Easy checkin, clean room, parking price at $7 not bad for an LA hotel. Very close to LAX so you do hear the planes but wasn’t bothersome. About 2 miles from Kia Forum where we attended a concert, so our Lyft price wasn’t bad for a ride. I would stay here again.

Elevator, got stuck in it. Door wouldn't open. Sink drain plug didn't work and never got help on it. Fixed it myself. Didn't clean our room until 530 pm and we returned and still cleaning the room.

Room was adequate. Booked to attend a football game at SoFi stadium.. it was about a 20 min walk, but according a security staff person who gave us a ride back to the hotel, definitely not an area where we should have been walking. Hotel did have on site parking for $7/ day, so that was a plus. Old Super 8 with doors opening to outside.

Rooms felt safe for the area. Convenient short walk to Intuit Dome. Jacuzzi tub was super nice to use Elevator went down one evening but by morning it was working again so they’re quick to get things serviced. Everyone was very friendly

The room was extremely clean, and the staff were pleasant. We stayed at this hotel foe one night so that we could walk to and from a football game at nearby SoFi Stadium. The only negative is that there is quite a bit of traffic noise as the hotel is located on Century Boulevard. However, we knew that when we booked the room and were still able to sleep. I was truly surprised how large and clean the room and the bathroom were. The flooring is very nice and well maintained.

It was extremely noisy and the sounds from the air planes made it unbearable to stay asleep. They promoted that there was sound proof rooms but I could hear every conversation and every car start up from inside my hotel room. Other residents were extremely loud and inconsiderate of other guests.

The wall to wall noises are sound proof. However the outside vehicle traffic is a bit noisy. The room i was in was a single queen and it was a bit snug. I did like there was a desk but wasnt much room to move around, as the desk is right next to the window, between the window and bed. The staff was friendly.

The room was clean . The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The elevator took a long time for a small place. The area around the Super 8 is dirty especially Century Blvd. Lots of homeless around the area and smells like human toilets when walking down the st towards So Fi Stadium.

The room was nice. Be prepared cause we had to walk 3 flights of stairs. It was super close to Kia forum. There is a great pupusa place across the road. The room was clean, air worked great. Also if you aren’t from the area be aware you will hear airplanes flying over all night- which is also cool cause you can see the big planes fly over from the balcony. I would definitely stay again if I needed a budget friendly place to stay while at Sofi or Kia forum.

The hotel specifically list check-in is up until 3 am, our flight arrived at 9:30 pm and the hotrl called my cell multiple times while in the air. I of course called back a place of business and was greeted only with "Hello" -unprofessional. I thought I misdialed. We arrive and were forced to incur a $6.00 ATM fee since we didnt have cash for the $100 deposit. Nowehere upon making the reservation or in the greeting message received a few days in advance did it specify cash only. More unprofessionalism and the staff was rude about it. Further the breakfast is only cold which is also not made clear beforehand and consists of the honest to goodness worst coffee Ive ever tasted, juice (which was decent) and grocery store boxed donuts and mini muffins. The ability to hear every other persons conversation that was outside was AWFUL, we could not sleep, it sucked big time!! And although its a smoke-free property we were near multiple people smoking cigarettes right in the walkway and none of the staff cared. DISGUSTING AND AWFUL, we will never stay at this property ever again. Dont put yourself through the hassle just avoid booking here, theres several other options.

I have to request keys multiple times as they were not working. Had to go back and forth to the desk to get keys to work. Thye must have inactivated my keys many times. It was very noisy, waking up with sound of equipments being dragged or unloaded. People taking loud on rooms and hallways. Very noisy place. Brought this up with staff but he denied the noise etc.

Great location with AMAZING customer service! First I’ll start with the rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable, and I can appreciate the fact that there is no carpets in the rooms and the floor was actually very clean! Aside from the rooms and the hotel being very well kept up it’s in a great location just 5mins from LAX and in a very centric location to get around LA. Lastly I would like to add how amazing and great the front desk is, I left my Apple Watch while rushing to the airport to catch my 5am flight and I contacted the hotel, I arrange fedex pickup of my watch the hotel boxed my Apple Watch and shipped it. 100% will recommend this hotel and I will be staying again when in the LA area again! Thank you hotel Elv8 for your hospitality, honesty, and great customer service

There was not the service for drop off the guests to LAX. sometimes the elevator was broken and two times we got stuck in the elevator. Last time there was smell in our room due to cigarettes smoke. The behavior of the manager was very rude.

No parking spot came with the room. They charged 50 for an additional car and 7 for my car. Music was playing so loud from the houses next door i thought it was next door. Last during check-in they only had one computer and were checking perople in and out one at a time which toom forever.

Upon arrival I was first told it would be $7 per car by the receptionist and then another male employee came over to say it was actually $50 for the second car due to events happening near by (which is why we’re staying here in the first place). He then kept insisting on asking for cash for that second car parking payment. This was very suspicious and inconvenient as it was never stated in the original message they sent me. When I brought that forward they didn’t seem to care. He even told me we could park it overnight elsewhere but it would probably be the same price or more and with less security. Ive never experienced this before and Ive stayed at other hotels within this area.

My first interaction with the staff lady that checked me in was distasteful. I usually don’t mind where I stay but after how unfriendly the service was I would not recommend staying here at all. I was not informed we could not have 2 cars on property prior to my stay and therefore was asked to pay $50 extra per night. The bathroom drains did not work/ the lining on the tubs were chipping off. After the 1st interaction with the front desk was annoying and unwelcoming. If based on service alone I’d give this place negative stars. If you’re looking for a somewhat cheap place near Sofi, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will never be coming back here again as my experience was horrible.

We ended up doing a later-check in and the front desk allowed it. We checked in as late as 1am, so we appreciated that. The check in was smooth and parking felt safe and secured. When we entered the room, we didn’t realize how big and spacey it would be! Great stay!

I needed a place for the night to attend a game at Intuit Dome and then sleep for a few hours before my early morning flight out of LAX. Elev8 Hotel was PERFECT for both! It's an easy 5 minute walk to the Intuit Dome, and a short drive to LAX. Going in, I was concerned about safety in the area, but the hotel was very secure and safe, even late at night after the game. And I was pleasantly surprised with the room! I expected a basic, no frills room with a bed and TV, because that's what the rate suggested. But the room looked and felt much more fancy than I expected, certainly wasn't basic by any means! And it's QUIET! Even with a sliding door to a balcony overlooking Century Blvd. (I was on the 3rd floor) I didn't hear any street noise and slept very well. TIP: If you want to get a car to explore, there's an Enterprise rental car place literally right next door. I picked up a car at LAX to drive to the beach, then dropped it off at check-in. VERY convenient!

I stayed at this hotel for the Nike After Dark half Marathon and was disappointed to see that it was just a refurbished Motel 8. There were bars in the windows at check-in and after coming back from running like 14 miles, I was met at the elevator (which was outside) by a random person, wanting to come up to my room. The hotel didn’t feel safe (because of the area and access to rooms) and I moved the nightstand in front of the door and a chair to feels more secure. It was a convenient spot to access SoFi stadium but I would not stay here again.

Stayed one night for the J-Hope concert. The photos online were misleading. It looked sketchy outside, they used to be Super 8. Room was clean but its close to LAX so you can hear the traffic. Fast check in and called last minute asking if I could check in at 1pm instead of 3pm and they were able to accomodate me.

Its good hotel compared to other Super 8 I visited.. room was clean but very basic.. Nice and safe location. Close to airport. They don't provide free airport shuttle and charge double than Uber or lyft. Breakfast is good for nothing. Most of the time front desk staff is out and office is locked even for Breakfast.

Rude and unhelpful staff who do not care that you’re standing at the desk to ask them a question or to check in. One was busy scrolling on their phone and the other one made us wait outside while he finished his 15 minutes phone call. Don’t want to sound negative but they could do better. Also don’t fall for FREE breakfast. They have boxed donuts and bad tasting coffee for breakfast.

Everything was good, clean, big room, comfortable beds and pillows, but this room is on the front of the property by the street and is so noisy, we couldn’t sleep, the “breakfast” is served 6-9 only, I guess was continental breakfast since no space for nothing but coffee and bread.

We chose this hotel due to proximity to the airport. Our room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was functional and updated. The common areas are also clean. Parking is not free. Breakfast is not breakfast. They only offer coffee and a muffin. Overall we recommend this hotel if you need to be close to airport and car rental locations.

The hotel is near Kia Forum. Easy to access using the bus. Sketchy area. Noisy and busy part of town. Expensive for what they offer (roof over your head). Continental breakfast is (blah)...don't waste you extra money counting on it. Staff not responsive to on-line message.

Room was comfortable enough. Caution: they charge extra for parking. If you want to watch tv, decent selection of channels, but remotes don't let you access a menu so you're forced to surf. Their included "Breakfast" was almost non-existent. Only boxed mini-muffins, danish, donuts, and they consistently ran out. Ran out of coffee cups one day and lids several days. No creamer or milk. Often out of orange juice. I've stayed at better Super 8's.
