Unfortunately the breakfast here was sad and the worst of any Hampton Inn I have stayed at. Also construction or maintenance work on the balconies meant these could not be used and was not noted on the website.

Just another Hampton Inn. On a hot summer weekend in the pool did not quite hold up to the use in terms of sanitation and it was cloudy by the evening.

The room and the facility was very clean, staff was very welcoming thank you Michelle. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were wonderful with a microwave mini fridge and coffee maker in them. Only downside was the pool needs some serious work concrete chunks missing the bricks are very worn and there were multiple bugs in the pool, dead and alive. It was heated but not very warm. The breakfast was excellent with different choices of eggs every day and a meat, oatmeal yogurts, fresh fruit, cereals, and breads with juice would definitely stay again thank you for your wonderful facility. It was also very quiet at night.

I deserve a credit as the description indicates there is a hot tub. BUT dont allow people to use as it is broken. That should of been indicated. I could of gone elsewhere to use. Traffic here is horrendous you hear cars all night unless you sleep with TV on - Not.

I liked everything except for the ongoing replacement of the tile roof, which involved hours of workers tossing concrete tiles (loudly) into metal trucks. But you have to maintain a property sometime, so I put that aside.

Going to request refund, room was dirty, and construction started at 7 am on Saturday. After a 11 hour drive and getting to bed late, was woke up to our construction that was never advertised on website. There were hair in the shower and all over the bathroom floor. Ended up going to Safeway to get bleach and a scrubbed to clean the shower myself after a 11 hour drive so I could shower and get to bed.

They had great options and variety for their breakfast, which was included with the stay.There was some remodeling going on which is the only reason I gave them a 4 star for the property condition and facility. Overall great stay and would book with them again.

There was an onion smell in the bathroom/kitchen area that was a little annoying but that could’ve just been food left in the fridge and smelled up the room. It didn’t smell like cleanser like it usually does.

Very comforatable beds. Roomy with a nice layout and very clean. Breakfast offerings were amazing and excellent! The only critical part was it was a three day stay for two people and we requested fresh towels and garbages emptied and it did not happen. Did our best to dry our towels, but really.

Nice clean rooms but you can hear the people upstairs stopping around and the walls are not sound proof. Breakfast was basic waffle machine cereal and hard boiled eggs and scramble eggs with chopped up hot dogs. Not worth the money

Such a wonderful stay! Really appreciated the warm welcome! Tasteful renovation and very comfortable beds. We slept so well. Great location too! Only suggestion to mgmt is warmer lighting - every bulb is Uber bright in that cold blue sort of way; too much for us! Otherwise, keep up the great work. We will happily stay here again, but might bring our own lightbulbs! Haha!

This was our second stay here - very clean, great staff, large breakfast buffet. Our second night, staff said due to high number of rooms booked, causing low water pressure, our shower would not work. Front desk staff accommodated the best they could, by allowing us to use a vacant room since all other double beds were full. Not ideal, but they made it work.

Room was not cramped. Can’t beat the free parking. However, the noise level was a different story. Our room was above the main entrance, near the elevator, stairs, pool and lobby. So we knew in the beginning it could be an issue but the hotel was fully booked so we can’t make any changes. It was halfway decent but people talking while walking down the hallway you can hear clearly. And at around 6:00 am the guest above us started walking back and forth. Not a slow cadence as well. We could hear every step she made. Some vibration even. The person continued to do it for the next 10-15 mins. Man, that was annoying. You’d think a commercial structure such as a hotel would have better sound proofing but nope not this one. So unfortunately there’s no way we’d return to this place.

I was unhappy with a mechanical sound like a dryer all night. The noise stopped at 4:30 am. When I checked out the clerk said he didn’t understand where the noise was coming from. The room # 103. I was given a courtesy snack.

WORST TREATMENT I EVER HAD!!! i HAD A RESERVATION THROUGH EXPEDIA. WE HAD TO CANCEL BECAUSE MY SISTER-IN-LAW HAD A SEVERE STROKE AND WAS HOSPITALIZED. I HAD INSURE BUT THEY CHARGED ME PER NIGHT FOR EACH COUPLE. TOTALLY UNREASONABLE. WHY BUY INSURANCE THAT DOESN'T COVER AN EMERGENCY. THE THE COST OF THE TWO ROOMS. WOULDN'T EVEN A PERSON HOSPITALIZED FIGURD INTO THE EQUATION. I LIVE IN TEXAS THEY LIVE IN OREGON. I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK A HAMPTON INN AGAIN. I WOULD SLEEP IN MY CAR FIRST.

The lady at check in was super nice. Probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever checked in with. I was early and I asked what time check in was. She said my room was already ready so she let me check in early. She also helped me fix a hotel.com error. The breakfast was pretty amazing too for continental style.

Found on arrival that we had an accidentally booked 2 rooms, on arrival we were notified by the M.O.D... We tried to cancel the 2nd reservation, on arrival, after we found out there was a mistake, but was told we couldn't and was charged for the 2nd room that wasn't used. Dont feel it was fair , but it was our lost....

The Hotel was great. Clean, beautiful room, with a little balcony and gas fireplace, clean . Some remolding was going on. Easy to get to, easy check in. Nothing within walking distance. Well there is a Harley shop next door!

Anytime we go to a Niners game or Sharks game this is where we stay. It's a very nice hotel, clean, comfortable & free hot breakfast which my husband loves! Staff is so nice! I recommend this hotel. Especially since it's right off the freeway. But you don't hear the traffic at all. Great price too!

This is our go-to hotel for a comfortable and economical stay in the South Bay Area. On our latest stay we were particularly appreciating the results of a recent update to the rooms and hallways. The breakfasts are good and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Downtown Morgan Hill is great for dining, and this location is an easy distance from the Monterey Peninsula!

The hotel had recently been remodeled so everything was up to date and new. Two things that disappointed us, they ran out of some of the breakfast food by 9am when breakfast was served until 10am. Also, we could not figure out how to use the TV system and there was no guide in the room.

Nice, clean and roomy accommodations. Good breakfast options and eating area is spacious. Coffee self service table is apart from main food area and nice to be able to get second cup of coffee or tea without crowds.

I have stayed here in the past while working in the area. There are some subtle signs that the hotel has cut back on a few things...i.e. 24 hour beverage station in the lobby, and some options in the breakfast bar. The rates have been consistently affordable so don't mind the "cutbacks". Hotel is still comfortable, good location, and free parking.
