I just wish I could have known they were going through a renovation. Staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The noise was kept at a minimum, but the pool was not open and it was one of the main reasons we booked. Also, the ac would not get the room cold enough.

We were very happy with everything. It was quiet, room was clean and room was good size. The breakfast as always was great. Good coffee. Plenty of food. The only thing negative I can say is the parking. Crowded and almost none left if you come in later.

Spacious two queen rooms . Nice pool and jacuzzi. The elevator was broken but the staff offered to carry my bags to my room . I’ve stayed here many times . Wonderful hotel!

Apon arrival a party was being held on the lounge at 10 pm at night blasting music up through my room on top of the party. Get to room and the curtains won’t close so in the morning I don’t get any sleep due to the amount of light and then find out their is another persons food still in the cupboard half eaten still sitting on a plate. When brought up to customer service they refuse any reimbursement stating I have to be a member to be given compensation

I felt that the floors could have been cleaner in my room as my socks were dirty after walking on the floor in my room. Otherwise all was excellent especially the young lady at check-in.

I appreciated the maids’ attention to detail with the origami toilet paper ends. The only detractors were the room smelled a little musty, probably from being shampooed frequently, there was no complementary bottled water, and the window blinds are only there to frame the window. They are designed not to be pulled together to block out light from the outdoors. Otherwise everything was good. The room felt fairly new, the staff was friendly, and the complementary breakfast was decent.

There was a large group of younger people (not children) that literally went down the hall screaming. Their behavior was not the hotel’s fault but it is not a well insulated place so it echoes.

Pleasantly surprised to find the room was so large and very nice. Just like the photos, modern decor, large room and bathroom for wheelchair or walker accessible. The bathrooms included detachable showerhead and shower chair and room was close to the entrance and elevator.

I've stayed her numerous times. The particular room I got this visit had a terrible shower situation. Specifically, the water spilled all the way into the bathroom due to poor engineering of the ADA accessible shower. It was a wet mess. Room 115.

Our home was flooded , we were stressed and looking for a clean , roomy and safe place to stay. Maria & Jocelyn went out of their way for us. Early check in so the kids did not have to wait in the lobby. Delicious breakfast buffet that exceeded our expectations. Super clean rooms. Wonderful heated indoor pool. We had a blast playing in. Joselyn got us a late check out while the cleaners were finishing our house. Shes a doll and we appreciate her hospitality. Had a great stay. See ya soon but hopefully on next vacation next time.

The room was very clean and the check in experience on Saturday morning was great and the receptionist very nice and professional. The 2 ladies receptionist who took over the afternoon shift were careless, passive aggressive and unprofessional. We over heard other guest complaining about them as well. Good hotel overall but the afternoon receptionists attitude was a disappointment.

We had a great experience this past weekend. The front desk employee Patti was very nice and extremly welcoming. Pur kids were too tired for the afternoon activity we had planned so we needed to check in early. She was super sweet to our family and we really appreciated it. The pool was clean and towels were stocked. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was a little soft for me, but still comfy. Breakfast was awesome - fresh, clean and lots of choices. The lady who managed the breakfast was also very kind and offered me a tray to take food to my kiddos.and when she heard me say my youngest boy loves muffins, she gave me a chocolate one from the kitchen to give him. Thanks for a great overnighter. We will definitely be back at some point.

We are so happy and satisfied with everything! The staff was so amazing, kind and friendly. From checking in with Patty, the services of the staff, Monica, Lupe in the kitchen, Jorge doing maintenance, and Maria checking out…. We are forgetting all the other staff names and wish I would have gotten all of their names. I can say that our stay was perfect because everything in the room was and so was the staff! I am very happy with our stay!

For the cost of our stay it was worth the travel time into Stockton. Mostly quiet and clean. Plenty of food and shopping in the immediate area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for those seeking a quality stay on a sensible budget.

Wonderful, helpful staff. The check in lady that I can’t remember her name was so sweet, as well as the staff at the breakfast. Room was clean and bed and pillows were comfy. I couldn’t hear any road noise. Lots of food nearby, including an amazing food truck lot like 1/4 mile down the road. Very happy, would stay again.

First room smelled like cigarettes but front desk took care of us and gave us another room with no hassle. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. It could be better wish they had bacon besides sausage not everyone eats s, also wish they served scrambled eggs not a fan of omelettes. Other than that it was ok.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained. The beds are so comfy I always sleep as though I’m home, and we wake up to a wonderful hot breakfast with an ample variety. I also love the Dove products provided rather than the small prepackaged soaps, shampoos etc that are only enough for one person. I always look for Holiday Inn Express when traveling
