The property was great super close to Disney . Only problem was parking ! Parking was horrible !!! To be charged 29$ a night for parking & not be able to find parking is not okay! Also parking spaces were superrrrrr small it was a tight squeeze to get out the car.

Nice room and lobby. Bed was too firm for us. Hotel staff was very friendly. Felt safe in the hotel and in the parking lot. Very disappointed that Starbucks was only open until noon. Bar or restaurant was not open when we arrived at 2:00. Had food and drinks at the bar when they opened at 4:00pm but food was disappointing.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was both luxurious and convenient for a business traveler. Very clean and comfortable, and great access to Anaheim Convention center. I loved the coffee shop on the lobby. I did not eat here but the bar/restaurant looked nice. Lots of self-parking, which was expensive but that’s normal for the area. I would stay here again.

One of our favorite hotels to stay at for Disney trips. The rooms are clean and comfortable! The water stays hot and the pressure is great when showering. The pool and hot tub are nice. Target being across the street is very convenient if you forgot anything or need to grab something quick. The transportation to Disney picks you up and drops you off right at the side of the hotel.

First and foremost, the room was clean but the carpet is very stained. The beds were supposed to be queen beds but they were not. Very uncomfortable to sleep in because we expected queen size beds and they were size full definetly not queen size as advertised so we did not sleep very comfortably. Staff was amazing though.

I love this hotel. I stay here with my grandsons because it’s close to Disney. I feel safe here. This trip was great the complaint is there was long strands of hair on the toilet and in the shower. I asked at the front counter if they could clean the bathroom, but when we returned after dinner, the hairs were still in the bathroom.

BED BUGS + No Follow-Up from Management I stayed at Delta Hotels Anaheim Garden Grove (07/18–07/20/25) and found a live bed bug crawling on my clothes after sleeping in the room. I have photos of the bug and bites. I reported it immediately, and while staff initially responded, I was not allowed to be present for the inspection, and their “expert” dismissed it as not a bed bug without identifying what it was. I was told I’d hear back from management on Monday—no one followed up. I had to bag all my belongings, discard clothing, and treat items myself to avoid bringing an infestation home. They offered to refund parking, but not the stay. I have documented everything and submitted it to the health department. Unacceptable handling of a public health issue. Would not recommend staying here.

The way into the property from the parking lot is unnecessarily long and places you in dangerous situations. There are many transients and druggies wandering the lot. The covers on my bed were all stained and dirty, even the pillows had stains on them. Spend the extra $10 across the street at the hyatt. Never booking here again. Also no microwave or freezer in the rooms.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Our room was dirty. The carpet was dirty and had a lot of stains. It was dusty. We are the type of guests who wipes and cleans everything down before touching anything. We sanitize and inspects our beds before lying down. We would stay here again and hoping to get a clean room next time.

We stayed here in 2022 and the room was clean and updated This time the we booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms had no fire detector smoke and smelled like cigarettes and the other had dirty carpet.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a couch to laze on, a comfortable bed and a very nice shower with strong water pressure. Staff was friendly, the grounds were taken care of. Close to the freeway and lots of restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff who checked me in was very kind and welcoming. She quickly and efficiently discussed the hotel amenities with me as well as local points of interest. The room was clean, spacious, had incredibly comfortable beds. They were the perfect mix of firm but soft at the same time.

Room and service were overall pretty good. It could have the been the orientation of our room to the sun, but our room was never able to reach the desired temperature we set on the thermostat until well into the night. If I would have known this beforehand, I probably would have booked elsewhere.

It’s a good hotel, clean and updated room, on our first day the ac was blasting and felt good however the other days wasn’t so good, It came with fridge but no microwave, I wish those items are standard. The pool was ok and cafe Starbucks was good. Lots of food places in the area. Not bad for the price. There is extra charge for parking. Parking in the back. Overall not bad.

The beds were really comfortable and the rooms are generally very. Our heater was not working in our room so it was a little cool in our room at night. They were really busy so parking was a problem. Those were only minor issues, and we have stay here before and will stay here again.

Climate control was set up to a very HOT temp. You weren’t able to adjust it to your liking. Coming back to our room after a long in the sun you would want it to be nice & cool but no you walk in to a very hot room.

While this is normally my go to stay during aia dance nationals I will not stay here again. The good and room are great and the service is usually good but my after check out experience was enough for me to never return. I checked out on 2.18.25 and to date 3.1.25 I still have not received my deposit refund. According to my bank they are still waiting for a final total and for the hotel to release my funds. I called and explained that I was still waiting and Maria (front desk manager) was nasty and kept telling me call my bank every though i explained they sent me to the hotel for answers. I asked for a manager and she said I’m the manager so then I had to ask who was higher than her who could assist. I have nothing to say bad about Delta Hotel but Maria is very nasty and that’s enough for me to spend my money else where.

Before booking my stay through Expedia, I called the hotel directly to request connecting rooms. I was assured that leaving a note via Expedia would be sufficient for the front desk to accommodate my request. After booking, I left the message and received confirmation that my request was forwarded to the front desk. However, upon arrival at 9 PM, I was informed that there were no connecting rooms available. After a long day, it was too late to find another hotel, leaving me stuck in a situation that could have been avoided with better communication. The front desk had amended my booking to a double queen, claiming it could accommodate my request, which wasn’t the case, and I didn’t even need the double queen. To make matters worse, the room was filthy. The carpet was dirty, the coffee maker was unclean, and the bathroom was in a terrible state. It was nothing like the photos advertised online. The lack of communication and the unacceptable cleanliness of the room made for a highly disappointing stay. I hope the hotel management addresses these issues to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

I booked in advance to pay at property, which is a option on hotels.com went in and they said the card on file could not be charged even though I don’t have a card on file cause I pay at property or use Apple Pay when booking hotels so they canceled my reservation mind you went to Disneyland on Friday until 12 midnight had my children was gonna stay two nights and they told me they gave away my room for nonpayment which I was gonna pay at property the rude front desk person said that’s what happens when you book with third parties that the hotel has different rules where you can’t pay a property you have to have a card on file before checking in then why is that a option on hotels.com? I don’t understand anyways they were fully booked after I asked if I can have a room cause I had nowhere to go and of course they are no help and fully booked Super disappointed will never stay at that hotel especially cause of the rude front desk person clicking his nails on the desk telling me it’s my fault I booked with hotels.com and to read the fine print.

The room was clean, check in was fast & it was close to Disneyland. The daily parking free is a bit steep at $29 per day & we opted to eat breakfast somewhere else since they wanted to charge $27 per person. I love that they do house cleaning every day & check out is at noon. We will definitely stay again!

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Breakfast was included with our stay and I was impressed by the options: Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and omelettes made to order. One morning they also offered chorizo with scrambled eggs and tortillas and the next morning there was quiche. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bath towels were large, fluffy and soft. The shower head also had strong water pressure which I appreciated because I have thick hair. There was an ART bus stop right outside the hotel so it made getting to and from Disneyland easy. This may be my new go to hotel when we come to Anaheim!

Check in was easy, not very clean, shower very small, no continental breakfast, and breakfast to expensive at $17.50 just for bengals, cereal, and fruit to buy, regular cheese burger and fries at $25.00 and parking at 60 per night WOW!!!! I would not stay here again.
