My room was not what I expected. The property is so beautiful and maintained very well. However our room was 2 stars. Our shower was filthy. There was dirt on the floor, blood on the door, and bugs all over our room.

Overall, this was the most unpleasant experience we’ve had at a Doubletree hotel. We enjoyed the cookies very much at all Doubletree locations. During check-in, I was not informed about on-site restaurants, bars, pool hours, facilities, or amenities included with the hotel booking. I also wasn’t guided on how to reach my room and seemed to be treated as an inconvenience when I asked questions. To make matters worse, I booked through hotels.com and believed my room would have a mountain view, as shown on the website of and app of the booking platform. If you're booking through here (hotels.com), double-check to ensure you’re getting what you expect—my room faced the parking lot and a tree. The rooms are outdated; my bathroom, in particular, seemed moldy, with mold on the ceiling and around the faucets.
