The Valet staff was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Jeremy helped get us checked in, he was very informative and really made us feel welcome! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. They were very fast to bring things to our room when needed so that was very nice. Nick was our bartender for part of our evening, he made us feel welcome and was very attentive the whole time which we really appreciate. Check out was super fast and simple. Overall great environment and great staff!

The pool was very dirty

The staff was very pleasant. The room and hotel were very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was a small encounter about the Destination fee. When checking in I was advised it was $25 and would come out of the $100 deposit. When I checked out it was actually $30.00 with a 13% Tax of $3.90. So my $25 was actually $33.90. I still ended up saving more than that using the rewards but I would have preferred they were clear and upfront with the actual fee.
