Property and Lobby are outstanding, hotel looks very lux! Amenities are neglected. Gym is mediocre for offerings except for cardio. The pool is small and other sport offerings are in need of repair. Paying $10 a day for a microwave is silly at this quality of a hotel along with paid parking at $30 a day seems a bit over the top for Anaheim.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency OC for a weekend trip my with 9-year old niece. We had the best time! My room rate included shuttle service to and from Disneyland park and self parking onsite the hotel. The Starbucks in the lobby was so convenient and saved us time having to visit another cafe. The other restaurants and amenities from the pools and game area were so nice and an added fun factor for our stay. Also a huge thanks to the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room everyday while we played at the Disneyland park, it felt so good returning after a long tiring day out to a clean room, fresh bedding and bathroom towels! We will definitely be staying here for all future trips to Disney.

The hotel is beautiful convenient because it has a shuttle ($7 per person for the day) to Disney/downtown Disney. There’s a Starbucks in the hotel and it’s clean and updated. However, I ended up paying a lot more than what I was expecting as I had paid the room in advance. When I arrived they charged $29deposit which they ended up keeping since they add a resort fee and $35 per night to self-park, it’s ridiculous. Those fees should have been charged up front and they should highlight that when booking. I would have not booked this hotel if I had known about all the additional fees.

Nice property, impressive grand lobby. 1 night staycation so did not have a chance to explore the property or take advantage of all the amenities. Disneyland shuttle service was great, easy pickup and drop off. Very convenient to take an afternoon break and return to the parks in the evening. Would have loved a 24 hr grab and go option in the lobby for drinks and snacks or vending machines on the guest room floors. Very happy with our stay as our room was updated and clean. Will definitely be returning in the future to stay at this property.

We arrived after 4pm and our room was not ready. When we got inside our room two very large carpet HEPA filters were inside. One bathroom had no towels. The next day we ordered room service from the menu which is no longer valid. We went downstairs to the hotel cafe (the new room service) after following directions to place a mobile order. We waited about 15 min before heading down and the staff had no record of our order and couldn’t verify one was received. Apparently orders print but you can’t look them up. 45 min later we got cold cheese pizza, soup and chicken tenders. Soup and tenders were fine but pizza tasted like cardboard. Even with do not disturb, housekeeping taps on your door. Could be the neighbors but the doors are inches from each other so no way to know who they are here for. I’ve machine does not work on the 10th floor across 3 days and staff unaware. The hotel needs an update: torn and stained wallpaper, see through hand towels, and the maids leave clean towels on dirty couches. This hotel declines more and more each year. This is our last stay.

We checked in and found out that there is an additional $26 resort fee and on top of that a $35 parking fee per night. Then we go to the room and the duvet was dirty and the filter in the bathroom had a layer of dust that had to be atleast a year old. I expect better Hyatt. This is not travel lodge.

When we arrived, there’s hair in the bathtub, used cotton swab on the counter and pen on the floor. The room is quite old and very obvious scratches on the furnitures. Not worth the price though

The bed was so worn out. Tried to sleep in the middle of the mattress but one minor move and it was like falling off a cliff into a hole. No sound insulation at all. You can hear everything from the hall and the surroundings rooms. Music was playing till after 11pm. Made the windows vibrate making sleep impossible. Worst stay ever.

We were upgraded to a renovated room. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom was not good. The showerhead wasn’t secure. When I tried to adjust it I thought it was going to break. The caulking around the sink was peeling and cracked and needed to be redone. The bathtub tile wasn’t finished around the edges. There was clumps of plaster exposed. And the hot water in the sink took at least five minutes to get warm And there was no stopper for my husband to fill the sink to shave. We expected better from Hyatt

To be fair to the staff, there was a chess tournament and Pokémon card convention, and it was very busy. I didn't stay at this Hyatt for either reason. What is normally excellent courteous service was lacking this time. The staff went through the motions but acted if my family was bothering them. We missed a cell phone and asked the staff to look in lost and found, and "you got you already asked an hour ago. " The find my phone app indicated the phone was near by, and when the counter person finally opened the drawers and looked for it, it was there. This was just one example response to three pretty routine requests during a five night stay.

The location of the hotel is really great. The shuttle to Disneyland is cheap and convenient, it’s nearby a lot of restaurants and stores in walking distance, and John Wayne airport is a short and cheap Uber ride away. If you’re going to Disneyland, I recommend staying here.

Always a nice stay, convenient for Disneyland. This was a quick one night stay but always my go to spot for a Disney trip. It’s maybe a little more expensive than some other places but the connivence and clean comfortable rooms make it worth it. I’ll be back for sure.

We chose this hotel for a convention we were attending near by. Clean room. Beds are OK. The hot water is questionable. Super hot or super cold. Location was great. Check in was easy. The bar service is slow but the menu is good. There’s a Starbucks on property that was convenient.

We had a server help us out Saturday night at the bar who was exceptional. And our server at breakfast on Sunday we got there around 10:30-11 am she was also exceptional checked on our table periodically to make sure we were doing ok or to top off our beverages. She really went above and beyond. They were out of bagels in the buffet and when I asked if they had more in the back she not only went to check but also asked if I would like it toasted and cream cheese on side so she was anticipating my needs which I really appreciated.

Ok this was really great. They where nice and friendly, the only thing i would say....I pay online for a pizza and when I went to pick it up it never showed up, so the counter girl had me do the transaction just so when it went through the previous once appears, upont alking to the manager he said that he didnt found anything to keep an eye for my bank account. And when I went again they couldnt "found the transaction " so in essence i payed 65 dollars for 1 pizza and 2 drinks. Other than that... the room was nice, the check in lady was soo sweet, and the amenities where great. I would definitely stay again, exept for the pizza issue oir stay was pretty chill, oh and the gym 10⭐️, love it!!!!!! Oh and they give you a free smores kit for their outside firepitt it was a blast!

Everything about the stay was great! Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. Love the options of food places in the hotel. The location was perfect! Short walk to joes, 7leaves and target around the corner. Shuttle to Disneyland and back was the best thing ever!! My only complaint would be not having free breakfast. I feel like you pay a lot to stay there, the breakfast buffet should be free.
