A very centrally located property safe, and clean. Breakfast was limited. Everything else was very well. Laid out. Nice pool area. There is no Jacuzzi workout room was a good size with decent equipment. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

This was a great location. Great access around the property. There is a lot of potential for the property in the future. Efforts need to be made in the dining area and the outdoor bar at the pool.

Was disappointed at the condition of the property considering the area where the property is located. The pool area was run down, outdoor bar closed during afternoon on a Saturday, no pool towels for guest. Had to use our room towels then get them replace by housekeeping. No in-room refrigerator. The room was spacious but had mid-90 decor and furniture. Hallways smelled musty. Complimentary breakfast was cereals eggs and tator tots Areas around the food was dirty. One person working the breakfast area and couldn’t keep up with demand. Dirty tables, food area was dirty with spilled food. Food trays were empty. Wife had a single spoon of eggs. All other warm foods were empty. Seemed mismanaged. The lobby had a food vending machine for warm food. Kind of a novelty but cheapened the hotel experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. They seem to take more pride than the owners.

The swimming pool area is gorgeous with music and a bar, cabanas, and beautiful garden. Fun pub tables. I could have hung out all day at the pool. The room was nice and spacious and comfortable. The only downside was there’s no table to eat at. However, there is a big desk that you could make your table. There’s adorable back patio with a cute little pub table. I enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning. it was a nice relaxing place to stay.

The facility is dated but seems they have renovated some areas. The rooms don't have safety lock box so you can't keep things in the safe and go. The pool is not cleaned, we saw donut and other food thrown in the pool. The closet is non-existent, there was a small corner where they had a small cloth hanging bar with 5 hangers. The rooms don't have a fridge or microwave. Parking costs extra. The breakfast buffet is very limited and there is no separation between meat and non-meat selections.

Blood smeared on the inside of the front door. Attempted to change rooms but no one was available at the front desk. Only stayed one restless night but it wasn’t great. Pool area looked nice. Too bad the room was warn out and whoever cleaned it missed the blood smear!

When we checked in we had to pay a $150 deposit that wasn’t stated when booking, also we were not told that if we wanted our room cleaned we had to ask. So when it wasn’t cleaned we called front desk at 11am, they said ok came back to room at 5pm, was not cleaned. Disappointed in comfot of bed, only 3 pillows , also air conditioning doesn’t work well. Hotel has a weird shape and where the room was at you have to walk down a flight of stairs . Impossible to roll your luggage to your room. I would stay here again.

Rooms were extremely dirty. The hotel overall is dirty. If you plan on staying here be prepared to clean the bathroom, counters, bathroom and take extra socks that your can toss if you plan to walk around. They do not serving the rooms. Our room was not cleaned properly upon check in. There was hair on the pillowcases. The room itself was dirty. The carpet is old and dingy. There was ants in the sink and bugs on the restroom floor. The beds were tiny and uncomfortable. Staff was very nice. The shower was old and stained.

Our check-in experience was not good. The agent wouldnt check my husband in, because i wasn't there with him. No other information about the room or room cleaning wad given to us. We were given a letter, but we were running late to my best friend's wedding so checking in was slow. The breakfast was terrible. There was only one warmer with half of it no eggs and tator tots that were burnt. We waited for the eggs 40 minutes and it was half full and many guests were waiting for mor eggs to be made after the first small batch was made. No ther breakfast foods were made. Just cereal, Tang juice, coffee, half and hald and whole milk. There was bread put out, but the staff working was handling the bread and food with no gloves and she was cleaning while handing food. Certainly, a cheap and terrible breakfast for a hotel that charged us almost $500 for two nights. Housekeeping didn't clean our room because we had to request it. Again, this should have been told to us when we chkd in. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!

They checked us in a few hours early even with no issues. We even went to the room to find two double beds that I had accidentally booked instead of two queens. She kindly fixed it at no extra charge. This was the only good experience we had. The “free breakfast” is awful. After the first day we never ate there again. It was not at all worth it. The facility is run down, very empty and not in a good way and costs $28 a night to park. They will not clean your room unless you ask every day before noon for someone to come in. The first night we had what I thought were small beetles in the bathroom and a centipede. The next night I realized that they were not beetles but small and then bigger roaches. I asked for our room to be cleaned and informed the lady at the desk of the bugs- not even an apology much less an offer to move rooms. Clearly it’s a known issue and they don’t care. There were roaches in our bathroom every night. Our trash piled up because no one ever helped, even though I also brought it up to staff. I ended up just asking for trash bags and took care of the trash our selves. We had to call and ask for towels every night. When you’re 5 people in one room going back and forth to the beach, you’re gunna need some towels. We’d ask for 6 every time and every time they’d bring 3 like there was a max amount of towels we were allowed to have. We left early the experience was so awful, but no one asked about our stay on checkout. Night shift guy is rude. Disappointed

The room needed some attention. The couch cover was torn and upon fixing it, the padding is so gross and stained yellow. I didn't let my kids sit on it. The drain in the shower depresses on its own and doesn't stay up, bringing the water level so high when you use the shower. We've had to "McGyver" a way and propped the drain with a plastic fork so it would remain open to prevent overflow. The shower head pressure is low bc water leaks out of the faucet. The AC/thermostat didn't seem to function. It stays at 75 regardless of how we adjust it cooler. The area is overall nice, great pool amenities, balcony. We ended up keeping the sliding door open to let in cooler air bc it gets so hot inside at night. We didn't try the breakfast for an additional fee. Parking is $28/night. There are great spots to dine around the area. Staff were great. I do hope they will replace old stained furniture...

Overall the stay wasn’t completely bad. Upon arrival check in went smoothy. But when we arrived to our room we started to connect to the WiFi. Weirdly enough the WiFi wasn’t working in the room but would only show up on the outside of our room door. And when we entered the room it would disappear. After convincing the front desk that it wasn’t working and we weren’t just making things up she upgraded our room. This time when we tried to connect in the new room, the internet showed up but the browser wouldn’t pop up. It only worked on the balcony!! Another thing that sucked is that the TV didn’t look old but the picture was completely blurry we even tried to change the settings to see if it would clear up but it didn’t. Eventually we just did without the TV. It was 2 or 3 days before our internet miraculously started working.

Beds are fulls, not queens so be careful! Bathroom is very small such as the bathtub is like a half of a tub. In our room it sounded like a toilet from above was running all night and it was very annoying. You will be charged $24 a night to park your vehicle. Shuttles only run 1x an hour. Did not swim in the pool it was full of leaves amd debri.

I felt like the pictures were much nicer than the actual feel of the property, beds were comfortable and everything was clean just gave motel vibes so I dont think the listing was super honest. Pool area was nice though. Hot breakfast was was scrambled eggs and tater tots, cereal was Raisin Bran, and there was toast and apples/oranges. I would have liked a little more variety or some meat or something bc it wasn't that good.

It was pretty old, the front lobby looked nice but the room was really old, there was no fridge or microwave, the bathroom was small. It was just not what I expected. The place was like a maze, I was getting lost getting to the lobby. Parking fee was $28 per night, which I believe was to expensive. I don't think I will be going back here again.

Have stayed here many times and in the past, stays have been fine. This time couple issues. Room 157, the AC makes very loud noise all the time when it’s running, makes it tough to sleep. Bathroom sink also very slow to drain. Not huge deals but hopefully they will take care of soon

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Atrium Hotel. The room was clean and had a comfortable, modern vibe. We especially liked the outdoor balcony and the ambient lighting on the furniture—it gave the space a nice atmosphere. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the couch in the room, which had visible stains and could use a deep clean. Other than that, everything was great. The hotel was affordable, and overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Would stay again!

The gentleman that checked me in last night I can’t remember his name but he is an absolute gem! Super accommodating, super friendly, excellent customer service all the way, I loved my room even though it was next to the stairs. It was very soundproof! I work in the hotel industry. I was extremely impressed. This is not my first stay with you all it but,It had been many years, well at least four or five years and I will definitely be back again! in addition, I will gladly recommend to anybody that needs a hotel room in that area!! Thank you once again!

Our check-in experience was not good. The agent wouldnt check my husband in, because i wasn't there with him. No other information about the room or room cleaning wad given to us. We were given a letter, but we were running late to my best friend's wedding so checking in was slow. The breakfast was terrible. There was only one warmer with half of it no eggs and tator tots that were burnt. We waited for the eggs 40 minutes and it was half full and many guests were waiting for mor eggs to be made after the first small batch was made. No ther breakfast foods were made. Just cereal, Tang juice, coffee, half and hald and whole milk. There was bread put out, but the staff working was handling the bread and food with no gloves and she was cleaning while handing food. Certainly, a cheap and terrible breakfast for a hotel that charged us almost $500 for two nights. Housekeeping didn't clean our room because we had to request it. The service was amazing!! Sylvia at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Her instructions to find the room and the position of parking she told us made our stay easy. Santiago from maintenance or engineering was super nice and super funny. These two interactions plus the beautiful pool made the stay amazing. I do recommend staying here.

One of the front desk girls was EXTREMELY rude and had the absolute WORST attitude. She seemed bother when someone would come up to the front. My room had no towels, toilet paper or anything that was supposed to be there. TV control needed batteries. Called so many times that I had to walk to the front and ask for all those things and yet NO ONE ever went up there to take anything! Also I let one of the girls know that the charging station in the room did not work and they never came up to check it. The hotel was clean and nice it was just the room was not ready for guests and the one girl at the front made me want to cancel my room and look elsewhere. I will be contacting corporate about her soon.

I felt like the pictures were much nicer than the actual feel of the property, beds were comfortable and everything was clean just gave motel vibes so I dont think the listing was super honest. Pool area was nice though. Hot breakfast was was scrambled eggs and tater tots, cereal was Raisin Bran, and there was toast and apples/oranges. I would have liked a little more variety or some meat or something bc it wasn't that good.

Stay was fine except the brunch. $20/person, and there were out of thing 1 hour into breakfast. Waffle maker and toaster didn't work. Cold eggs, bad coffee, no Téa or hot water. In the end the breakfast was, at best, worth $5/person. Not $20! Most hotels would have included a breakfast like this in the hotel price.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was terrible 19$ and the waffles were premade and frozen then just put in the toaster and then put in a warmer however when I bit into mine it was still super cold and rock hard. The sausage I took one bite and about vomited I had to spit it out. So would highly recommend the hotel but NOT the breakfast.

Was disappointed at the condition of the property considering the area where the property is located. The pool area was run down, outdoor bar closed during afternoon on a Saturday, no pool towels for guest. Had to use our room towels then get them replace by housekeeping. No in-room refrigerator. The room was spacious but had mid-90 decor and furniture. Hallways smelled musty. Complimentary breakfast was cereals eggs and tator tots Areas around the food was dirty. One person working the breakfast area and couldn’t keep up with demand. Dirty tables, food area was dirty with spilled food. Food trays were empty. Wife had a single spoon of eggs. The Pool area is very nice and was the best part of our stay. Overall hotel was clean just dated and a closed up type odor in the hallway and room. Shower had very low water pressure. Air conditioning worked good as well.
