Not enough towels. I asked for four since we had four people said they don’t have any. We only had two total to share between four people. Planned to swim they said they didn’t have any swim towels. The continental breakfast was limited and they ran out of supplies. Not very good customer service

We waited for an hour to check in. The front desk was completely ignoring the fact that the lobby was full of people. The towels were dirty when we got to our room. I went and asked for more, and they said they didnt have any. WHAT??? They said they would send some up when they got more, and they never did. There was no breakfast or coffee at 8am. The staff was completely careless and unaccomidating. I would never stay here again.

This place is not even worth the low price! Our AC did not work at all. We asked to move rooms and he said it would be $100 more per night for the upgraded room. There were hookers, prostitutes, drug addicts, and dealers selling drugs and their services on the property, who were also staying there. And then the room next door to us was cracked open for days and one day my husband came back and the door was wide open, smelled like death, stuff everywhere inside and one of the guests said someone died in there! The door had been cracked open for days with no maid or hotel management checking in it at all. We never got towels, toilet paper, or anything replaced for the whole 4 days we were there nor did anyone come to clean the room. Nothing is updated, the front desk and management are unfriendly, unprofessional and could care less about anything you have to ask or say. We also left the room clean aside from the trash which noone ever came to clean or pick up (as I room was never cleaned once) and they still charged us the $100 for the deposit. It's definitely not worth staying here!!
