The Paloma was excellent choice for our recent family holiday in Palm springs. The pool was excellent, warm and great that it was open 24 hr. The location was great to see all the sites in and around PS.

One word- Amazing. Stayed here for one night, and didn't check in until about 7:30pm but boy do we wish we could've arrived earlier! They have bikes you can use, and plenty of parking too. Such an adorable large room with a separate seating area, comfortable bed and pillows! The walls are a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbors the following day. Tried watching YouTube on the TV and it took forever and a day to load so we just turned it off and didn't try again. The pool area is open 24hrs and heated, although the jets in the hot tub did not work. Plenty of chairs and little cabanas, a bar at the pool which opens @11am. No breakfast or coffee on-site which was a bummer. Truly a beautiful hotel and friendly staff, I would love to stay here again.

Lovely resort with little rooms that have a medium sized fridge and a well stocked mini-bar! Very grateful for the free parking and the 24 hour pool! Would definitely recommend!

If you're looking for a low-key, relaxed, boutique hotel, with a vibrant aesthetic, this is the place for you. The rooms are very comfortable. It was quiet, and we slept well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's a great spot to hang out by the pool, play Pickleball, or just relax.

This place was great! It’s a calm atmosphere with a great DJ on the weekends. They have their pool open 24 hours which is amazing. Their restaurant on site is excellent. I would definitely come back here again.

The landscaping, grounds, rooms, pool and weight room were outstanding. You get your own little Villa room with a small kitchen, sitting area, bedroom and oversized bathroom! Great!!!! My only issue is the NO outside food and beverage at the pool. I don't drink alcohol or eat certain foods. So then serve health things like Olipop, sparkling water, hummus and veggies, jerky, protein drinks, cottage cheese and trail mix! I don't want greasy chicken nugget, chips and fries! Some people eat healthy!!!!

What a pleasant and comfortable boutique mini-resort! Our room was like a junior suite in a "pod-like" structure shared with one other room. There was a nice pool area and a common entertainment room. Apparently, there’s a lounge but we didnt explore it. The pickleball court also looked like fun!

Nice place overall, with many positive features. BUT, the room had a full trash can under sink when we arrived, and I ran out of bath gel mid-shower. As a final slap in the face, there were leftover potato chip fragments in the bedroom area rug.

The front desk guy was courteous. The room was nice but did not smell clean. The Carpet is filthy dirty. Needs to be DEEP CLEANED . The drinks the bartender made were way too strong.

The room rugs were really dirty and stained. Couch had sunken cushions so you couldn't sit on it comfortably. Room size was great and bed was comfy. Staff was very nice. Although we had a living room it wasn't comfortable or cozy and the dirty rugs gave the impression the whole room wasn't clean. There was also other peoples hair on the bathroom floor.

The carpets were motel level dirty. Didn\'t want to talk around barefoot. One of my towels had a big brown stain on it. The furniture is hip looking but very cheap. Then the noise. Wow, imagine having a personal DJ in your bed. They have a pool DJ, which, I guess that\'s on me for not being more thorough in discovering that, but on Saturday the DJ was so loud that things in my room were vibrating. And all the rooms are right off the pool. A nap is not a possibility here. Come here for an all day rager. They shouldn\'t call this a "spa" at all. Yes it has spa services, but this is not the place to relax in the desert. Also early morning kids screaming running around, and on my final day, construction at 6:30am. All that said it was about as cheap as a motel, but admittedly one level up in quality (minus the carpet and towel). Roll the dice.

Seems the rooms were not cleaned properly prior to arrival. We didn’t even check-in early. When we called front desk, they mentioned that their cleaning staff left for the day and they were understaffed at the moment. While the staff tried to remedy the situation, they had us moving to different rooms and wanted us to pay extra for the room change when the room was subpar. In the system the room wasn’t marked as occupied so the next morning one of the staff members walked in as we were getting ready. I was disappointed with the experience and expected much more for the price of the resort.

The Paloma had a very charming decor. I enjoyed the 24-hour heated pool and jacuzzi. Our room was not only spacious, especially the bathroom, but also very clean, contributing to a very relaxing experience. The poolside restaurant and bar offered great service and added convenience. However, one aspect that could be improved is the bedroom's semi-translucent vertical blinds. They allow the sunlight in at sunrise, which isn't ideal for vacation mornings when early rising isn't on the agenda. The effect is amplified by the mirrored closet doors, making the room excessively bright. Blackout curtains would be a game changer! Additionally, having a microwave in the room would be greatly appreciated for added convenience. I found the bed to be too firm for my preference, though it might suit those who favor a firmer mattress perfectly.

Excellent - probably the best place we’ve stayed in the desert! Spacious room, nice bed, fun pool with a bar and music. Only had a few tapas, but they were excellent. Friendly and attentive staff, especially the bartenders. We skipped breakfast because it was pricy and all had gluten/dairy except the $15 oatmeal which they didn’t have anyway, and they had a fly situation at the bar, but otherwise was a perfect stay.

I loved staying at this resort. I stayed on a Wednesday and Thursday, so the pool was quiet and calm with great music and the bartenders were sweet. It was so relaxing. The rooms are beautiful, and the views are 10/10. This is my favorite resort in Palm Springs because its small enough, yet big enough to feel safe and have all amenities.

The place was quite nice, especially the pool area. Food was above average. Minus one star for 1) 3 unanswered voicemails and one unanswered chat asking for information on transportation from the airport / car service recommendation as we landed after midnight 2) final answered call where the gent told me he did not know what the transportation from the airport was like because he "didn't work at the airport" 3) A/C remote did not control the A/C unit though display worked and the TV remote was also non-functional. 4) There are no blinds on the top windows and the partial dividing wall between sitting and sleeping area does not go to the ceiling, so it is very bright as soon as the sun is up.

Really enjoyed the property and pool area. The location was great, quiet neighborhood, easy access and super close to shopping. The front desk staff were very welcoming and thoughtful and walked us to our room, explaining amenities. The community room near the pool was well furnished. Outdoor seating areas are countless to enjoy some relaxation time. Our room was in the main building, was very cute and the layout worked well for our group of four adults. One of the room had very small wall mounted shelves for nightstands that were leaning so much you couldn't use them. The main issue for us was the thin walls. Unfortunately when laying in bed and even in the bathroom we could hear the next door neighbors conversations, babies crying, and dogs barking. We could even hear conversations word for word. If you are sensitive to sound pollution you should avoid the rooms in the main building. I hope the bungalows would have less issues, since each bungalow is only two rooms. At the pool we ordered some appetizers, which left a lot to be desired. I had to send back croquetas which came frozen in the center. Outside food and drink is not allowed at the pool. That would work for me if the food available to order were better. Cocktails were good, as expected

The room was clean and looked very pretty but the furniture was mainly picked for looks not comfort. Bring your sleep mask too because the rooms have windows that cannot be covered so you will get woken by the sun. Also maybe ear plugs if noise bothers you, it's under a flight path and by a school. The shower was a great set up but unfinished so the water just leaked under the door onto and under the floor, we notified staff when leaving. The pool was open 24hrs which was great and clean with some pool toys. Overall they are still working on it and it's a decent place to stay.

The pool was clean and slightly warmed for the time of year we went. The staff was super nice and helpful… they turned us on to Elmers, a great local restaurant. My only negative was no blackout curtains. We definitely woke up to the sun rise. Definitely not the end of the world and I will stay there again.

I have very mixed feelings about this property. Overall the good aspects of my stay outweighed the BAD however there were a succession of minor hiccups & over sights which were hard to ignore. The property itself was cute. The bungalows were tasteful & cute as was the pool area etc. Mostly it felt as if the problems arose from poor management or lack of well trained staff. Ranging from no front desk for check in, no pool towels for hours two days in a row, no toilet paper in pool bathroom despite me letting staff know for over 24 hours, the previous days towels & dishes left at the pool area well into the next day with no tidy up (no wonder there were never clean towels !!!!), and a room key which needed a new battery , no big deal but it took 40 min to track down someone to do so . We were seriously late for our dinner as we waited to lock our room & very nearly just left it unlocked with our valueables secured in our car. Nancy & others at the bar were fabulous but many little things were just slightly subpar. As well as the pervasive stink of old oil from the restaurant . But even after all that it was a positive experience which could be changed to excellent with a little more oversight & attention to detail.
I have very mixed feelings about this property. Overall the good aspects of my stay outweighed the BAD however there were a succession of minor hiccups & over sights which were hard to ignore. The property itself was cute. The bungalows were tasteful & cute as was the pool area etc. Mostly it felt as if the problems arose from poor management or lack of well trained staff. Ranging from no front desk for check in, no pool towels for hours two days in a row, no toilet paper in pool bathroom despite me letting staff know for over 24 hours, the previous days towels & dishes left at the pool area well into the next day with no tidy up (no wonder there were never clean towels !!!!), and a room key which needed a new battery , no big deal but it took 40 min to track down someone to do so . We were seriously late for our dinner as we waited to lock our room & very nearly just left it unlocked with our valueables secured in our car. Nancy & others at the bar were fabulous but many little things were just slightly subpar. As well as the pervasive stink of old oil from the restaurant . But even after all that it was a positive experience which could be changed to excellent with a little more oversight & attention to detail.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Paloma! They had to reschedule our dinner reservation, but Kim was amazing and very accommodating & made sure we could be scheduled for a different time. She even gave us a $50 gift card to use towards our dinner. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood that’s pretty close to downtown Palm Springs. Everything was great & the only thing we noticed was that our room wasn’t the cleanest. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend staying here for a little vacation in Palm Springs!

We stayed 5 nights in the one bedroom suite, resort was super cute and we utilized many of the amenities- pool and poolside bar, pickleball, bicycles. Area is super quiet and felt very safe! Walking distance over to the target to buy our own food and drinks was a bonus! Drinks and food at the poolside bar were strong and good. Cons were the housekeeping- we did not receive housekeeping on the first day, we went to the front desk to request it for the following day as we weren’t sure if it was supposed to be daily- we were assured our room would be cleaned the following day so we got refills of what we required(coffee,creamer, Kleenex) from the front desk. When we return to our room the following night it had still not been cleaned. In total our room was only cleaned once for our 5 night stay. However, once it was cleaned they did do a good job. The other inconvenience is the contact to the front desk must be made through your own personal device. We were travelling from out of country and did not have access to cellphone texting that they wanted us to use. A couple times there was no one in the lobby to assist with a sign to text their phone-again something we were unable to do will no cell service. I tried using their messaging service through the email at check in and messages were never returned. It would be helpful to have another way of contacting them! The staff members we did come into contact with were all amazing and very accommodating! We will be back!

The Paloma Resort was a nice place to stay, so nice that we extended our stay by two nights. We were paying $140 a night up until then. They did not tell me that the same room would now be $800!!! Imagine my surprise and horror to learn this after seeing a large charge to my credit card. The management would not take responsibility for not telling me when I extended our stay. I was standing in the office when the clerk added our two nights. Not a peep. I assumed it would be for the same price. That was dumb! So beware! The Paloma Resort management is shady!!!

Floors were sticky. Scum on the bathroom cabinet doors. 1 out of 3 of the staff were pleasant to deal with. Friendly girl. 2 guys were whatever. One likes to over speak customers and rush you through inquires, other doesn't seem to happy to be there. All these things could step up a bit and make the place worth the looks of it. Esthetics were good all around. Don't let the staff attitude bring down the quality of what a nice job was done with the property

Unfortunately, this property has gone downhill since my previous visit. The pool staff was unfriendly. The front desk person asked me why I was only staying one night (intrusive, nosy. The room I was originally assigned had a bad smell. When I changed rooms, he said the room hadn’t been occupied for several months. So why wasn’t there a full inspection before assigning me the room? Even the new room I was assigned had missing blinds, which I wanted for greater privacy. However, I didn’t feel like bothering anymore. The pool staff wasn’t going around and asking if we wanted anything, like they did in the past. When I asked about a drink I remembered that was under $10, the pool guy responded “maybe 20 years ago” (trying to put me down). Then I discovered there IS a $7 drink on the pool menu, pointed it out to him, and he once again was dismissive and said “oh that’s a ‘small one” (which it was not). The clientele is also more downscale now. The pink umbrellas are all faded. So the vibe at the pool is very tired and uninspiring. So essentially, very tacky service overall. And lower quality experience.

Lovely and fairly clean room with a nice view of the pool area. The service was lacking as it seemed that only 3 people worked there and did everything. Reception was very kind . The bartander Carlos was awesome and stirred up some great drinks! We got lucky i guess and got a weekend that was rather slow so it almost felt that we had the whole place to ourselves. Main Street is a 15 minute drive so not too bad . We will return

Great little boutique hotel that was clean, quiet, and mostly occupied with adults only. It was an easy 9 minute walk to the nearby Starbucks and Target storre or a 2 minute drive. Staff were great too! Carlos at the bar was awesome. The manager helped us out with extending our late check out a bit longer so we could hang out until having to leave for our flight. Only issue was the hot tub was nice and hot in the mornings but didn’t stay hot past 8-9pm so a nighttime soak was not comfortable. And the bar closed a bit too early each night. We would come back from dinner and it would be closing up by 9-9:30pm 11pm closure would have been great. Neither of these would keep us from coming back though. We loved it the place!

This property is super cute and relaxing. I stayed for one night.It is far from most things but if you have a car you’re fine also for the price it is worth it. The staff, the food and the ambiance is lovely. Also, the coffee/iced latte was amazing and I am picky. One thing the beds are very noisy any move squeaks but the bed was comfy.

We had a fabulous stay at the Paloma! Staff was friendly, the resort was extremely clean, parking was close to our room & the location was convenient (only 10-15 minute drive to main Palm Springs strip). We will absolutely be back!!

It’s very cute and great location but the pool area and service was subpar for the money they charge. We spent hours hanging there and the trash piles and towels kept piling up from other guests. And the server forgot our orders a few times. By the late afternoon it seemed like all of the bartenders friends showed up and forgot about the guests.

Restaurant prices inconsistent—$38 cheeseboard is absurd, large tapas plates pricey but reasonable—breakfast straight-up bad (manager says they’ll fix this). Room was very nice, fitting a lot into the space, nice art, comfortable bed. Nice pool. Partying around pool and music is loud but fun and goes quiet at 10:30 pm. A good choice for younger people who want to mingle at pool bar.

Excellent - probably the best place we’ve stayed in the desert! Spacious room, nice bed, fun pool with a bar and music. Only had a few tapas, but they were excellent. We skipped breakfast because it was pricy and all had gluten/dairy except the $15 oatmeal which they didn’t have anyway, and they had a fly situation at the bar, but otherwise was a perfect stay.

Great resort and place to stay. Minutes from Palm Springs. Resort is small and very well maintained. The onsite restaurant is amazing and the Palomas are $7 all day long. I took my parents in their 80's and they really enjoyed it.

What a lovely place! We had a great time and look forward to returning!! The aesthetic, the colors, the tapas! My only suggestion is to clean the pool and the area around the pool more thoroughly. The water get market by end of day, totally understandable, but the next morning should be sparkling and fresh again.

Property was so cute! Great drinks, clean pool. Our room could have used a vacuum. Found some crumbs on the floor was I walked it. Other than that, it was great. We ate at the Sol Y Sombrero too, the restaurant on site. So good!

This place was great! It’s a calm atmosphere with a great DJ on the weekends. They have their pool open 24 hours which is amazing. Their restaurant on site is excellent. I would definitely come back here again.

The landscaping, grounds, rooms, pool and weight room were outstanding. You get your own little Villa room with a small kitchen, sitting area, bedroom and oversized bathroom! Great!!!! My only issue is the NO outside food and beverage at the pool. I don't drink alcohol or eat certain foods. So then serve health things like Olipop, sparkling water, hummus and veggies, jerky, protein drinks, cottage cheese and trail mix! I don't want greasy chicken nugget, chips and fries! Some people eat healthy!!!!

Unbeknownst to us, apparently we were assigned an ADA room and the silicone at the bottom of the shower door was worn out and the water spilled onto the floor. My granddaughter slipped on the floor. Unacceptable that maintenance is not kept up, especially where it counts.
