Overall, good marks for Brawley, as the other options are exterior entry motel style places.

The staff is excellent. I dropped my cell phone on the way inside and when I could not find it I asked one of housekeeping staff if she happened to see it and she had found it, turned it into the front desk.. I was so relieved!!

Our stay at the Best Western in Brawley was nice. Service from the front desk was great. Breakfast was better than other hotels I have stayed at. My only suggestion is for the employees to keep their voices down when talking to each other or on the phone at 3:00 am as the sound carries upstairs into room 202 and is very loud!

When checking in the person at the desk was very confrontational and gave us a hard time about getting a room that was inside the building said that because we made our reservation online we to take the rooms along the street which we’ve gotten before and are full of bugs. Argued with us for 20 minutes before just giving us a room inside I even offered to upgrade or downgrade because I had reserved a suite so that we wouldn’t be on the street. So all of the arguing was for no good reason we ended up with the room we wanted was like an episode of twilight zone or thought we were being punked. Room and everything else ended up being good just one bad person can make trip terrible.

Facility is average but staff is friendly and helpful. Building could use some upgrades but met our needs. Mattress was way too firm for my comfort back was achy in the morning. Overall was as expected for the location, nothing fancy but a safe quiet place to spend the night after a family party.

I was in Salton Sea fro the Bird Festival. Best Western Plus was perfect, safe, convenient, excellent area for dining afterwards. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay while in the area.
