Our stay at the Hilton Garden was very good. It was a 2 night stay as we had a conference in LA area to attend on the weekend. The hotel is clean, pleasant and quiet place to stay. The only issue we had was the parking. There was an event at the Center next door and any on-site parking or cross street parking was nonexistent. We ended up parking on the street, but other than that our stay and staff was very good.

Rooms were very spacious. Only issue was the pool was dirty with large pieces of debris all the way at the bottom - not clean. This was a huge disappointment.

Everything great except hot tub wasnt working the whole time and was one of reasons i chose

The room was nice, nothing special. The lobby and pool area were very nice though. The parking was a little difficult since so many events are held at surrounding businesses and they take up the hotel parking. So at night we had to park far. As well as I requested a shampoo & conditioner refill that was sadly not done. But the overall experience was not horrible, but do not feel the need to stay there again.

Worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. Fruit flys everywhere in the room. I asked for a baby crib and blankets by the time they brought it my baby fell asleep. Also next morning we got treated horribly in the breakfast area. The waitress looked at my family like we were stealing the breakfast. We were told at check in breakfast was complimentary. I always choose Hilton hotels over any other hotel but this has had to been the worst experience ever for me and my family. Pool and spa area was really messy and dirty. Patio was full of ants. If there is anyway I can get a refund for this horrible experience I would highly appreciate it. Never staying at this hotel again. To top it off I was unable to purchase snacks or drink because a system was down.

The body wash and lotion bottles in the room were empty. P-trap was not working and the smell from sink was coming back into the restroom. The temp control on one of shower heads was not working so only hot water was coming out.

Everything was very nice and entire place was clean; unfortunately our room smelled like mildew/mold. Unsure if there was previous water damage. There appeared to be a yellow stain on the wall coming from the room above, so possibly previous leak that was repaired. Other than that it was okay. Lastly the fact that the pool opens early, we were unable to sleep since some people and their kids were noisy while swimming so early.

Clean room, staff was respectful, polite and we appreciated the free water.

Ants in rooms

The service was great, the front desk and staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. However we don’t think the rooms were cleaned thoroughly, we found a comb on the carpet and hair in the shower also there was a half used bottle of orange juice in the fridge. We also left the room all day and came back to find out the housekeeper never cleaned the room. Other than those few mishaps we had a great experience and will be returning.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and my stay was very pleasant. I will definitely recommend this property to my colleagues.

Pros: Nice location with convenient parking. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Cons: very low water pressure in the shower and sink faucet. Loud noise from the pool area with poor sound insulation. Breakfast not included.

Broken drawers in the room, shower pressure was not great, pillows were mediocre at best.

5* review!! Our stay was great, the only real downer was the weak water pressure in our room, which was on the 3rd floor. The Shower had no pressure at all, it made showering a hassle and disrupted our 3/4 day stay. The sink also trickled water, and had a really weak flow. Hopefully they’ll rectify this issue, asap. Thanks!

Staff was friendly super easy and fast check in. Very very clean and an amazing scent throughout the Hotel my room was very clean but had a broken fridge that was leaking water.. They staff was very apologetic and offered to switch rooms but I declined.

Lighting in bathroom and overall is terrible. No fans in bathroom. No robes in room, or atleast not the one I was in. The floor also had a weird creaking noise. I was very unsatisfied with my stay.

Everything about the beds are aweful and painful.

Overall, it was neat and clean. However, the shower water pressure was poor and needs improvement. But the most serious issue was the loud noise from the air conditioning and heating systems, like sitting next to the airplane wing.

The staff at front desk weren’t friendly. I had to call twice just to get my room cleaned when I’m paying a nice amount of money for a suite I would expect better attentiveness to the customers.

I have stayed at this hotel 6 times over the past year. Oscar at the front desk was very rude and handled my business stay so poorly I will not stay here again. He should not be in the hospitality business!

The hotel was clean, but the staff were not well trained. I asked several questions and later found out that I got the wrong answer. I was promised a crib for my baby and then told that they gave them all out. They did end up finding a crib for me and giving me a breakfast voucher as an apology, but this type of mistakes was constant during whole stay. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing.

Evacuated due to wildfire and the staff were amazing. They kept the hotel spotless and were actively looking for anything they could do to help the evacuee guests. I can’t overstate how much difference they made and how comforting it was to have that support along with a safe place to stay. Very grateful to the team.

I loved the service everyone in the hotel is very nice and friendly

I reserved a double queen bed for my parents and step-brother. When they checked in, they were told there was only a King-size room available because the afternoon staff had given their room to someone else. It was late, they were tired, and they had to wait an hour to get the wrong room. I do not see what the point of reserving was if the room is still able to be given to someone else.

Great property in a golf course, very quiet and safe. Parking is free so that was a plus. Near to the highway and great location. We rented a car and everything was near. Would highly recommend.

I like how the hotel is away from the constant noise of LA. The gold course seems to make it more relaxing.

The hotel itself was better than expected, based on previous reviews. We did get a room at the end of the hallway on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet and pleasant. Easy access to the highway, which is the main reason we booked it. Surrounding area not the best but we were in and out, so didn't bother us.

Rooms didn’t get serviced, beddings weren’t changed. Limited and repeated options for breakfast not worth the price. No in room dining and limiting options. No much to eat and far from eateries.

The restaurant have excellent service

It was clean and we liked that they had a mini store with snacks, drinks, aspirin and other common gas station type items inside the hotel

No pastries for breakfast and no chardonnay wine for evenings. TV was going on and off. No drinking glasses just coffee cups and not enough coffee and creamer.

I feel very unbalanced about how I feel about this hotel Heres what i did like about it I loved the location, the convenience of the food and stores near by It was quiet and very modern We had booked the jr suite and its a beautiful room and a very nice bathroom What i didnt like about this hotel We arrive 15 minutes before check in and tried to do a early check in, the room wasnt ready so we understood that and just waited till 3 (which is check in time) so we go back and try to and they stay the room still isnt ready As time passes we get irriated because we just drove 13 hours from idaho and would like to rest A entire hour passes and i go to check if the room was ready and it was I ask to speak to the manager cause check out is at 12 oclock and was wondering why it took 3 hours to get to the room and clean it I understand short staffing and what not but thats not the case they tried to say The gentleman had me give my numeber to him for the manager cindy to contact me for and cindy in the 7 days i was there never called me The gentlemen gave me a free breakfast card atleast.. I wanted to see if i couldve had a night accomodated for the late check in but he was unsure it would be able to work due to me using a third party (expedia) which sure that makes sense aswell but i dont know what the point of me giving my number to him to give to cindy was if she was never gonna call or text. The breakfast was mediocre at best though i had the waffle and im glad to say it was f

This is a good, decent, clean hotel. Easy to access. Free parking. Both are rare to find in LA. The food in the hotel restaurant is okay - not great, but not bad.

Other than the fact that restaurant would not open until 5 everything else was fine

The restaurant served delicious breakfast and Starbucks coffee. The only thing missing was that they had no recycling in the rooms or around the property.
