Well, we stayed 2 nights, I booked to be in the first floor but when I got there, I was told only 2nd floor was available. I didn’t have any choice, it was 85 outside @2am. So we climbed to the 2nd floor, we got there and the toilet wasn’t flushing! I went downstairs and got us a new room, this time it’s room 203, room was the same without the iron board, not so smart tv And a finicky shower knob. The shower head was too low that I had to just wash my body below the neck. Other than that, beds were comfortable, the A/C was god sent because of how hot it was, the only really complaint I have is the smokers from the other rooms. $49 per night Indio CA!? 110 degrees temperature, I’ll do it again. This a 2.5 stars for a reason, bfast 6-9am, free parking…

Property was dirty, electrical outlets were damaged and didn’t work, smoke alarm was missing and wires in the ceiling were taped together. The door closer was broken and pushed through the drywall every time the door opened. The bedside lamp was covered in what looked like ketchup and the bedside table had white clumpy streaks down the side of it. The perfume spray (? Possibly) used in the room was so acrid we all got sick from it. The pool was closed by order of the health authorities. A terrible experience and would not recommend in any circumstance. We left after one night. Terrible property. I wish I could post the pictures with this review so anyone can see.

We came during Stagecoach and this is where we stayed. It was not bad. We got there way earlier than expected and they let us check in. The room was standard w/two Q beds. It did have a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The pool was nice and they offered a continental breakfast. We were going to stagecoach and the hotel offered a shuttle from venue to hotel for a fee. This was great but they needed more than one van for the shuttle because the wait was forever! My only complaint is that on Sat @ 5am someone was outside blowing a blower....oh that was not a great morning!i would stay here again.

If you're coming for Coachella or Stagecoach this place is a pretty good option!! Reasonable rates, decent rooms (little older...), nice outdoor pool with grill, and only about 1.5 miles to the Empire Polo Club. Staff is friendly and accommodating and you have a lot of food options right around the property!

1. We paid for a shuttle service but because there was only one shuttle and 68 people that paid for the shuttle it was not good. At peak hours more than one shuttle was absolutely necessary. 2. The towels were either not clean or were stained? But either way, towels need to be tossed and get some clean ones.

Hotel was paid for in advance on hotels.com. Upon check in I was asked for a credit card for a $100 deposit. Upon reviewing my credit card statement the deposit showed up and fell off as it should however they also charged me again for the room. I called the hotel to have this refunded and they said that the only charge they show is the hotels.com charge. I provided my receipt and statement as proof that I was charged twice and they refused to refund me. I am now disputing with my credit card company. The room was survivable but was dirty. We also chose this hotel because it had a pool but were unable to swim as pool was extremely dirty and somewhat green. Avoid this place!

Incorrect description of sleeps 3 but didn’t. Roll away bed was a cot with no sheets. Bedding was stiff. Chemical smell in room. Massive cockroach in the tub that had no drain cover. Broken nightstands. Worst hotel ever. We left and had to find another. This place was discussing, service was terrible, inaccurate description of sofa bed but there was only a nasty stained chair. I would rather sleep in my car!

The sheets and bed/mattress and pillows itself were all stained and gross and my lightbulbs were burnt out - the lady who was working this first night was very rude and didn’t care and did nothing to resolve the issues, I spoke with the manager the next day and he was very helpful and understanding and I ended up not finishing my stay and going somewhere else because I could NOT sleep in that room

When we arrived the elevator was out of service, i have severe arthritis and an handicapped. I asked for a floor level room when i seen the elevator broken, the attendant said, ill carry your luggage. The bed has blood on it, that we didn't notice until Sunday morning, at that point she checked out and had to find other accommodations. I have pictures but this app isn't letting me add them.

Hotel room was very dirty. They did not clean it from the previous guest. There was eyelashes stuck to the wall. The room smell, extremely musty Bugs flying around On top of all that they double charged me for the room So my bank card was -$1000 when I called to try to get it fixed, they acted like it was no big deal. There was trash under the bed if I could give zero stars, I would, I would not recommend staying there.

Very dirty, the only thing they did was make the bed, did not even change our sheets. Left a dead cockroach under the desk after being asked to clean it. No batteries in safe. Bad customer service, seemed like they did not care at all

Every inch of the room was absolutely disgusting. Most things were in disrepair and the sheets were stained. When I woke in the morning i discovered the base of the toilet was leaking so I let the front desk know when I left for the day around 9am. I called in the afternoon to confirm that the room would be ready for my stay that night and they said yes. When I arrived back at 9pm I walked in to tools and buckets in the bathroom, dirty footprints, and the bed stripped but not finished. I had to go back to the desk to get a room change and the day staff did not tell the night staff about it at all. I was moved no problem and the new room was about 2% better than the first.

The mattress was sunken in the middle. Why do hotels use white fluorescent light bulbs? It makes it feel so cold and sterile. The front desk staff came off just as cold.

I booked a three-night stay at this Super 8 through Hotels.com for over $350, expecting basic but clean accommodations. What I experienced was completely unacceptable. Upon checking in at 6:00 PM, I was given a key to a room that was still occupied and absolutely filthy. Shoes, socks, trash, unmade beds, used towels, and even used condoms were left in the room. Not only was this disgusting, but it was also a serious security risk—I could have easily walked in on someone, or worse, someone could have walked in on me. I immediately went to the front desk, only to find a sign saying the staff would be gone for 15-30 minutes. Feeling unsafe and unsupported, I left the key and walked out. This level of negligence and lack of security is unacceptable. No guest should have to worry about their safety or encounter such unsanitary conditions. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Expedia overbooked my reservation! I booked my reservation sitting outside Super 8 by Wyndham in Indio Cal. at 11:30pm I got confirmation of reservation at 11:40 pm and that’s when I walk in the hotel, the worker was sitting outside, hanging out with other people and when he walks in the helpdesk, he says that they are overbooked and to wait for my refund. I asked how long for my refund and he replied AS SOON AS I DO MY PAPERWORK. I left the hotel around 11:41 and when I called Expedia to ask for a refund, they said that the hotel told them I could not get a refund because I was late to my check-in around 2:30 am in the morning which is a lie. According to Expedia, they called the hotel twice to verify the time I was there. I called the hotel and they said they don’t have a time limit to check in . And explain what happend and the lady that answered said her manager was not in to email her. I called Expedia again and the guy that helped me just hung up when I asked to talk to a supervisor. So EXPEDIA KEEPED MY MONEY . I have booked with Expedia for the last 10 years and this was the last time after they keeped $179.00

Booked 2 nights for Stage Coach festival. Mgr would not honor Expedia reservation although Expedia called them twice. We assume they sold the reservation to a higher bidder. My son had nowhere to stay for a 3 day festival for which he paid a lot for the tix and plenty for the room. It was a nightmare. Shame on them!!!!

Shelf in room by bathroom is broken with heavy iron on it, ready to hurt someone. Television did not work, had to have mgmt. come and "unlock" it to be able to wwtch...alarm clock sticky and not readable, charged me for a room I did not stay in, even though reservation was canceled weeks before, front desk clerk Nancy very argumentative and arrogant. Local flavor meandering around asking for cigarettes. "Complimentary" breakfast is not even worth the free price tag. I usually only need a bed and pillow and dont care; this was just a bad choice for even a pillow and bed. Dont stay here.

Upon arrival, staff was very dismissive of me. They didn't want to help me, and when they did they didnt give me all the information necessary such as checkout time, breakfast time, wifi information. Once i got to the room, it was ok, i didn't expect much. I tried to take a shower but there was no hot water. The biggest disappointment was one of the beds wasnt even clean. I uncovered the top blankets and saw crumbs and then coins which means they didnt even change the bedding. I will not stay there agian.

The staff was so sweet at this property! Parking was beyond easy. This location is very convenient for Coachella / Stagecoach goers. Lots of food options nearby (besides late night eating.) The rooms are a bit outdated, especially the bathrooms, but there was more than enough space for my friend and I to sleep, get ready, move around etc. Also, the mini fridge was so cold and a great addition to the room. Would stay again!

The location was very convenient and easy to get to Indian Wells. Restaurants were convenient and easy to get to. The staff was very nice and friendly. When it came to cleanliness is was lacking. The bathroom was not cleaned well. Never looked vacuumed. The shower curtain smelled like mildew. Some housekeepers did better when it came to leaving enough linens. The free breakfast was a limited selection but was surprised they didn’t have individual peanut butter and jelly. Everyone accessed the same Costco size container which seemed like a health code violation. I think this hotel has great potential because the location is really good.

Hotel was dirty and in a scary area. The free breakfast was not good. I ended up having a hard boiled egg and a piece of toast. The coffee was alright but the overall options were terrible. I assume this is a place that will rent the room by the hour considering the woman I ran into on the stairs was either on drugs or there for solicited business.

The hotel has a very nice appearance. A spanish villa look. Staff were friendly and helpful. The sleeping area of the room was nice looking. Laminate flooring. Nice paint. Beds were comfortable with a selection of pillows. The bathroom was very old. Cast iron tub had a large chip off the side. Grout was poor with what appears to be mold on it. TV was direcTV with what has to be the least usable channel package they offer. Not even any CNN, or Fox news channels. The breatkfast consisted of coffee, bread for toast with butter and jam packets. A container of small (2"?) Cinnamon swirl pastries and a bowl of Mandarin oranges.

The breakfast was basically non-existent. There were a few cereals and 2 jugs of unopened juice. Maybe they hadn't setup yet, but it was 6:30. The faucet in my room was loose and it could have been cleaner. For the price, I was really disappointed. I could have paid a lot less and received the same thing. There was a brand new tv but it doesn't make up for the price and the lack of breakfast that was supposed to be available.

Room has not been mopped in a while, the whole floor was covered in a film of dirt, found broken glass in the middle of the floor. Balcony and patio set was coverd in dust. Hot breakfast options consisted of hard boiled eggs and instant oatmeal. Otherwise, only white bread, some sugary cereals, iced cinnamon rolls, some rough Bananas and oranges. No yogurt.

I got an option to pre-check-in which I thought would save time as we were getting in late. However, it saved zero time. Everything I bothered to do before we got there I had to do all over again when we arrived. When we got to our room, it wasn'ready even though it was around midnight. The beds were unmade and the room was filthy. The only good thing was- the front desk came up and gave us a new key so it was an easy switch. Breakfast was terrible. Just some pieces of bread, junky cereal, and some small oranges. We ended up going to Burger King which sucked because we always go out of our way and will spend slightly more for hotels that offer breakfast.

The bathroom had hairs on the floor and the light and fan didn't work. The microwave had no outlet to plug in nearby, so I had to move it to use. The coffee was horrible in the morning (very weak), and there was really nothing out for breakfast except a couple pieces of bread. On the positive side, the evening staff were very helpful in resolving some TV problems, and I thank them for that.
