Quality Inn Merced Gateway to Yosemite

Front desk was very rude, breakfast not great. Place was not the cleanest

The staff was fine. The breakfast was below average but acceptable. The room was dingy but not obviously unclean. The big problem is that I found a bedbug on me later the afternoon after I stayed here. Room 315. Never coming back here again.

The pool is completely boarded up, however they are associated with the hotel next door and use of that pool. The associate who checked us in was very nice. Some of the clientele were a bit sketchy, which isn't the hotels fault, however when those people partied/fought between midnight and 530 am, it was loud, disturbing, and a bit scary. No, we didn't notify the hotel about it. The room was clean, no issues there. Somewhere I read the words "Breakfast Buffet". Their version of that and mine are not the same. The only hot item was waffles. Anyway, the price was fine, staff was nice, and room was clean. Easy stop between Vegas and home.
