First of all I wanted to share how friendly and amazing Jackson was at the front desk. The level of customer service here was very comforting. He always had a smile on his face and was very attentive to my needs. My room was very nice and for $10 extra The King Suite was worth it. I love that they had the Zero% line hair and skin. The fitness room was small, yet intimate. I was alone in there and the equipment looked brand new / very well maintained. The location was very close to the highway for easy access. Although I was here on business, I'd come back for a stay if I'm the area again. Thank you Jackson!

The hotel is located in a convenient area. The beds were comfortable. The bathtub was dirty from years of use and lack of cleaning regularly. The person at the front desk came to try to clean the ring out from the tub and he could not, not his fault. I will not recommend this hotel because the decore is outdated and the bathroom was not clean. Since the tub has a ring in it, then you replace the tub. The carpet also needs to be cleaned.

carpets and flooring are so dirty. Needs steam cleaning all around. general upkeep of the facility is not good at all. Would I come back to this hotel - NO. Also they charged almost 60.00 extra over what Expedia charged.

i WAS LOOKING FOR A QUIET PLACE SO I COULD REST. BUT THERE WAS A PARTY NEXT DOOR. I THINK THAT I WOULD OF SLEPT BETTER IN MY TRUCK AT THE PARKING LOT. WHEN I COMPLAINT TO THE FRONT DESK, HE SAID THAT THE GUESTS AT 328 WILL PAY FOR IT. I DON'T KNOW HOW THAT IT'S GOING TO WORK. I DIDN'T GET NO DISCOUNTS AND NO SLEEP.

We stayed here for a night after yosemite. To be honest the lobby was nice, the location was good. One big complain was the smell of bleach was so strong. All the bed sheets smell like bleach. I dont think it is safe to smell bleach for more than 1 hr. Also the bed was not queen, it was more like double bed.

It was okay overall. The room was small but fine and had basic toiletries. That said, they charge extra for just about everything—no free breakfast, only an $18 buffet, and even the bottled water in the room was $3. For a three-star hotel, it didn’t feel worth the price. The heater/AC rattled all night, which was annoying, but at least the room was otherwise quiet with no noise from other guests or slamming doors.

Huge rooms that were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Furniture are old and need to be replaced. Bed wasn't the most comfortable in the king suite, and the pull out couch was awful with metal springs poking out.

The room size was great, however there was no counter space! One small vanity top in bathroom, very small. Barely room for one person. And though shower was good, half of bathroom floor got wet as no good drainage.

The staff is professional yet attentive to our needs. Had an incident to happen on saturday and staff was attentive and helped me call emergency then he cancelled on my behalf when things got better with my son. The hotel is clean. The room attendants were coedial and provides any needs requested.

I didn’t ask for an early check-in and showed up at 2pm. I told the young woman at the desk for a room higher and away from the elevator. She gave me a room next to the elevator on the first floor. I asked her if she could do better, but she said I’d made the reservation through Expedia. That was all fixed when my wife and I came back at midnight and the nice guy at the desk gave us a room on the top floor away from the elevator. It’s our second (and last) time staying here. Room was fine. Rest of the staff was very friendly.

First and foremost the front desk cleark was a young African American kid that was friendly and very knowledgeable of rules and policies concerning Hilton Garden Inn . The male employee deserves a raise in my eyes his professional was on point. I loved the location and the many great restaurants near by !!!!

Hilton Elk Grove was clean and friendly. Run was nice and shower was excellent. Only issue I had was paying for the breakfast buffet for$16 each, and the was barely any food in the pots.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. You walk into the lobby and it’s clean and organized. No free breakfast, not even a continental breakfast. There was water and coffee in the lobby. The room was clean, but a little outdated. Our biggest complaint was that they used either a strong scented cleaner or maybe some air freshener in the room which was strong enough to bother us all night long. Turning on the AC or opening the door couldn’t get rid of it.

got charge $16 per person for buffet. Total was $30 for my daughter and I. (kids $10) . The breakfast buffet had no hot meals ready. You have to wait while they cook the short orders first. So how can it be a breakfast buffet when the food isnt ready.
