Suite was modern, clean, and comfortable. I spent a lot of time there and was able to relax. The streaming is great. Breakfast is really good for a free breakfast, too. Would totally stay again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and, until recently, never encountered any meaningful issues. That changed this year, and my most recent experience raises serious concerns. During a stay in early March 2026, my family and I experienced significant room issues, including excessive, unregulated heat and persistent structural-type vibrations that made the room difficult to occupy. This was not a minor inconvenience. While staying in room #213, the primary bedroom became extremely hot despite the air conditioning running. My mother, daughter, and I began feeling physically unwell in the room, including lethargy and noticeable temperature dysregulation. At one point, I lay on the floor trying to cool down, but the heat persisted to the extent that I considered seeking emergency medical care. At the same time, we experienced a pulsating sensation in the floor along with amplified mechanical noise. I contacted the front desk multiple times, and maintenance later came to inspect the room and confirmed both the excessive heat and the vibration and noise conditions. During that inspection, we were informed that the room is located directly above the hotel’s laundry facility, and I also observed a storage room immediately adjacent to the wall of the primary bedroom. We were told laundering would stop around 10:00pm, but it continued until approximately 11:30pm, and even after being told it had ceased, the heat, vibration, and noise persisted throughout
