Hotel lobby, my room and all corridors were always clean, everything was functional. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of hot items. Parking was nice, I parked in basement during my stay and it had easy access to elevator and room. Overall very pleased. I will stay again.

Loved this hotel!! The rooms are great - with a full fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with so many options. The workout room was incredible, lots of free weights, ellipticals, and even a peloton bike! I was so impressed - looking forward to my next stay!

Loved the underground parking garage, the breakfast options and key access only elevators. Truly feel bad for the staff after breakfast. People just leave their plates and garbage on the table like it's a restaurant. The hot tub could use better attention as well as the rooms. Overall felt secure on the beautiful property.

This hotel was very nice, we liked the little kitchen, and they had more items available if you needed any other supplies (hot plate, pans etc. I even saw someone else get a blender from the front desk). The indoor pool wasn’t huge, but was a very nice temperature and the hot tub and adjacent outdoor seating and fire pit area was very nice. Breakfast was great! Would stay again.

The hotel was clean and easy to get to. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and the food was fresh. The only drawback was the parking. They didn’t have enough and I had to park on the street twice.

The room itself was great and clean. Staff were kind and responsive. The hot tub and pool were disgusting. There was a large amount of bacterial foam in the hot tub and the pool had a funky smell without chlorine! Very dissatisfied with that area of the hotel!

All the reviews stated this place would be clean. I specifically paid for this hotel because I was under the impression that it would be. Unfortunately it was truly disgusting and I felt scammed. The floors were grimy, the pillows smelled like someone else's cologne, and the carpet was stained. Additionally part of the reason we stayed here was because it was a suite with a kitchenette but the dishes were disgusting and the dishwasher didn't work. They also provided only small dishes and only a few of each. Overall just super disapointing for the price and we definitely would have chosen somewhere else had we known. Additionally, the one time we asked for more washcloths, the front desk told us they would deliver them but we never got them.

The staff were wonderful, however the room was not clean at all. The shower and refrigerator were dirty, and we kept finding hairs throughout the room. There was also dirt on the shelves and some trash left by a previous customer.

Arrived to a dirty room, bed undone, trash everywhere, towels on the floor. Mentioned it to reception, they moved us down a floor, this room was semi clean but had a dirty diaper in the trash can that made the whole room smell. Went back down and told reception, asked if they could clean this room, he rudely answered that there was nothing he (Jon I believe) could do about it and I could take a refund or live with it. It was 10 PM. The breakfast staff was extremely nice and hotel itself was nice and clean seeming. But the situation at arrival was handled terribly and never plan on staying here again.

It was a good experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was genuinely kind. The room was nice. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled of mildew, but it was clean aside from that. Tons of storage space so we didn’t have to live out of suitcases. Beds were actually comfortable with pillows that weren’t flat. Traffic around the hotel wasn’t bad either. Will be back again!

First time ever staying at a Home2suites Hilton hotel and let me say, it was very clean! Ive stayed at 5 star hotels before and this doesnt compare. The sheets on the bed smelled fresh and clean.

Short one night stay, but we loved the big spacious room. Beautiful big bathroom, comfy bed & sheets, and two big TV’s. Staff was very friendly. Only downside was the seemingly limited parking spaces.

Pretty average, rooms are nice, the added kitchenette is a bonus if you like to use it. The rooms seem to have pretty thin walls or the connecting door is a problem, I could hear people talking a full convo plus tv blaring.

HI We closed this hotel specifically for a video shooting on Social media after seeing that there is a park and a lake in The hotel's advertisements Unfortunately, the lake and park have not yet been built And the hotel staff did not behave nicely about the issue Just gave us excuses We feel cheated and ask for adequate compensation !!!

Parking & breakfast were included so that’s always a plus. Breakfast had lots of options and also lasts throughout the entire 7-10 breakfast times. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Staff was friendly & I would honestly recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine except the fact that we could have booked two rooms instead of thinking that what we booked was a SUITE ! Not an oversized regular room . Those room 401 wasn’t a suite ! No separate area just one long room! We were a party of 5 and were mislead thinking we had a suite ! Not happy at all please update the description so in the future guest book 2 rooms instead of one for the same price !!!

Paid more for lake view as website was advertising however the golf club and lake in fort of the property is under major construction for another 1-2 years. There is no lake or any pleasant view. Hotel's description needs to be updated.

Nice spacious room; 1 bedroom suite with two queen beds. Large living room and large bathroom. Had a small kitchenette available. Bed a little too soft for me. Housekeeping didn’t come, ao called front desk for fresh towels.

It was around 10:00 PM at night. A person (or a group of people, I couldn't tell) was talking very loudly at the front gate of the hotel - right outside of the lobby. My room was on the 3rd floor and right above the front gate, so it was too noisy and all of us in the room couldn't sleep. So, I called the front desk (by the way, the quick dial button on the phone did not work), and I told the front desk person to let her know about the noise issue. About 5 minutes past, the person was still talking loudly, so I called the front desk again, and she responded me angrily saying that she was waiting for someone to handle the issue as she was alone. And, then, she hung up on me. And, the noise continued until one of my family member went down to talk to the front desk. I was so frustrated on how the front desk person responded on this incident - she did nothing to resolve the noise issue, but, instead, she was angry at me, the person who was reporting the issue. I'm so disappointed about the service and upset about the staff's attitude.

When we arrived, the hotel said they were oversold and did not have a room for us. We had paid for a room that held five people. They sent us to another Hilton, we checked in and after one night they said the room only held four people. They told us unless we paid for another room, we would have to leave, cost me an additional $171.00 i would not risk it, fist time I have had a hotel just tell me they dont have a room after having a paod for reservation. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Customer service is non-existent here. After another guest was assigned to our room and strolled right in, no effort was made to contact us to apologize. We were later awoken by a housekeeping manager who knocked on our door and told us we needed to call the front desk to “sort things out”, which was odd because I’m not in charge of assigning rooms, so I’m not sure why this mistake was mine to fix. After this, the only contact made by management came in the form of two generic text messages and one email from guest services which still has not been acknowledged. On top of the gross service failure and lack of standard hospitality skills from the staff, the location does not have sufficient on-site parking for guests, which includes a ground level lot and UG garage. The shower tile also had pencil measurements from the contractor who installed it; somehow never having been seen or cleaned by the staff.

We booked this room and were threatened to be kicked out for being "too loud" at 2 in the morning on a Saturday night during the holiday weekend, when all we were doing was talking in our own room. Apparently, the man who came upstairs to press us said he had addressed us once before coming up a 2nd time, although I honestly never spoke to this man before. Maybe he addressed our other room guest who had already left earlier due to a family emergency. He claimed it was "quiet hours," although we weren't told there were quiet hours upon check in, and for $295 a night we should be allowed to talk in our room regardless of the time.I called the front desk who explained they put us a conjoined room so the people next door could hear us talk through the shared door in the room. They said would've moved us but they were sold out and booking through Expedia makes us last priority for a room that doesn't share a door with other people. 1. We didn't book a conjoined room. 2. We paid A LOT of money for 1 night, just like everyone else. 3. It isn't illegal to speak in our room; we were not screaming, just talking. 4. No quiet hours were posted on the reservation, so having a man come up threatening to kick out a group of women at 2am in not the most amazing area is NOT ok. I am an IHG Platinum Member and was hesitant about brand changing. Needless to say, I will be sticking to the IHG brand. Holiday Inn, although seen as lower tier than Hilton brands, has much better service.

Receptionist was rude and the hotel discharged me. They charged me for the bottle waters. But for HH member they should be free. I later on found out the charges and called them, the receptionist on the phone said he can’t help, for the free water only for gold and diamond member. But the tap on the water definite says HH members only. He said he has no idea what the tap says but he can’t help.

The staff at front generally was not so great. Our room was not cleaned on the first day and had to call the front desk but the direct call button did not connect to the front desk. Also, the toilet paper rolls were almost used up when we got to the room and there was no extra roll. When we called the front desk using our phone, they didn’t say sorry for not cleaning the room, the fact that the phone wasn’t working or that the toilet paper was out. The bed squeaks when you move, and also there is a fan noise all night long. The next day our room was made only half way it seemed like, one bad was made and the other one was not touched, one soap bar was there and we used it, but didn’t leave us another one, the shower area was not cleaned. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay for us.

Very close to downtown LA, but still quiet and had a local grocery store within 5 mins (Albertsons) I also enjoyed they made the waffles for guests -way more convenient and delicious!

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I do wish there was more breakfast options but it was still good and nutritious. I loved that there was someone making the waffles instead of a jumble of people pushing and taking all the machines.

Staff was great!! Breakfast was awesome!! But very crowded! And nobody cleaned up after themselves. People had plates stacked with food and didn’t even eat half of it!! Super selfish! Room was good!!! Could have been a little cleaner but over all comfortable.

Clean and spacious rooms, great amenities (Spin2Cycle Gym with Precor equipment pool). Breakfast was tasty with sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches (using ciabatta buns, croissants and bagels), oatmeal, fruit and a wide assortment of cold cereal. Would stay here again the next time I'm in Los Angeles.

Had a great stay, easy to get to and plenty of parking. Rooms are spacious and updated. Most of all quiet. The downside tho and not to blame the hotel arrived during a college swim meet. Breakfast was out of the question. Couldn’t handle the noise. The food was gone by 8am along with bowls. So no shot of even cereal. Nothing got replaced. So that was a bummer.

We were there for 7 nights. Upon check in we scheduled to have our room cleaned every third day, however, our room was not cleaned until the 6 day after complaining to the front desk. When they did finally come to clean the room they throw out a bag of souvenirs that was on the table, without our permission or direction to do so. Breakfast was stated to end 10am but several days it was closed down before 9/9:30am.
