Best Western Airport Plaza Hotel – LAX Airport LA Stadium

Pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and received housekeeping service daily. Breakfast was great and area was kept clean by staff. Was unsure if there were enough parking although we managed to find available spot every day. Location was convenient for the purpose of the visit.

Entire property with some history and by a busy road. Very basic settings with renovations seemingly underway. The seemingly pretty pool in the picture is actually the size of a hot tub spa. Noisy A/C in the room. That said, credit to the basic cleanness in the room that did not trigger any allergy.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was very nice. Plenty of parking was available (a fee may apply), and the hot tub was relaxing. They had vending machines and a water cooler. There were restaurants and a grocery store near by, yet the alley beside the hotel was very smelly, and the rooms near the street were not quiet as the rooms not facing the street.

It was very noisy. Everything else was really good. Didn’t like the openness. And they had only one elevator.

Very nice hotel. Parking is a bit small but other than that everything else is good. Nice breakfast and dining options nearby and shopping too. Overall a great stay.

The overalll stay was good staff were very helpful. My only problem was lack of parking. When we arrived we got a parking spot but when we came back from our outing they had no parking for us even though we had already payed for it. I knda wish they would have saved a spot. They did give me my money back for the parking and parked across the street.

It was an overall a good hotel for the price. Room was clean and breakfast was good. The cleaning staff did an amazing job at keeping the rooms clean and breakfast area clean. Staff was super helpful and kind. If there has to be a con is that you have to pay $10 a night for parking but other than that a great hotel to stay at!

Overall experience was not great but not horrible. It was a calm, quiet hotel which was nice. Lots of stores and food options close by. The room had a funky smell, hard to describe but like an old musty smell. Maybe it was the carpet, it looked dated. Pillows were awful, felt like I was sleeping on a bag of loose cotton balls. Parking spots are small and limited. Besides the smell and pillows, it was an ok experience. It was quiet and we felt safe, so that made it worthwhile. But don’t think I would stay here again.

Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes, kept the bathroom fan and AC on all the time to keep the smell out.

We arrived and check in on room 308 were we found a bunch of cockroaches in the bathroom at midnight, the only place without carpet during the day we saw another one walking in the TV wall, immediately we went to the lobby and talk to front desk person who change us to room 313 nice and clean room but at night time when we turn on the AC the noise of it was to loud like a motorcycle we were unable to sleep with the noise in the morning I went to the front desk again and talk to the girl that was attending the front with a long hair and a blue bicycle park by the pool area and she was kind of rude so I decided to leave like that and come back to the hotel really late to try to sleep with the noise, please try to do something about it, at the check out i put the complaint and ask for the GM information to place a call once I come back home from our vacation to talk to hime about so no other guess like me go through this situation during their vacations. Good complements to the hispanic front desk attendance he was new in the job I believe 2 weeks so far and the ladies that attend the breakfast room, they were really nice and professional.

Room has strange smell and the carpets are not vacuumed. Shower wall was also very dirty looked like mucous smeared on the surface. Yuck.

Both rooms were very smelly with musty odor

Mildew, moisture, and mold! Lots of water leakage in the bathroom. Bathroom fan sounds like a motor engine thats slowly revving up. The air conditioner s Blows out midlewy smelling air. All the moisture buildup makes the room smell moldy, and to top it off the way they installed the window shades it won’t allow the window to open to air out the room so you have to open the door. Don’t do it!!!! The only good thing to say about this place is its location. It’s also a nice touch they offer a full breakfast but There are great diners and food spots all over the area. I’ve been coming here to stay for years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. And it’s just how the hotels is managed. You should never give someone a room where the window can’t open to air out the flooding bathroom and mildewy air conditioner. This was a BIG disappointment.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Check in time was at 3 pm. Missed our flight ended up checking in at around 11:30 pm. Reserved 2 rooms and only one was ready. Had to wait approx 10 minutes for the other one to be cleaned they said. When we were given the rooms one smelled so moldy and humid. And the other one did not have working AC. Plus they charged $40 for parking that’s in the back alley across the street. It’s scary to walk alone at night in an area you’re not familiar with. We spoke to a representative and he gave us a discount on the rooms. But it was uncomfortable for my family to sleep in these conditions.

Bathtub had hairs. Gross!

We had a suite which was nice and cosy, but there were a lot of ants on the sofa bed. We complained and they come cleaned it next day. The pool was nice and the breakfast was sufficient with a variety of options. Overall nice stay if not for the ants!

The room appeared clean and comfortable. The beds were especially nice and clean and the mattresses were very clean and no weird stains. The problem came when I went to shower. All the “clean” folded towels had hairs stuck in them. It was gross.

Everything went well! The room felt a little musty and humid, but other than the service was excellent and beds were extremely comfortable. Also, this hotel is in a very very busy, noisy area… just a head’s up.

beds are big, clean and comfortable, breakfast is decent, there are many stores nearby. But my room is facing the 7-lane street which is very noisy even at night.

The check-in process was very smooth and we were greeted with a smile by Miriam. She also called when we got to the room to make sure everything was in order. The room is very clean with great lighting and very comfortable beds. I needed some herbal tea and they made sure to bring some right to the room. I would highly recommend this property.

The property condition was great. location has many nearby shops/general stores. breakfast service was good. however, front desk staff poor communication cause delay in getting taxi and causing my group to be extremely late for our meeting. staff not dependable to get ride reservations correctly although they were accommodating at check in.

Lovely welcoming staff. They accommodated me when I arrived almost 3 hours before check in time. That was much appreciated. The hotel is not very new, so there’s that. Not a big concern for me. The breakfast was nice and the staff reprocessing the foods was friendly and helpful. I appreciated that too. My only one complaint is that it’s very loud because it’s next to a busy road. That’s just because of the location. The check-in attendant tried to find me a quiet room away from the busy road, but since I was there so early, I took a room that was close to the busy, very loud street. Thankfully, I had earplugs. Maybe having earplugs available at check-in would be a good idea. I would stay there again.

Checking in was a very smooth process. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. My stay was great. The room was nice and clean as well. Breakfast was great - the staff in the morning was very nice too. Great stay - I would come back when I’m in town.

The hotel concierge who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming, helpfully directing us about parking and breakfast. There was a lot of noise, from the street and other hotel guests. It was convenient to the airport for our flight the next day. Breakfast was very good (my daughter loved the freshly made waffle) but it should be offered later than 9 am on a Sunday. It was very crowded from 8:30-9 and there were not enough seats for everyone

Staff was quite friendly. Room/bed was clean and basic, some dusty baseboards. It’s LA so expect plenty of traffic. Go around the hotel so you can make a right turn into the parking lot! It’s a 10-15 min drive to LAX, and for the price I thought it would be closer. Close to Ralph’s grocery store and TGI Fridays (a couple of minutes drive…could walk but we didn’t want to). Fine for a basic hotel stay!

While they say it's near LAX, it's actually in a very seedy area. I was so disappointed that I didn't rent the room. The room was only so so. While it may be someone else's cup of tea, the renters seemed loud and I suspected that I would get little rest there.

This was a perfect hotel to be close to Sofi Stadium for a show we attended. Staff were all very friendly and helpful👍

I had a wonderful stay at Best Western The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect.

The inn stay was okay. The room was actually smaller than expected, but clean and met needs. Location of hotel made it somewhat of a challenge to get into due to being street front.

Initially I was a little nervous about the outside and didn't think I would like it when we arrived. The entrance to the rooms are outdoors. Also because it's more like a motel instead of a hotel. Also it's not at the airport. It's 15-20 minutes from the airport. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and courteous. I felt a little better once in the room. The room was extremely clean. There were no issues with house keeping. Onsite parking was limited but we had no issues going in and out. They do offer breakfast but we only had coffee.

I brought my family to stay so that I could take my teenage daughter to a concert she earned with hard work in school with good grades. The hotel location was perfect for being close to food, shopping and the concert venue.

I stayed here for a concert that was being playing at the KIA Forum. It’s about 10 minutes away. It was the best hotel! Free overnight parking too!!

Very good for my short stay. Close to the airport and walkable restaurants. Don't let the location deter you. Sure it's off the main road, but our room was very clean and comfortable. Also a nice breakfast buffet with waffles, eggs and bacon!

The hotel was nice. Easy access. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast. So they only give you sausage on Saturday and Sunday. So it is pretty much a high carb breakfast, barely any proteins. During a week they only give you scrambled eggs and potatoes. You can make waffles, oatmeal, cereal or have yogurt.

Enjoyed our stay here. Front desk staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Breakfast included cold cereal and hot breakfast. Saving this hotel as one of my favorite spots to stay in.

Our room was great, spacious, clean good location. staff was very accommodating. Breakfast area was very small so people were bumping into each other. Limited hot breakfast selection, just eggs and soggy hash browns with sausages. Very small hot tub, dirty area. Cheap and budget friendly.

Nice clean room. The staff as very friendly. The breakfast was very good overall with eggs, sausage,potatoes and a waffle maker. The only thing missing was fresh fruit. The lobby is very small but easily accessible from the convenient parking lot.

We stayed one night after a late flight. The front desk was very nice and helpful. She waived the $10 parking fee without us asking since we arrived at midnight and were leaving in the morning. The room is basic but clean and efficient with lots of charging stations, toiletries, coffee maker, a microwave and a fridge. The beds were comfortable and shower was hot. Breakfast is from 6 to 9 am and much better than expected with hot dishes such as scrambled eggs, bagels, cream cheese, Nutella, jam, yogurt, waffle maker, oranges, bananas, coffee and tea bags. Overall, a great short stay before our road trip!

I was very satisfied with the property overall, It was a bit dated but the room was clean and beds were comfortable, Overall service and front office staff were excellent, Unfortunately the included breakfast option was not very good and is in desperate need of HELP! If in the area I would definitely stay again but walk around the corner and get amazing breakfast from Pann’s!
