I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. A $100 deposit was taken on my credit card with the understanding that it would be credited back, but it was never refunded automatically. I ultimately had to spend quite a bit of time following up and fighting to get the charge reversed. I understand mistakes happen, but it created an unnecessarily frustrating experience and is something I think should be addressed more clearly for future guests.

I didnt end up staying there. I paid for a room for 2 days through hotels.com. when I arrived to check in i was aked for a deposit. Which is unheard of where I'm from. I aksed to cancel the reservation and was refused. After 2 days going back and forth between customer service (who did everything they could to help.) And the management of the hotel. They finally agreed to a partial refund for a room I never stayed in. I won't book with Red Roof Inn affiliated hotels again.
