They have the restaurant/bar club downstair. So if you travel and stay over the weekend it will be noisy

Location is great. The hotel and our room was clean which was even better. The room was spacious too. The only issue we had was they had construction in the front lobby which made difficult to bring our baggage into our room. If that lobby walkway is a permanent construction it will affect our future booking there.

Lack of cleanliness, elevator button was broken, noisy restaurant attached to hotel

Ice maker machine on the second floor gives the contaminated ice, color water is not clear.

Easy parking

I stayed there 3 nights on the weekend, our family can’t sleep because of the music from the club at the fist floor, it’s very loud until 2:00 am in the morning.

Found a lot hair in both beds. Some type of bug in the bed too.

Room was covered in short black hairs, they were in the beds, on the floor, everywhere and we had just walked in. Bed cover was c o v e r e d in dirt around the edges and stains and the communication was so bad that they didnt understand that I wanted a new comforter/blanket and sent me someone who didnt even speak english to bring me sheets instead. Also, make sure you bring an extra 100 that you wont be able to touch your entire trip because they will surprise you with that hold on top of the hotel price due after taking half of your price just to reserve the room, without saying anything until you get there. The only good thing about this hotel is the mediocre breakfast, the 18min drive to disney, and the good korean places to eat.

Nice and clean

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The bedroom and bathroom were not clean, and the trash cans in the room did not have trash bags. Additionally, I found the receptionist to be unfriendly and lacking in basic customer service etiquette, such as smiling or greeting guests. The only positive aspect of my stay was the convenient location of the hotel. I hope you will address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. TN

Room was not clean. They also left bloody towels in my restroom . It was discussing.

Very satisfied with how clean the rooms were. It was spotless in the room and bathroom. Dove soap was also nice. Front desk was nice and fast. Bed was comfortable. Only downside is you can hear people walking in hallways. Overall, good for the price, but not the best.

Smell of urine and noisy most of the time

Loud at night, also no hot water but overall close by markets and restaurants which was good

The room was nice and clean and great size as well as the bathroom, which was nice and big. The shower was good size too, and like the little bench seat in there. Breakfast was decent too for continental style.

It was noisy, noises coming from everywhere. Noises coming from second floor. Water running noises, even hear ppl walking out side of the hallway. Just bad experience

You can hear the loud music from the bar and the people were loud and drunk. Midnight still loud on the 1st floor where we were at. Next door rooms were loud as well. Did not sleep because place is creepy and felt unsafe. Never going back!

It was ok. Definitely not worth the high price. Te property was dated along with the room that needed a lot of upgrade and general repair.

The room was clean and well kept. Staff was accommodating and polite. Breakfast was simple but had something that most people would enjoy. The balcony for my room was disappointing as it was over another part of the building so I didn't really have a view.

property ok , a/c system noisy and not bring down temperature in the room , setting at 68 and still feel warm not cold , only if you closer to the unit then you can feel it. need upgrade system. have to turn off a/c in order to sleep . good thing that the weather is cool at night time.

front desk who checked us in was not friendly and not provide me her name when ask for name and customer service phone number to call to make a complain. I said I was unhappy the way she processed the check in. She said she called manager and told I have to wait for her manager to call back because she did not want, I call to complaint that I was not happy with the way she handled the situation. It was at 7:30pm and

Booked 2 rooms through Hotels.com/Expedia group and the front desk seemed to have issues having their information synced with Expedia and they made us talk to Expedia customer service for whatever reason. Expedia said everything seemed fine on their end, we paid and we thought that was the end of it. The staff end up calling us 2 times throughout the night interrupting our evening trying to get us to pay even though we already did. Turns out the staff had us mixed up with another customer who had the same name who hadn't paid. They charged our credit card for that customer's room and not ours and in response to that we got locked out of our rooms and had to pay again for a third room or else we wouldn't be allowed back in. This took at least 30 minutes to sort through and we had family members waiting to get back to their rooms. This event added a lot of stress to our evening. We didn't get refunded immediately for their critical mistake of charging our credit card for that other customer's room until the next morning during our check out. Terribly unorganized and disrespectful customer service. Our family has visited this hotel 4 times before but after this experience this will be our last.

Staff was super nice, me best friends and I stayed for my birthday trip and the room was very clean the neighborhood was quiet and overall jus a nice experience. i would stay again

Absolutely worst customer experience. Pre booked a room through Expedia. Upon checking in, there was a slight discrepancy between the name on the reservation and the name on my ID. The clerk asked that I contact Expedia to update my info (which I did) and they obliged but it didn’t show up in either the email or the reservation system and this was now 20 mins AFTER I initially tried to check in. After I showed her the detailed chat w Expedia showing that I followed ALL of her suggested steps, she STILL WOULDN’T (and not couldn’t) check me in. The info on passport/driver’s license is NOT being entered to validate the reso. It’s just an arbitrary decision. I even asked her: now that IF you don’t receive Expedia’s answer, what’s yo ur solution to this problem? No answer. I never got my money back. And even after I texted Expedia after this whole ordeal, they said they can’t do anything bc it’s the hotel’s discretion whether to reimburse or not. This is just pure garbage customer experience. PS: their lobby washroom smells like it a public bathroom that hasn’t been washed in years. A simple cleansing spray or even an odour water would have done the trick. People like this should NOT be running hotels let alone one that’s a franchised brand.

Stay was ok. Only problem was I was charged for an extra room once I arrived. After contacting multiple people they refuse to refund. Be careful when paying and double check all charges.

Great location, General Manager Tram is excellent in customer service, this hotel is doing daily room service which is a plus compare to other hotels. I also like those soap, shampoo...dispensers in the bath tub.

Friendly staff and special Miss Tram. The hotel has a nice location. I will stay every time I go to Santa Ana.

Horrible do not stay here the area is bad and the hotel beds are dirty like the sheets were not changed very noisy and the area is so bad!

Homeless in the area

you get what you pay for. cheap and shotty. ely so unsafe walking to my and to my room.

Location is convenient for shopping or eating, specially for Vietnamese community. Other than that is ok.

Close to Disney theme park. Many great restaurants surrounding the hotel. The staffs are helpful and courteous

Old property, but it did have a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs, sausages and self made waffles, cereal and bread.Bland options.

There was a Mexican or Puerto Rico woman who served in the breakfast area. She did not show any attempts to help the customers she stayed behind the counter most of time, talking to another Mexican man. The hotel does not have A microwave in the breakfast room for use. The customers must go back to the room if they want to warm up their foods during breakfast hours. There is no smile on the concierges face nor a greetings sign.

Everything was good. Only issue would be, not an option for scrambled eggs. Only hard boiled egg for breakfast
