We got stuck in the elevator right when we got there for and the phone inside didn’t work. Luckily they were able to get the doors open but all their elevators were broken and they didn’t even apologize or say anything after.

I always stay here when I’m in Costa Mesa. It is near major highways, many stores and restaurants and the airport. Staff members are very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is a big plus. It has always been clean and well-maintained. The hot tub is also nice. A good value. I’ll be back.

Not a bad hotel, just a little old. Sink was cracked but bathroom seemed clean. Tried using the jacuzzi but was not working and pool was taken up by some kids playing football. Overall average experience but for the price I expected more.

Last minute hotel for a night to relax and enjoy jacuzzi… Jacuzzi was dirty and the bubbles were not working.. Pool isn’t heated - wasn’t expecting it to be but would be a nice alternative if the jacuzzi wasn’t working. Decided to go to the bar limited options on drinks and was closing soon… Really just paid for the bed to sleep extra amenities were very limited.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was bright, very comfy bed, nice toiletries. However, walls not well soundproofed so could hear neighboring rooms doors shut, toilets flush, people talking. Noisy road. Hot tub was murky with dead skin and other debris and jets did not work.

Lobby and common areas are very nice and clean. Staff is super friendly. Rooms do not get cleaned until after your 3rd night. No central A/C and window unit is very loud and doesn't have an automatic on/off feature.

Nice hotel in a great location near many restaurants and the Anti-Mall. Rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the busy street out front. Starting at around 6am we could hear Harley Davidsons and loud cars reving their engines, so the windows couldn't block out some of the street noise.

Good stay for a night! Would stay again. The room was nice and modern. Parking was easy. Missing a star because of questionable stains on carpet & only one set of working elevators. The carpet stains must have been a hard stain to get out but wasn’t comforting to see. Looked like someone had tummy issues the way it was trailing.

We were in a king bed on 5th floor facing the pool. Very quiet! No noise from street or from rooms next door. The bed was very comfortable and a/c was quiet. The location is perfect because it’s right next to the freeway and right down the street from South Coast Plaza, and the outlet stores across from the plaza.

Breakfast buffet was very good as far as the selection and quality of food. The room itself was really nice and kept spotless. Adriana and Anna were good will ambassadors, welcoming, friendly, extending personal services to be sure your breakfast was satisfactory and enjoyable. Was a pleasure. All staff members were congenial, helpful and prompt with requests made. Nancy from housekeeping was a gem. Room was very clean, furnished nicely. Liked the lamps especially. They had electric outlets and ports for devices at the base which was very convenient. Location is great, convenient to shopping or dining. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Had an amazing time! Would love to go back. Beautiful property. Love love the store and restaurant in side. Plenty of parking as well. Friendly helpful staff checked me in really quickly and immediately gave me a 30 min late check out when asked. Was able to refill my Stanley with lemon ice water when left.
