We just had our second wonderful stay at this hotel. Checking in was smooth and easy, and the staff are so wonderful with our pup! We did run into an issue with our room in that the floor was wet. We did not realize this until we took off our shoes, but the rug was saturated near the outer wall. There has been a lot of significant rain in the area si there may be an issue that management needs to look into. That said, Gavil, who was working the desk, could not have been more proactive and accommodating to us. He immediately got us into another room and was very apologetic about the situation. We are very grateful for his help and his willingness to make our stay the best it could be. Despite this blip, we would be happy to stay here again.

Great parking. Room was almost bare no plastic cups. Tv didn’t work. Beds were not comfortable at all. Breakfast was $39.00 on top of the cost of the room per night. (Over $200.00). Disappointed but needed a place to rest

This hotel was okay, but there were a few maintenance issues that they should fix; the bathroom needs new caulking. Dirty spots on the wall had to keep going back to the help desk to reboot the key card. This happened over 4 times traveling with small children; that was a bit much. Was in the area due to funeral services, so the extra stress was not needed. We picked this hotel because they had a pool and with children, we needed something to do, plus Walmart was down the street.
