Elevator wasn't working...

Elevator was broken and we were put on 3rd floor. Breakfast food was gone by 9am even though it was served through 9:30. Only juice and coffee was left (and one very small chocolate muffin). Front desk seemed to be annoyed I asked if there was more.

They don't clean rooms, they don't provide toiletries unless you ask. Elevator was dirty. AC vent was dirty.

The woman who tracked me in was very nice. The overall facility was very dirty inside the room. It smelled like pee, and you can tell that the person previously in there was likely using drugs. It smelled terrible. There were people smoking on the side of the building which leaked into the room. It was just poor condition.

Staff was great. But toilet was dirty and blankets and floor had fresh blood on it. We were never moved to a new room

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I found a long black hair in our bed and another in the shower. I don't think they changed the sheets or cleaned this room

Second floor hallway smelled terrible, room smelled bad, bathroom smelled like cigarettes (was a non smoking room). There were dirty socks under the bed on arrival.. carpet heavily stained and sticky.. would NEVER stay here again.

Room was clean, older facility. Room was not quiet, it sounded like we were over a laundry room or something mechanical.

The elevator smelled like weed. Noisy neighbor at 3:00am bagging on his door and yelling.

Property was a little older, room amenities a bit outdated. The key mechanism on the door didn't work on the first tries. A lot of dust and dirt under the beds. Parking was easy and the location was near coffee and other amenities. Hotel was good for what we needed.

For the price this place was fine, but my "single queen" room only had a single double bed. Between that, the bed hardness, and other guests partying late it was a rough night. I mentioned the bed issue in the morning and was told it happened because their "single queens" were overbooked.

The room that my famiky stayed was old akready esp their carpet but overall, it was ok. Location was great, walkabke to Starbucks and with restaurant nearby.

The beds are super uncomfortable. It seemed much smaller than a queen. I woke up several times. A friend stayed at another one on North Sacramento for 3 weeks. They were having repairs done to their apartment. Their complaints about their beds were the same as mine. They were nice to offer a reduction in price after I voiced my complaints. I went online and found many ide tical complaints! It is supposed to be a pkace where you have a kitchenette. Why would you want to stay if the beds are so awful? So crazy!

I booked for a queen bed but got a double bed

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The shower was very nice. No microwave in my room which I found odd since the hotel is designed for "extended" stays. The front desk lady asked if I wanted to change rooms but I declined. The location is good with surrounding restaurants, Starbucks and gas stations, in walking distance. The price was reasonable.

Staff was ok, but room booked was sold out. For 300 a night, front desk said they’re not sure if I will get refunded since it’s booked through a third party. They have a handicap room instead. Ridiculous allowing third party booking, but not actually have accuracy of bookings. Do not recommend!!!

Ladies at the front desk specially GEETA are so wonderful, and very helpful also always smiling that it’s so contagious lol

When i first arrived it took over 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The first room we were given the mattresses had no bedding on it. The second room had dust balls all over the floor. When my husband went to the front desk to ask for shampoo, the worker continued to hit on him and talk inappropriately with him. We will never be staying here again.

Hello, i need a full refund. I booked and got to the property, where the front desk attendant told me they had over booked! I was NOT able to check into a room, and they were jot able to accommodate me. Because I booked through you they told me they could not cancel my room even tho I already paid in full. Please refund my card

It was great. The front desk staff was helpful and polite. They didn’t seem bothered when guests had questions or needs. I was running late on the day I was to check out, and it was nice to not have someone at the door every 5 minutes seeing if I had left yet or not. I would definitely stay there again.

This isn’t my first time here so I knew it would be good. The front desk lady was awesome when I checked in. And to call the room to make sure everything was good was a surprise plus. I’m sure I’ll be a repeat customer.

Staff was exceptionally nice.

This place is kind of a dumb. But what really upset me was when I try to check in. Even though I had a reservation, the lady told me that if I didn’t come back at 2 PM to take possession of the room, then she could sell it to somebody else. So that would mean that I would have to stay around the area then go back at 2 and physically check in at that time. I asked her if I could come back later that night when I was done with my daily activity since I was only in Sacramento for one day and had things to do but she said that she had sold out so it’s first come first serve basis, even if you had a reservation, and that my room could be given to somebody else. I was so fearful of not having a room that I begged her to see if there was anything available and thankfully she was able to check me in to one of the rooms that had already been cleaned. This is not OK though. What the heck kind of practice is this that they don’t hold your room for you? You have to be there at exactly the check in time to physically check in? Had I had to do that? I wouldn’t have been able to do what I wanted that day and go to the zoo. If you have a reservation that room needs to be there for you anytime you arrive as you may be traveling and me arrive there pass check in. If that were the case, the front girl desk would’ve assigned your room to somebody else and you’d go check in and find that there is no room for you! This was a skinny African-American young lady with long fake eyelashes.

Very good service quick to get me in. Everybody is very polite real nice and clean room. Very quiet there. Very good access to get there off the freeway. I was very happy with everything.

Great location, in a nice area, near the freeway if you're traveling through. Close to a variety of fast food options and food shopping nearby. Clean and safe. Front desk employees are very helpful and work to do what they can so you enjoy your stay.

Very unsatisfying the breakfast I’m used to going to hotels for my son’s soccer games with a healthy breakfast like eggs bacon waffles this place only served light coffee and store bought muffins . The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and marijuana but it showed on the website smoke free. My room was not ready until a little after 5 pm but checkin was at 3pm. Extremely disappointed

The room was clean, and what you would expect from a reasonable priced hotel. There were no extras, which was fine, we were just there for one night for a family function. The only problem we had was the guests in the room next to ours left their television on really loud all night long, so it kept us awake most of the night. Also the grab and go breakfast was gone when we were leaving ( 8:30) am, we did get coffee though

Our stay was good. Not excellent and not bad. They do not offer breakfast whatsoever. Just a tiny little stand at the entrance of the hotel where you can make yourself a quick coffee and oatmeal with hot water but that’s it. It threw me for a loop the fact they didn’t offer cereal, bagels and/or fruit. The good thing is there are restaurants and fast food around but you would think the hotel would at least have the minimum. The ladies that helped us check in and out were nice. The room was good and decent. The hallway carpets need to be cleaned. They smell real bad. The good thing is it’s in the hallway and not in the room. Overall, an ok stay.

Older property but ut seemed clean in the room. It felt but dodgy but was fine. There was no breakfast but a ‘grab and go’ table with some muffins in plastic and coffee

Not a high end hotel but not crap either. It's a good value and in a good area. I don't like that you have to give a $100. deposit along with your payment up front. The free breakfast is useless.

Morning breakfast was a joke. There were no utensils, water, simple coffee or tea in the room.
