Once again we arrived at the hotel after they had fixed the hot tub and found that it was not working. We have chosen to stay at this particular hotel because we enjoy those comforts and it’s close convenient. The staff is great but when every other time we come as something is not working properly it leaves an aftertaste in our mouth. We rarely get to enjoy your breakfast because it serves too late unless we stay on the weekend and we do stay at this particular hotel frequently. I just provide some equally good advice. Somebody could get in that tub with some acid cleaner or some tile and hot tub cleaner and scrub. It hasn’t been done for a while.

I’ve stated this hotel now a few times because we both work in that area and it’s easy to get too easy to travel from and the last couple of times we have stayed the spa. Jacuzzi doesn’t work and we left it running for quite some time to see if it would heat up wasn’t even warm. Also, the cleanliness of the Jacuzzi is sadly lacking. It’s very scrungy needs cleaning to use a wordThe steam room is so full of steam. You can’t breathe and there is no light at all in the sauna room. The rooms are very accommodating and quite large. We enjoy the large screen TV but we stayed because we wanted to enjoy the Jacuzzi and that’s not been available to us for a couple weeks now.

Decent for a night stay. Loved the breakfast in the morning but pillows sucked - bring your own. Bed was comfy and wasn’t noisy in the area. Water pressure in bathroom could’ve been better and bathroom didn’t have ventilation which was annoying. Limited parking

We always have a great time when we stay Here. Enjoy the half indoor half, outdoor hot tub. And the breakfast is very nice. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. And the staff is always nice.

The room has roaches, we only stayed for 2 hours and left! Ended up driving home. When we told the front desk that there’s roaches in the room and we are checking out she didn’t even offer a refund! We were just disgusted and left. I wouldn’t trust the complimentary breakfast!!!

The property is run down. I had to unplug the in room fridge because it was too noisy. The bathroom smelled mildewy. And there were holes in the wall and rust in the tub. Shower head was disgusting looking

In a decent location. Right off the freeway (highway 5). Nice eating options all within 5-7 minute drive of property. Property conditions clean and appealing. Inside the room to the naked eye clean & cozy, upon looking further, some stains to the mattress that should be either cleaned or mattress entirely replaced, floor boards under carpet on second floor are very squeaky making it noisy to walk around and I’m sure to neighbors below. Shower tub floor was caving in, very timid to be in shower too long in case it did collapse. Aside from those minor fixes, hotel was a decent stay.

The hotel is very old and needs updating really bad, however, it was clean for how old it was. The beds are hard as a rock and squeaky. Customer service during the day was ok but the night person at the desk was absolutely terrible! The view from our room was a junk yard with broken down motor homes. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all!!

If you have any kind of back issues do NOT stay at this hotel. The beds are as hard as concrete and the staff is utterly unhelpful and unsympathetic. I laid down on this old hard excuse for a mattress and immediately my hips and back were in pain. I asked for a different room - they said no. I asked for a rollaway bed - they said no. I asked for extra pillows to try and make a pillow bed on the mattress - they said no. I asked if there was *any* way they could help - they said no! It was late and I had been driving all day but I simply left and went to the Holiday Inn Express down the street, which had a perfectly normal bed and I slept fine. Then the next day when the manager came back on duty, I asked for a refund, and...they said no. Don't waste your money wrecking your body trying to sleep here, just stay somewhere else!

My wife is pre-diabetic so she has to watch her sugar intake. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The posted menu listed hard boiled eggs, granola and fruit, etc. Reality was no hard boiled eggs and only apples. The scrambled eggs and sausages were passable but there was no granola - only Cheerios, corn flakes and bran flakes. All the yogurts were sweetened - no plain (Greek would have been great too), the waffles were large and good. Rooms were good and roomy. Bathroom was adequate and clean. We couldn’t figure out the air conditioner, but it worked great and really cooled off the room, but kept running and had to be shut off manually until it got hot in the room and then it had to be turned on manually again. Except for the breakfast it was overall a good, clean place to stay.

Uber got us around the first few days...here to see a grandson play bball for Stockton Kings. Ended up renting a car...very cheap. We are within walking distance of a Walgreens and a little shopping mall but no real restaurants that appeal to us. Breakfast is included but after that, you have to go to Stockton. We are trying a Peruvian restaurant here though. no review of that.

Was very comfortable, nice rooms, great fluffy towels. Very clean. great breakfast choices that are complimentary with your stay. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that there is only one luggage cart for the entire hotel, and myself and my daughter are both handicapped !!!
