This property should not be on your site. We drove 30 minutes further to find a hotel. Many windows had bedsheets as curtains. The property was filthy with garbage everywhere. Very disappointed with this recommendation. We paid $60 for a hotel we didn’t even step foot into.

The gentleman at the desk was very kind and helpful. But the hotel itself is rundown. No and borded up. They have a contract with the county to house some homeless people.

This place is super shabby. At least 6 rooms on the ground floor had big orange “condemned” stickers on the doors. The furniture is falling apart, the curtains are detached. There’s no coffee maker or kettle. The room to room noise was pretty mellow, but loud cars, radios, and disgruntled people yelling outside made sleep impossible. On the high side, the sheets were clean. I don’t recommend this properly. There is no elevator, so not disabled-friendly—and you wouldn’t want to stay on the ground floor.

It looked like a homeless camp at one end of the property.. Many things are worn out or broken. This might have been very nice in it's day, but it's day is long gone

We canceled our reservations at the hotel, this place doesn't not look like the pictures. It looks very runned down and I'm putting it lightly. The windows were broken and boarded up.

Room was dirty.. mold in the bathroom, carpet was visibly stained and dirty, The room smelled so bad I had to leave the air conditioner on hi. Online it says pet friendly, when I got there they told me that no pets were allowed, even though I saw other people with their dogs staying there. I paid a 100.00 deposit fee so they would let my dog stay with me. Had to put on my card because if I gave cash they said they would not give me a receipt.Staff started to enter my room with out knocking, said they didn’t know anyone was currently in this room. As I was walking down the hallway towards my room a man walked up to room and tried to open door.. and through the week I was there it was a regular thing, The door privacy lock was broken and the deadbolt lock inside was also broken.. one evening someone started banging on my window.I was terrified. I definitely didn’t feel safe there. There was no housekeeping the entire week I was there.. Had to take out the trash and went to local store to purchase fresh towels and sheets..Theirs were horrible , thin and stained .Purchased air freshener too… Smelled so bad The pool was trashed and non usable The advertised restaurant was closed and boarded up. None of the online pictures were a true description of the place, lobby, rooms, or the outside…everything was dirty. I would have gotten my money back on first day but before I even saw the room they had me sign a contract saying no refunds once you check in .. will Never stay there again

Why didn’t anyone mention the fact that this hotel is under construction? Second is very old there’s writing on the walls. The toilet doesn’t sit straight. The carpet in the hallway is dirty and nasty. It’s just a bad place.

Its one of the most Unssafe places.. .. full of drug addicts & Gangsters People fighting screaming & attacking new guests ...People openly taking drugs .. .NO Guest cars not even a single vehicle was parked there.. Entire area os filled woth homless addicts I spent some time..there... then backed off and did NOT even-- check in !! IF I had parked my expensive jaguar out there... it woukd have been ONLY One out there and definitely broken in ... .. my friend cane in his BMW for a meeting and he felt the same he refused To get out of his car and strongly advised me to.NOT Stay there ...!! Hence i did Not check in.... I just went to some other place PROPERTY Is Nice Staff is Good But Its entrance and surrounding area and hotel parking is so UNSAFE ..that its almost impossible for Normal people to stay there

Lovely staff but the building was full of broken and boarded up windows on the ground level. Odd brown stained sheets in the hallway, junkies etc live here. Piles of belongings scattered around outside . Didn’t feel safe there or leaving our car in the lot due to break ins so we left.

Carpet was dirty and coming off the floor, literally looked so gross.

I loved the price, however several of the rooms on the back of the building looked broken into due to the windows being broken. I also saw several roaches.

The room that they put me in had bed bugs Not very pleasant

Our room was switched 2 times. 1st room smelled like cigarettes, the girl was super rude about it but gave us a different room. 2nd room, we were on our way out to dinner when I realized the door to the room did not lock. They finally switched us into an ok room but still maybe 5/10. The bed boards and sheets in the first 2 rooms had cigarette burns on them. The carpets are extremely filthy throughout the hallways and in the room. The continental breakfast was a bag with a Twinkie and knotts raspberry cookies because they had “ran out of sandwiches”. In the food area they had a gallon of Sunny D and a gallon of milk. Oh and they offered me a hotpocket. SMH. Just a terrible terrible place. Definitely not family friendly or sanitary. The pictures online have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the place.

Three of five of the light switches didn't work, the toilet constantly made a noise like it was still running, there was a massive disgusting yellow stain over the entire mattress, I found the remains of a bedbug in the covers, there was all sorts of lint and hair all over the bedcover, there were stains and smears on the desk and chair, the fridge did not work. Only good thing is that it was quiet and the people there were nice.

No towels in the room. Room reeked badly of stale smoke, floors are dirty. Shower and toilet was dirty with hairs everywhere.

The carpet was torn in many places. There was a lot of dust everywhere in the room. There were hairs on the bed. There was half-drunk milk in the fridge. The whole hotel felt horrible and scary. I paid for the room and decided not to stay .

We were in the non smoking section and had a room with two beds. The hallway smelled like smoke, but the beds were big and comfortable. I loved the pet friendliness that the motel provided and i absolutely loved that the walls are not thin and we didn't hear anything crazy that the next door room stayers had going on.

The Good: The young woman at the front desk was pleasant and the room, although extremely dated was clean and the bed was relatively comfortable. The Bad: As many others have mentioned the clientele around the property are extremely sketchy and there is definitely an unsafe feeling to the property although in fairness nothing actually happened during our one night stay. The biggest issue was the constant noise all night long from members of these residents. They spent most of the evening in the parking lot by our room window talking & singing most of the night. As a result, virtually no sleep happened during our one night stay. Unfortunately I would have to recommend choosing a different place to stay.

We heard people from room next door. Talking really loud. Making noise. AC/heater didn’t work.

Bed comfort One bed just had one pillow and the other one had two A small pillow and a regular size and it’s not good pillows at all

It is clean and the bed is comfortable. It was a great price for my last minute get away. TV is small, but I didn't use it anyway. Flooring is LVT tile rather than carpet which i like, i think its clea er. Traffi noise in the morning but last night was pretty quiet. Not bad for a cheap hotel.

The linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Tv worked and could stream movies from your Netflix account, Prime account, etc. Hot showers and clean towels. I've stayed here a few times and the rooms are clean and comfortable for a good price. The hotel definitely needs to be cleaned up in the hallways and foot traffic areas.

Marginal clean - tv service limited - staff knew nothing about how tv worked - no wifi signal of value. Pay for what you get.

Little things here and there could be better. Need better towels for sure. Needs a new microwave in room also.

It looks like this at one time was a very nice motel but it has been neglected and it is beat up. I was wondering why it was a lower price than the cheaper motels. The room was clean and ok but needed some repairs.

Poor food—breakfast in a bag—not as advertised Bathroom needs complete overhaul—moldy tiles missing tiles —shower fixture poor—tv situation was terrible—no cable with regular stations—had to use internet stations and then the internet kept going out! We couldn’t wait to leave and feel we need our money back!

Entire hotel is in need of repair. Graffiti on the exterior of the building. I arrived and nobody was there to help me. I had to go to another hotel. I would expect a REFUND!!

Good Service

Staff was unprepared for our stay. We were a group of around 10 rooms, booked over 2 months ahead of time. As we all got there, one person at front desk, and what looked like only 1 housekeeping staff. Some of us came early, asked for early check in, front staff would tell us maybe 30 more minutes or an hour WHICH WE WERE OK WITH, as we knew we were early. However it obviously stressed the other housekeeping staff who was running around getting rooms ready. But it became obvious when we got into the rooms how outdated and barely maintained everything was. Old carpets, old drapes, bathrooms. We knew what we were paying for. However being booked so long ago, I would’ve thought they’d at least make sure the curtains were hanging properly, and the wallpaper wasn’t peeling excessively. It just felt like they weren’t too used to having so many guests all at once. Also, the site pictures are all outdated too, and NOT what it currently looks like.

Well just to start the new front desk lady is THE MOST RUDE and straight up DISRESPECTFUL person me and my wife have ever met. She did everything possible to make our stay the worst and consistently would scream at my wife just for asking for some toilet paper or asking to redo the keycards.I don’t know her name but she’s usually the main morning/afternoon front desk recently hired. If she’s there it’s not worth the savings to stay there. 0 rating. Customer Service 0, I’m literally homeless and I would rather stay on the streets than return to such an evil and malicious front desk treatment I received. Never again

The front desk staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests. While the rooms and parts of the hotel were tired the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast area appears to be be recently updated and looks very nice.

Staff was very nice. If we had any issues they took care of everything right away.

I don't like that this place looked like a place for loiters to just hang around as they please and and it seems there maybe people to living in this place using it as their home. As you walked right into the entrance there are people just hanging out around the place and it reeked of unpleasant smell.

Lots of people walking around property all night. Parking was confusing cars were parked in the spaces between the handicap spots that are reserved for van accessible.

It was so convenient to get to - right off the hwy. Coffee and fast food places as well as gas and convenience stores very close. It's just the outside and area around the property is dirty and run down. I only know that because I had to walk my dog.

Nothing unique. Plenty of parking. Easy access to room. Quiet

Employees were nice and helpful. Had fresh coffee, but not fresh breakfast. Breakfast was ok, they tried. Neighbor hood looks sketchy, specially at night. My 20 and 23 year old sons went to the am pm just to the corner and had two guys following them back to the hotel. Once my sons went into the hotel, they saw them just looking in through one of the hall ways that is towards the other way.

Everything was good, our room was clean and nice, and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was ok, they gave us different kinds of cookies and a croissant sandwich.

So, their free morning breakfast is just water down Apple Juice and water down Sunny D. 🤔 really ! . I thought maybe begals, toast, fruit, something.

This is a very old property, and the exhaust fan in the restroom was quite loud. However, the room was clean, the TV allowed us to watch YouTube, and the hotel provided a nice portable breakfast for each person. Overall, I would recommend it.

On yours/their website looks nothing like the picturea posted. Also said breakfast was included, but there wasn't! Hotel said they haven't provided breakfast for a long time. When I told them it's on their website, said they weren't responsible for it. Also looks like it was housing for the homeless. Didn't feel safe at all.

Lady in the front desk is real sweet, lobby smelled like Lotta weed and my king size room wasn’t clean😭. Left over wrappers under neath the mattress and wrappers behind the nightstand. The toilet didn’t flush accordingly 🙃. I got up for breakfast lol there was nothing but coffe 😭 no donuts or toast

Great value for money. Lots of restaurants nearby and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Our room had heaps of space and the bathroom was clean.
