Very disappointing three-night stay. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible long black hairs on the towels, sink, nightstands, and pillows. Staff was rude and breakfast service was poorly managed. Although breakfast was advertised until 10 AM, they started removing and locking food away around 9:30 AM. When we asked for basic items like bread and cereal at 9:35, staff acted irritated. The pool and hot tub were much smaller than shown in the photos, and the overall property looked far cheaper and more outdated in person than advertised online. The mattresses were badly worn and sank toward the middle, causing us to roll into the center all night and constantly reposition ourselves. Overall, the hotel does not match its photos, ratings, or advertised quality. We would not stay here again.

Beds were comfortable and that’s the extent of what we liked about this place. Staff was not friendly at all, it was very strange. You can hear their loud walkie-talkies going off constantly throughout the morning and day along with all of their discussions. Walls are very thin. Pool is cold, jacuzzi area is dark and below ground. The manager is odd and condescending. We felt uncomfortable staying here and would not return. You truly get what you pay for here and are better off paying a bit more to stay at one of the hotels across the street.
