Morada Inn

The property has multple security cameras with video and that makes me feel that my vehicle is more safe from theft or break-in. The property had plenty vacancy when I was there and its price/value is good for the location. Plenty parking for me with a larger vehicle (small box truck)

Other nearby Inns and Motels are not as secure as Morada. I've always enjoy staying here. Price is reasonable, bed, blanket are always clean. Staffs are friendly. I've been staying here many times even the maids know me and I often leave tips on the table when checked out. Security walking around checking the premise at night. Very secure.

The property is adequately positioned to be a good value for no more than / nor less than 2 people. Night Staff especially attempts to be vigilante in ensuring their no visitors policy is enforced. In fact, one employee harassing guests everytime they left or returned wasnt enough, so they hired security to ensure more guests were being harassed. I had an early breakfast with a female friend who was staying with me. We returned about 5am (After walking out the gate and across yhe street to drnnys at about 4am) and the night desk guy (wouldnt give his name) accused me of not having a room there. I told him i do have a room and asked hid name. He refused and asked me my room number. I returned his favor and denied his request to answer him. So he verbally attacked my female friend, saying she wasnt a guest and i replied she is my plus 1. He said he name isnt listed. Like how would he know unless he

The fact that I found roaches in two different rooms.

I came home to bed bug bites all over me. And there is a ridiculously amount of cameras pointing towards your room windows, which is definitely weird. Don’t do it y’all

Property was not clean at all. Room appeared very worn and dirty. Had a strange smell and mold in showers and sink. I asked for another room and ended up getting a room with urine on the restroom floor. It appeared as if homeless or drug users had stayed there. It was unfortunate because the rooms look nothing as they appear online. Beware fake ratings this place is no good and the receptionist was gone for 30 mins as I waited to return room key. I did not stay here after all and messaged the manager to issue refund. No response at all. Don’t waste your money here, lesson learned.

It definitely looked different in the pictures. When my friend and I got into the room it was so damp & hard to breathe in. There were cigarette burns and the bathroom was dirty. We went to ask to switch rooms and the front desk lady was very apologetic & changed us to a different room. She was super nice & incredible. This room still had cigarette burns on the covers, bathroom handles but it was a bit cleaner and we didnt want to keep fighting. However when we turned on the AC cause it was stuffy, it STANK of Vinegar. we had to leave it on all day, leave & leave the window open & the room still stank of vinegar. We didn’t end up staying there that night we stayed over at a friends. The wifi didn’t work as well. There were cockroaches everywhere as well. Definitely would never stay here again.

Very clean and well managed. The only thing that I can say isn't negative about the motel but unfortunate circumstances for myself I guess is that I left a pretty decent sized container with lid with all of my hygiene in it. I am very very sad about it and hope to God it turns up because it was left in our room on accident by my husband when we checked out. I wouldn't mind if it wasn't brand new and the amount of money I spent on everything inside is unsettling to think it's all just gone and can't quickly or easily be replaced. My fault though, I know just hope its found ! Other than that highly recommend staying here if you are looking for an affordable and clean place to stay !

Good service and room is very clean

So the room immediately showed bedbugs on the bed at night and I got up and there were roaches screaming across the floor throughout the whole room when I told the front desk about the bedbugs the girls squirmed. I was like oh ladybugs, and then the manager came to my room and said he would bring some harmful chemical to spray in the room and I was like what Then I went and I bought cleaning supplies a mop, a broom a small vacuum cleaning solutions bug spray homeopathic type bug spray I made from herbs. It was all very expensive. I didn’t take any any cleaning service from the maze because why would I always cleaning it myself the bathroom tub was so clogged that I stuck like a end of a comb down in the drain and pulled out a whole head of hair then the guy, the maintenance guy who was wonderful by the way he came and he pulled out another head of hair. It took like half an hour, literally up and pulling up and pulling it up and pulling it up by the photos Anyway, there were crackheads walking around people. I was so worried the rental car was renting was getting broken into someone’s car got broken into a really nice jeep the night before I left people would go in like stand in front of the building and think like oh wait a minute what am I looking at here just because it’s cheapyou know but anyone can Dr A a photo the owner takes cash and doesn’t require a deposit so there you have it he’s stash and cash not paying his taxes for sure. He’s allowing crackheads to stay there.

Overall, not a bad place. No microwave or coffee. Had to walk over to the Chevron for morning joe.

The guy working the check-in area was very nice. The room wasn’t worth the price though: stain on the sheets, mystery substance covering the bathroom counter, really thin walls. All around trap house vibes. Could be worse though

The staff has always been helpful, courteous, and friendly. Rooms are always clean and since they made upgrades to the rooms, it has been a much better experience. The only thing that I have a small issue with, is there isn't a faucet for water to fill the bathtub up, just a showerhead.

The gentleman at the front desk was rude. Seemed to be many residents at this hotel. One lady asked if I worked there, to which I replied no. She then asked me for a phone charger. Room was in pretty bad shape. I will not be staying here again.

My state was wonderful until the morning. I had ordered a 630 wake up call because my phone is broken and the front office said yes no problem but I didn’t get that wake up call. I didn’t wake up till 1130 so I have them yelling at me my boss was livid and so yeah They didn’t wake me up then I said well I need to take a shower real quick I got to work and they said no you can’t shower I said yes I can and I took a shower so I don’t know what these people problem is that they made wasn’t even ready to clean my room yet so I don’t know if I’ll be going back there or not .

the reception staff has lack of hospitality …

Everything was great except for the surroundings of the Morada Inn. Lot's of drug addicts and homelessness.

Always friendly staff! Quiet outside. Not much activity going on in the parking lots or around the building. Rooms are nice. Especially the newly updated rooms. Its a very good place to stay for the price. Walmart is right next door also as well as several places to eat!!

Excellent accomodations other than the noise of the freeway on and off ramps being directly next to the property. Plenty of dining options within a walk away, Taco Bell, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Canes Chicken Wings, several ethnic restaurants just across the street and many more options just a short drive from this property. You can tell there hasn't been much detail to the care and condition of the guest rooms but for the price and convenience you can't best it. It's the best economy stay in the area for your money. Very friendly professional staff found throughout the property.

At night the surrounding area may not be comfortable for some.

Staff is friendly, easy check in professional. Something about being greeted with a smile on her face was unique customer service isn’t easy but I really enjoyed seeing her warm welcoming smile. The area is terrible went to the extra mile gas station next door for a water and snacks people were in the front smoking something and they seemed drugged out didn’t feel safe also this was like at 1:30am so kind of my fault but just so others know my experience.

This is like my second time maybe third time staying there is a really great location for the freeway nice staff they have great staffs very helpful I can't think of her name but she always has the Pretty Nails anyways she's a very nice lady she usually work the mornings I mean the whole staff is very nice they very helpful bad comfortable very quiet and I will recommend this hotel if you want to be close by any freeway which is the 22 to the 405 all that connects so you're pretty good location far as traveling very nice rooms clean smell good and I will always go here when I come to Westminster or Garden Grove area

A lot of homeless

Location was great. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. Room was a little outdated but it was clean. Just needs a mini fridge. Also liked that the property is quiet at night

I enjoyed both my stays, will stay again in the future. Surrounding area may not be comfortable for some at night.
