It is what it is. It's not fancy, but it did the trick. My family and I needed a place to stay while our house was being fumigated for a couple of days, and this place worked out fine. Warm bed, warm water, hot breakfast, they had the important stuff. The staff was friendly, every single person working there. There were complementary cookies and lime cucumber water in the lobby. Renovations were happening, and it was loud, but that doesn't bother me. It might bother others, though, so it's good to note. Also, the jacuzzi was roped off, and we couldn't use it. That was disappointing but not a big deal.

Great property! It’s convenient to the freeway, shops & restaurants but has a serene, well-maintained atmosphere. The grounds are well-kept and the EV charging stations, when available, are a great plus! The front desk staff I met, Ashley, Jessica & Erica were each very professional, calm & friendly. The breakfast is a definite plus! The staff working the breakfast keeps the many stations full & clean! The housekeeping staff def goes above & beyond! I stopped Melanie yesterday to let her know that she’s always kind to me and does a fabulous job! The room is big, comfortable and most of all, *clean*! Thanks to Melanie & her cohort! Overall good value for fair service & optimal location. Nice size pool & year round hot tub. Free breakfast is average but limited options. There was construction going on with made parking options limited. I’m sure that won’t be going on for long but did impact my stay. I was in the first building but had to park by building 3 and walk daily to my room. The area has many dining options within walking distance, so that was a plus as well. Very busy street; right off the main 880 hwy.

I was pleased to be able to check into our room early. Our patio room was clean and quiet and looked out onto the pool. The outside areas were pleasant and well-kept. Breakfast was delicious and we were happy to have the option to enjoy it in an outside area. Our only suggestion is to raise the temperature in the hot tub a few degrees.

not so good. not enough parking; breakfast not good, I only ate once and that was enough; room was spacious and clean; their were ant sin the bathroom; front door desk service not good, on my way out I told her that the shower head was needed to be centered, you had tilt your head and body in the corner to get yourself washed but she did not pay any attention to my comment.

I loved my stay, the breakfast, the room, the pool. All of those things were great. My only complaint was that there was someone who wasn't staying at the hotel using the EV charger, so I couldn't charge my car.

The stay was Amazing The room was clean, comfortable beds, nice breakfast in the morning with lots of choices. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The only downfall was the Hot tub wasn't hot....it was barely warm... The jets felt amazing after such a long drive (5 hrs) I was really looking forward to a nice hot jacuzzi soak. But the water was barely warm so I cut that time short. The room shower was nice and hot . The hotel was quiet & very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the carpet was so dirty that when I spilled some water on it and used a towel to clean it up the towel turned brown. I informed management about both so they did a “refresh” on the room; housekeeping used spray with fresh smell to wipe everything down, which lasted for a day.

There was Cockroaches in the room baby ones but you can tell that they haven’t checked or really clean that room. Also the toilet handle wasn’t working good. My bf had to fix that. It was just not a good stay. I’ve stayed there before but never had this problem before. I won’t be staying here again.

The room was mostly clean. The bathroom door felt sticky to the touch and there was a mystery stain on the toilet paper holder. The hotel is next to a car wash and they were out blowing leaves at 6:30am. Not exactly the way one wants to be woken up. For the price I guess it was ok, but I don’t think I’d stay here again if I can avoid it.

Nice area and convenient. Right off 880, and tons of shopping and dinning nearby. For the most part enjoyed stay except for 2 things. 1. The AC unit in our room was extremely loud that it kept waking up our baby, so we had to turn off. 2. In the evenings they don’t have housekeeping or Room service available, I needed extra towels and when I called they said nobody is available and if I wanted some to go to the front desk and get some the hung up on me. So I just called next morning and they sent someone to my room with towels. Overall a good stay.

Very nice accommodations. We booked a standard king room and it was large, more like a suite with a sofa/sitting area. The shower was probably one of the best hotel showers I've experienced - good shower head, great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was fairly standard hotel breakfast fare. They offered a homemade salsa which was outstanding! I will be more careful using a booking service in the future as the third night had a higher room rate which I did not catch when I made the reservation. I've never had the happen in the past. Live and learn.

The hotel was located in a convenient location and was pretty much clean. The front desk workers were not very pleasant. I requested a quiet room, but was given one bed to the Main Street and shopping center with heavy traffic. I went next morning to request a different room, but was almost scolded .. saying I I had to book a new reservation .. indicating they had one available but would not accommodate it and she was quite rude. I booked a king size bed, I got to the hotel and always told that it wasn’t available anymore and that they would “upgrade me to a 2 queen bed bottom floor with pool view” I wanted a single king but I accepted the “offer”. When I went to try opening the room it was locked all the way and someone screamed “HEY” meaning someone was already at this room. I had to go back and the same young girl apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a third floor room, she didn’t mentioned anything but for my surprise it was a King bed . What happened there ? Why didn’t I get what I paid for in the first place ?

While we didnt have any issue, the hotel does not have security and/or cameras and several vehicles were broken into on our stay there. This incident had to take over a few hours for them to breakin and unload all the items stolen from these work trucks and vehicles and the front desk did not hear a thing.

Chose this place specifically because it was near the BART Fremont park and ride that would go right into San Francisco, so I wouldn't have to drive and find parking. Great breakfast with waffles and rotating hot options, plus lots of food places in the near vicinity. My room had a patio that had chairs and a table to sit out at night. Pool and hot tub were incredibly relaxing. Excellent value for price I paid.

We only stayed one night, and it was, overall, a positive experience. The staff was helpful but not necessarily friendly which is on brand for the Bay Area. The room was nice and bigger than expected and had great amenities. There was a bug in the bathroom though and the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The coffee was awful and they were playing political news on a giant TV in the dining area which was unpleasant to say the least. It was in a very convenient location and I would stay there again.

We have stayed here many times over the years, and it has ranged from very good to poor. This time the room was fine but the breakfast was out of everything. There was no cereal, little fruit, no cups, no choice for bread, eggs were gone, but they did bring some out while I waited. When they refilled the fruit, they brought out two. The hot chocolate machine was out of milk. This is a perk that is offered and yet it wasn't worth anything. In the past they have offered oatmeal, dry cereal, lots of fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, english muffins, bagels, and other choices, so that you felt you had a choice.

In other reviews I left I didn't have anything negative to say. Now they have new owners and everything has changed. The breakfast was always good. Not any more the coffee tasted like flavored water the apple juice was watered down. They even put water in the gravy for biscuits and gravy. I would probably look for another place to stay.
