Very steep winding driveway. Check in required both spouses' ids. No utensils, cookware at all. One broken small bar of soap, flimsy towels, no hairdryer, cracks and mold around tub, no housekeeping.

The entire driveway and parking area was glare ice, there was no sand or salt down. The building is worn and needs to be renovated. I found hair on our beds, in our sheets and in the bathtub. There were visibly dirty spaces (handprints and smudges on closet mirrors, sink dirty, under bathroom counter has a shelf that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months). The continental breakfast was a few prepackaged muffins and a very dirty coffee area.

Staff could have been more cheerful, but were helpful. Breakfast is coffee and pre-packaged muffins. Gym is one arc trainer and one treadmill. I had to ask for dishes and ice trays, but then i had an equipped kitchen for the groceries i brought in and put in the fridge and freezer. It's Right off Rt 15, but watch carefully for the sign at the entrance to the long driveway up the hill.

Large comfortable room, like staying in an efficiency apartment. Everything was very clean. It was easy to make a meal with the 2-burner cooktop and full size refrig. Supermarket close by. Could see some signs of wear and tear in room, but they were minor and would not affect my decision to stay here again for another 5-day visit. Good well-lighted parking lots surrounded by nice privacy trees atop a hill. Quiet locale. Friendly, helpful staff. I'll be back.

The stay was OK. There was not anyone at the front desk during check in and on some ocassions that i passed by the front desk. Used the gym (2 machines only) and there was no cleaning supplies to clean machines before or after use. A lot of noise in the hallways.

It is 11 pm and there is welding and banging in the parking lot. The bathtub was not clean and had hair in it. No ice machine for one night guests.

For a short stay it will do… Don’t expect too much… although the room smelled clean, there was an inch of dust on all the light shades & lamps, cobwebs in the corners & some mold in the shower… it is a non-smoking hotel so I was happy about that.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It was fine for what I needed- a place to sleep in this location for 1 night. But I would definitely not recommend an “extended” stay here! The room was dirty (stains/dog food on the rug), the bathroom was in very poor condition (floor peeling up, shower didn’t drain well, door was rotting/peeling) at the bottom, the room smelled, the mattress was as overly soft and the pillows were very flat.

Right off the Parkway, plenty of parking, the building and rooms are in nice condition, but the tub in my room was pretty grimy with dirt stained tub floor, it had cracked moldy caulking, and there was a cracked peeling painted wall in the shower. I wasn’t planning on taking a bath anyway, so it wasn’t a big deal. Also, the included breakfast is oatmeal packets and Nutri-Grain cereal bars. Otherwise, the hotel was clean with a kitchen in my room, and was a good place to stay the night.

There was no WiFi coverage in my room. I talked to the person at the front desk, who was dismissive. He eventually said he would have someone check it out the next day, but never did. I wanted to buy food from the vending machines. They had card readers that didn’t work. The person at the front desk said they usually don’t work and to use coins (which I didn’t have). Strong smell of smoke in the halls and elevator.

The hotel site showed roll in showers which is why i booked the place. It didn't have any roll in showers on site. The microwave was rusty on the inside. The floor of the bathtub looked gross. Worst still the mattress cover was stained in multiple places.

Needed to stay in a hotel with a full-size fridge as I was storing a lot of refrigerated food items. This ESA did have that, which was great! No oven, which was a bit disappointing as I'd wanted to cook. Had an issue with the wifi that the front desk couldn't figure out. They told me to just call their 1-800 number, which I couldn't be bothered to do. WiFi did not work for me. I was only staying one night (literally 7pm to 7am) so I didn't need it, but not very helpful if you actually needed to stay here for a length of time...

I was very pleased with my entire experience at Extended Stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. I asked for an extra pillow and they didn't hesitate. The ambience of the lobby was warm and welcoming.

I would not stay here again if my life depended on it. We waited over an hour PAST check in time for our room to be ready. During which time we waited in the lobby and heard the front desk staff laugh in the faces of customers who traveled hours to be told they were double booked. Three couples came in and were told their rooms were unavailable and that there was nothing they could do and nowhere for them to go. The hotel smelled disgusting and the room was dirty despite us waiting so long for it to be “cleaned”. The front desk staff laughed at anyone who asked for any help. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. A mess. Choose somewhere else.

Manager very rude. Cold water no hot, TV not working, a lot of noise in hallways - slamming doors. Hallways smelled - when booked and I called about Pet friendly was not told of fees until I got there. Would not recommend unless looking for cheap place to stay, expected a bit more from Manager to set example but was wrong.

We contacted the front desk to inform them about the changes in our travel. But despite reassuring us the change was okay, they gave away our room. We had prepaid for the complete booking through Expedia. When we arrived, hotel staff did not offer a refund, or any help making an alternative arrangement. Once the room was paid for, giving the room away is a violation of the contract. I will never stay at Extended Stay again and the staff was unhelpful.

The staff was the most unfriendly and rude people that Ive ever encountered. The Manager was absolutely the worst Screeming at clients - she shoukd be fired immediately. Expedia shoukd delete this hotel from their inventory. Never ever book this hotel.

There were men hanging around outside the hotel. We came back to the hotel after dinner and there were multiple men drinking beer in the parking lot drunk and loud. My sister and I had to call a family member to come out to our car and walk us in with my 5 year old niece because we didn’t feel safe. We contemplated leaving but we couldn’t find another hotel near by. This morning there was a man sleeping in the hallway on our way out. Really awful experience.

Do not stay at this hotel. It's staff is rude. Don't even try to approach the front desk, the attitude just approaching the desk jumps out at you. I canceled the reservation 15 minutes prior to the expiration and the hotel still charged my credit card. Hotels. Com saw the time stamp and told me I didn't hit the cancel button but hit the change button. Well, the site is extremely confusing, not user friendly in purpose just to get the customer to download the app. I didn't download the app, I don't need another useless app on my phone. This fight isn't over. Stay away from this hotel if you have safety and security issues. People lingering in the parking lot tells a story. That was the first indication of uncomfortable feelings. If you have children, even more of a reason not to stay here.

I stayed 5 days for work. After reading the reviews, I have to say the suite I was in was clean and updated. The floor I was on was mostly quiet and I was not bothered by that in the least. Here is what did bother me: as I pulled in one evening, I parked all the way in the back where our rooms were located. I was sitting in my car with the door open, a white van from NY came speeding in, parked all the way in the back; passengers immediately getting out of that van headed to the dumpster and all stood there urinating on it. I was stunned as I sat there waiting for all of them to finish so I could get into the building and to my room. And I did notice how the back entrance was always propped open for people to just walk in. Security was lacking.

The price is great for the area and the suites have plenty of space. You have to request dishes though. There are none in the room. Also the breakfast is non-existent. It's prepackaged muffins and coffee. THATS IT. Muffins tasted old.

Website advertised free breakfast; all that was available for a family of four an hour before the listed breakfast closure were 6 packaged mini-muffins and 4 snack bars.Plus coffee. No bagels, danish, fruit or juices were offered.Thus in my opinion no "breakfast" was provided and the advertising was false.

The Continental Breakfast was a joke. Pre packaged muffins, granola bars and oatmeal. There was no place to sit. For 2 days there wasn't coffee ready at 8 a.m. and they had no cream for the coffee when there was cofffee.
