The rooms here are amazing, spacious, and most of all it has all the amenities one needs (not all hotels have them). Breakfast was pretty normal, but the pancake station had me sold, two pancakes under 1 minute and delicious! Pool seemed ok, lots of little flies in the water, but the weather was too hot!

Only complaint was that the pool was closed. Would have been nice to know ahead of time as we were on vacation from MN. Hotel was completely booked. Everyone was in town for a concert and there was a mad dash for breakfast late in the norning, but staff was wonderful at keeping up with it!

Very nice property but I needed luggage cart and not a one in sight. The young man at the desk went to search for one but couldn’t find any. He was nice enough to carry my luggage from car to room.

Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable and a/c worked perfectly. Staff was friendly and accomodating. There was plenty of parking and area was well lit, saw a security person making the rounds and wasn't worried about my car getting broken into. The breakfast was great with lots of options, really enjoyed that it was hot and serve yourself. Cannot say anything negative about my stay, it was all amazing and will definitely stay there again.

This is my go to place to stay on my way to Northern California or on my way home to Arizona. The parking lot is not well lit up but there is security on premise 24/7. I usually arrive around 11pm and leave before Dawn and feel very comfortable unloading or loading my car. The lobby and rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always nice.

Pre Check-in was simple which made it easy to check into our room faster. The room was clean & the hotel was close in proximity to all the events & places we wanted to go for the weekend. We loved that parking was free for a change. Thank You we will definitely be back.

Arrived to the property and the host/receptionist was overwhelmed and stated due to short staffing, rooms would not be ready until evening. Seemed like they could have used management help or additional assistance during the weekend for check in. Hotel was clean and had a great breakfast. Decent workout facilities and easy parking. room was very noisy from the loud AC and the constant 24 hour traffic of the highway just across the hotel - I got zero sleep Also waited to check in for a while, behind a guest that the hotel desk worker was waiting for Also seemed to be only one luggage cart - we waited but it was never available so we carried all luggage to upper floor

We were surprised there was no bar or restaurant/cafe at the resort. We were directed to the casino but we had 2 kids so we were forced into more driving after driving all the way to the hotel. There was bugs in our room and bathroom so I had a hard time sleeping and was worried they would get in our luggage. The staff was friendly.

The hotel was clean and well presented. The parking area was very good, well lit. The room was very clean and heat/AC worked well. Freeway noise was noticeable, however, not annoying. Breakfast was really good, eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, muffins, cinnamon rolls, coffee, juices.

Our room's AC fan was extremely loud. We went to ask to change rooms and the receptionist didnt even have us checked in to the system. When that was sorted out, she swapped us rooms, only to find the new room's AC fan was even worse! Worst, noisiest sleep ever. Not good with a 12hr drive the next morning. We've stayed herr many times with no problems. But with near 100° temps the ACs should be in good working order

Disappointed with this hotel! I had never had any issues with them. Loved everything with their company. However, I will NEVER stay at any of Holiday Inn hotels in the near future. After, I had booked a room with them for a night I received a phone call from the front desk. Receptionist informed me that my reservation was cancelled because I’m a local resident. Supposedly it’s their policy to not provide services for local residents. Requested to speak with the manager and she was not available. Asked the receptionist to inform manager to return my phone call. Manager NEVER returned my call.

The check in process was terrible. We arrived an hour before the check in time of 3pm. We were told they need to make sure the room was clean & it should take about 15 mins. We waited an hour & no one bother to update us on the status of the room. As other guests arrived, they were check in immediately & without waiting. When we inquired about the status of the room, one of staff was rude. Very unprofessional!!

Our stay was nice and the room was perfectly fine and comfortable. It took quite a while to check in at the front desk and my only complaint would be that the breakfast is supposed to be open till 10 o’clock and at 9:45, There was nothing left at all, and they weren’t replacing anything so we couldn’t have anything for breakfast. And when we tried to ask the attendant for anything in the kitchen area, she gave us an attitude And didn’t wanna help.

There is a bathtub, but NO bar soap. I'm not sure how you're supposed to take a bath without standing up a dozen times to pump the soap 3 feet up on the wall. The oatmeal was NOT cooked; looked like dirty water with oats floating in it. The pancake machine was empty and even after telling the front desk, it was never filled. The woman in the breakfast and spoke NO ENGLISH. It was a disgusting breakfast. It seemed like no one cared.
