I love this hotel! Not because of it's convenience to the airport but the friendly staff. They are always so accommodating and nice! I love the easy parking. I love that they have a park and fly option. I love their wine bar and beer selection. What's not to love?

I always saw someone cleaning, in the hallways or rooms, the front desk and lobby area was also neat and tidy with access to a free coffee and tea station in the front. I even got a free book (they seemed to refill this box in the morning). As for the rooms, it had everything you needed - microwave and fridge already in there, robe and slippers for use, and even refillable water bottles if you forgot yours. The TV had streaming services you can sign into and a record player with some records to complete the vibe. Air conditioning worked well and wasn’t too loud, and apart from the carpet feeling thin - it was really a comfortable stay. would recommend to my family and friends for staying nearby

Great Value, Great Renovation, Good Bed and Pillows. Very Nice Walk-In Shower. Huge TV, great balcony with Reaonabke fee for the upgrade. Convenient grab and go Breakfast, Snack and Wine, Liqour and Beer options as well. Very Walkable and Easy to Navigate Property. Wish it had a shuttle, but can't get everything you want at this great price point.

If you are looking for a place that is easy going as a motel, but a few steps up, the Dylan fits the bill. There are vending machines, easy, no fuss breakfast options like oatmeal, boiled eggs, etc. There is even a "happy hour" with wines by the glass as well as a selection of canned cocktails, proseco, and bottle spirits. They have coffee 24/7. While not made by a barista, for machine coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, are passable. Nice staff. Really safe neighborhood with plenty of eating options available nearby.

The Dylan is a very nice property. The rooms are nice and functional. The only issue is parking. They do not have enough parking spaces for all of the customers. When I arrived, the only parking option was to park on the street. Other than that, Everything was fine

Lovely converted motel. A little loud with street noise but since it’s not in a busy area not bad. Liked that they had reusable mugs and cups in the room. I did have to store two of my bags overnight because the elevator is out of service but it was a painless process.

Property was well situated for the airport. Lots of conveniences nearby. Note: There isn’t a bar or restaurant in the hotel but some take and go’s to include a wine by the glass vending machine which was a “chef’s kiss” after 8 hours of travel. Why it deserves 10 stars: Staff was friendly and facilities were nice, as pictured. Nothing too fancy but cute, trendy and very clean. Easy stay. 9/10. The 12:00 PM CHECKOUT earns it a 10/10. Made my morning!

Very cool boutique hotel with nice touches all over the place. Giant scrabble on the wall in the lobby, free hot chocolate tea and coffee 24/7, filtered water in eco friendly water bottles, lp records and turntables in every room, cool books, cool art, lots of cool spaces public and private. Private balcony, free parking in lot, fast wifi, gorgeous comfortable furniture and decor.!!! LOVE

The stay was amazing. The hotel was super-clean, I've run a janitorial company for over 25 years, and looking at the room, it's the cleanest room I've ever been in. I'm very impressed with the condition of the hotel. On top of that, the staff was very, very, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful. The carper was kinda unclean and sticky, so was the restroom. Everything else was very comfortable, also could hear people crossing the hallway very clearly, so might cause discomfort through the night.

The welcome staff were excellent. They offer free coffee in lobby and they have a lounge for wine and cocktails. The room was not bad. It had a smell of older furniture, which wasn't off-putting but just reminded me of my grandma's house. However, it was still comfortable and clean. The AC in our room was very loud. Bathroom was nice.

I didn’t expect this hotel to be so cute! I loved the ambiance (there was a nice water feature on the first floor!) and it was a very relaxed environment. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I needed an early check in. also extra points for the coffee machine in the lobby being accessible 24/7. I do have to warn you - I was in a first floor room and I could hear a lot of noise from above me. I’m talking footsteps, conversations (albeit very softly), I even heard the TV turning on (but I didn’t hear what they were watching). The traffic outside can be quite loud as well. But as someone who was born in the city, it quickly became background noise and honestly not noticeable. At the end of the day, I would absolutely stay here again!

The property was basic but had a cute vibe. It was clean. However, I would never return because in the middle of the night my room smoke detector went off. No one responded so I called the front desk and was told to let them know if it happened again. It was evident this was commonplace from her response. It did happen again and wouldn’t stop so the staff came and removed it from my room altogether. Not very reassuring! The next morning I reminded the front desk staff of the incident to make sure it was on their maintenance list. The staff was really dismissive, never apologized for the disruption and said, “Yeah, well stuff happens.” Yikes. It was an unsettling inconvenience and felt unsafe amd the whole thing was worse because of the staff’s nastiness.

Wendy is the front desk person with whom I dealt. She is not only unbelievably beautiful, but she has grace under pressure (seen her dealing with rude guests) but also super helpful and very professional. the site itself is very boutique-y. shaded, quiet with very good privay in the rooms. will definitely stay there again.

Avoid this place – unsafe, rude staff, and deceptive charges I stayed at Dylan at SFO for one night (April 19–20, 2025), and it was one of the most distressing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, they tried to charge me $25 for early check-in even though I agreed to check in at 2 PM. Then they charged me $11 for parking, even though the listing said parking was included. I received two validation slips, parked my car, and went on with my day. When I returned from dinner, there were no parking spots available. I asked the receptionist, and she rudely yelled at me, told me to park on the street, and kicked me out of the lobby. Later, when I asked about an overcharge on the vending machine, she told me, “I’m done answering to you” and continued to be hostile. Even worse, another staff member denied I was ever charged for parking, calling me a liar—despite my card being charged and proof in hand. They kept changing their policies and tone as they saw fit. This experience was physically painful and emotionally exhausting. I was so disturbed by the receptionist’s aggressive behavior that I couldn’t sleep, genuinely afraid she might harass us further. This hotel does not feel safe or professional. I would strongly warn others to avoid staying here—there are better and more respectful options nearby.

Rooms were decent, location was great. But the person behind the desk was clearly trying to scam tourists - told us uber to airport (which is very close) would be $40-50 due to special fees, while taxi would be $20-25, then put pressure on us to have him reserve a taxi for us. When I woke up and checked uber it was $15. I was trying to be polite and just take their taxi, but I luckily checked and asked how much before getting in the car - and he said $35-40! I told him I’d call an uber and he quickly decreased it to $20. In the car he had the uber app running and no taxi meter. Pretty clearly a scam on tourists, not cool.

When I woke up and checked uber it was $15. I was trying to be polite and just take their taxi, but I luckily checked and asked how much before getting in the car - and he said $35-40! I told him I’d call an uber and he quickly decreased it to $20. In the car he had the uber app running and no taxi meter. Pretty clearly a scam on tourists, not cool.

Loved the close proximity to mass transportation (SFO, Caltrains, BART). Inside traffic flow was easy to understand and easy maneuverability. Everything in the room worked! Bed was comfortable. What was very annoying was at 8 am the housekeeping knocking on doors to see if guests were gone (even with the Do Not Disturb sign out) and talking loud in the hallway.

Upon checking in, there was no one at the reception desk although the person was sitting in front of a computer in an office directly behind the desk. I had to call her attention so she could check me in. If she was going to be away from the reception should have been continually glancing in that direction to make sure no one was waiting to be helped.

This is an enclosed motel. I found it comfortable and a bit retro. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. (I had no car, but parking is available.). It is a short walk to the Millbrae BART station so access to the airport and the Bay Area is easy.

I love this hotel! Not because of it's convenience to the airport but the friendly staff. They are always so accommodating and nice! I love the easy parking. I love that they have a park and fly option. I love their wine bar and beer selection. What's not to love?

I always saw someone cleaning, in the hallways or rooms, the front desk and lobby area was also neat and tidy with access to a free coffee and tea station in the front. I even got a free book (they seemed to refill this box in the morning). As for the rooms, it had everything you needed - microwave and fridge already in there, robe and slippers for use, and even refillable water bottles if you forgot yours. The TV had streaming services you can sign into and a record player with some records to complete the vibe. Air conditioning worked well and wasn’t too loud, and apart from the carpet feeling thin - it was really a comfortable stay. would recommend to my family and friends for staying nearby

A small hotel but would implement nice touches throughout the room. Use nice ceramic mugs for your coffee, they rave you a pair of insulated water bottles to use while there. They have an ice/water dispenser in the lobby, good cause they do not sell water! Cutesy amenities that I appreciated. Although they had a toaster for the English muffin you purchase. I thought they should have a few offerings included. They had a coffee machine that made lattes but it needed service as the drinks were tasteless. It I would stay there again.

Dylan hotel is a convenient and affordable place to stay if you are heading out at SFO airport. Its very close to lots of good restaurants and free parking. Outside hallways since it used to be a motel, but they have it set up to only access the floors through the lobby. Staff was good. Lobby is very nice, and there is free cocoa and tea. Thin walls but overall a good stay.

There are vending machines, easy, no fuss breakfast options like oatmeal, boiled eggs, etc. There is even a "happy hour" with wines by the glass as well as a selection of canned cocktails, proseco, and bottle spirits. They have coffee 24/7. While not made by a barista, for machine coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, are passable. Nice staff. Really safe neighborhood with plenty of eating options available nearby.

The location was perfect, walking distance to BART, CalTrain, restaurants & EV charging. Free self-parking. We upgraded to a room with balcony, microwave and fridge for a 3-day stay, comfortable space and cleaned daily. There's no pool, no workout room. But we'll stay again for the convenient and safe location.
