We booked thru Exoedia & after checking in we found out next day the pool has been under maintenance & will not be open during our whole stay. Plus we thought there was hot breakfast but nothing for eggs just waffles. Building is very out dated & run down. Bed qas at least comfortable. Very disappointed we would have went elsewhere. Had many other options but thought this was a reputable hotel. I feel we should get some typee of credit or compensation. No management to talk to.

There was no shuttle but this hotel is close to the airport so it wasn't a big deal returning our car rental. We found out that air conditioner in our room was very loud when the fan was running but we were able to switch rooms. The room was clean and staff was great.

The employees are excellent! At all points, they were professional & provided service better than what is provided by similar motels we've stayed in. - a timely phone call to double check our planned arrival - a timely post-check out phone call to notify us that our cell phone was found by housekeeping - the breakfast area was clean & kept well-stocked - breakfast offerings included cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, waffles, bagles, pastries, juice & flavored/regular water - room was clean, everything worked, mattresses and linens were very comfortable & clean * We definitely recommend this property. - It's close to the airport with good access to surface streets and hiways. - Rooms are spacious, television is easy to work, furniture is a little worn - The pool was undergoing maintenance but we didn’t inquire about the timeframe for when it would reopen

The front desk staff was lovely. Very friendly and accommodating. No issues whatsoever with the service. The hotel was not so great. The hall smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the room was dated and grungy, and getting to upstairs rooms was a hassle. Overall, it was ok for a single traveler for one night, but with a family, I’d spend a little more for a nicer property.

Floors extremely dirty in the room. If you’re barefoot or wear white socks, completely black. Also walls are thin. You can hear people passing outside the window and outside the room door. Somewhat can hear your neighbors tv or music.

The AC was off when we arrived at about 10:30pm. It was suffocating inside room, it was so hot. Window was stuck so couldn’t open it. It literally took until 4am before I started to feel room cooling down. Also the bed pillows were very uncomfortable.

Horrible stay at this place as someone tried to break in to our room and the worst part is when we called front desk and all the man said was “I’m sorry about that” and hung up on me.. tried to call back and this time the lady that answer didn't even let me speak, she said “We already know the issue, someone is on the way to check it out, I need to go because my shift is over!” and proceeded to hang up. I didn’t hear back from no one, I had to cancel my stay. Luckily the gentleman the next morning was very kind and understanding.

Good location close to the airport. In need of refurbishing, carpet worn and stained. The included breakfast was bakery items or a waffle from the one waffle iron. People lined up waiting to use it all the time we stopped to get coffee. No daily room cleaning, but you can get fresh towels at the check in counter. Interesting that in California with water restrictions, the hotel still had 3.5 gallon per flush toilets.

within 5 minutes of the airport, but you did not have noise of any sort at night. I was gone throughout the day and only slept and left going to National Parks each day. Breakfast was minimal (no eggs, sausage) only pastry and waffles, bagels. Nice juice machine, and coffee was good!

The staff was very nice and the room was clean. Our bedspread had a burn spot, the hall carpets were coming up and wrinkled. One of the doors looked like someone tried to pry it open at one point. It was fine for a place to sleep for a night for pretty cheap. The waffles were pretty good for breakfast though and there was a sweet parking lot cat (would not let me love it but that’s ok) they seem to take care of which is bonus points from me. Property could prob use some updates.

Our company loves Quality Inn. This is amongst a few hotels that our crew loves. They are easy to work with and staff are always friendly. When we requested a refund for a night we were not able to use due to our project getting done sooner than expected, they issue a refund right away. Quality Inn is just a delight to work with. Will definitely recommend and come back again, for sure!

I would not recommend staying at this property. The pool was a joke. The trick photography used in the advertising was amazing. Pool gate locked and closed for cleaning in the middle of the day, with no real lounge chairs anyway. Pool the size of a small backyard pool. Air conditioning would run and never cool the room down on a 100 + degree day. Worst lobby and one of the worst continental breakfasts ever.
