Nothing unique, the room was clean and nice size. However, the shower was clearly for one person - furniture is old. We head two nights of someone thumping in the next room, kids yelling and romping , and even blowing the horn of their car at different times. They lock the check-in at night to keep the manager safer, but it is safe as we were told. /The location was the best part - near stores and a Dunkin donut across the street. There were no real amenities at all. In this case, we were visiting family, and this was just a place for us to sleep and shower, and to have a place to go for our own privacy. That it did work for. I would not really go back to this place.

Found unfinished ice cream sundae in the freezer and women’s underwear under a bench. Guests in nearby room were yelling and arguing all night long. No info in room as to TV channels or nearby restaurants. We stayed 4 nights and accommodations were minimal. There was a fridge, microwave, hair dryer and iron.

It's hard to find a reasonably price room in this area of CT but this fit the bill at less than $100 per night. It was clean enough, nothing broken, clean towels and bathroom. The heat worked fine as well as the tv, microwave and fridge. The only thing not OK was the wifi which did go in and out so I lost the streaming on my iPad at times.

I stayed here many years ago and it's nice to see that the building is under new management. Definite improvement to the property and rooms in particular. It was a very nice stay at a great price. Only minus is no breakfast.

Says it offered breakfast with a nights stay - but no. Coffee only served in the reception office that was so strong with incense that we almost couldn't breathe. The room was tidy - not clean and the bed was hard. Not a great hotel but the cheapest in the area.

This is a good value for the money. It was clean, and not outdated. The amenities were a challenge, I had an iron without a board, there is no coffee maker in the room, but a 24 hour Dunkin Donuts across the street. Only 2 towels. But it's a budget inn, so not surprising. Close to Westport Train station.

Sketchy. The room we got had soiled linens and dingy grey towels with stains. The mattress was crazy hard and there was a greasy ottoman that should have been burned..... I kept looking at that thing like, why does that still exist? It was a weird sketchy place with mostly what looked like construction guys..... dude in the office sort of hid huddled in the back. Ice was hidden in a very stabby place in a dark recess behind the hotel.

Hi This was a horrible experience. There were holes in the sheets, hair on the towels and pillows, mildow in the showers. This facility should not have guests. I would like to be compensated. I will send pictures if needed.

The room was large but not clean. The floors were sticky and the bed was itchy so I ended up sleeping, fully clothed, on the bed. Bad smell permeated the room. Don't recommend this place.

My husband and i have stayed at hundreds of hotels/motels and have never not stayed the night at one of the bookings. We walked in to find mold on the air conditioning unit as well as all along the door. Looked to be bug feces on the curtains. We were in the room for less than 5 minutes before checking out. They are also fighting a refund even though i could provide pictures of such filth.

Did not like the condition of the bathroom floor and the area by the sink. A real turn off! Also tricky lighting there ...you had to keep the light on in the bathroom to have a light outside by the sink. The flooring in he main room was nice and the bed was comfortable, but you just got the feeling that someone had not done the best job in vacuuming . Cleanliness is the one thing that I expect when traveling.

The room was disgusting. Sheets were old, thin and dirty. Flour was dirty - your feet were filthy after walking on the floor. Tops of tables had dust & grit on them. Nothing nice to say-

You get what you pay for. The room was very humid, the bathroom, especially the shower, could use with a good scrub down, and there was shouting and music coming from the other rooms all night. Again though, this is definitely one of the cheaper options in the area, so you get what you pay for.

This was obviously a different hotel that has been rebranded or bought and operated privately. The desk clerk seemed indifferent to not only me, but to other guests checking in, as well. Signs in the lobby says it is a “No Smoking” establishment and that there is a $200 charge for smoking in the room. My room smelled like smoke, so I went to the lobby to make sure the desk clerk was aware that the room smelled of smoke upon my arrival. Place needs an overhaul and maintenance done. Maybe some new mattresses and better towels.

I needed a last minute accommodation near Westport and I was able to book this last minute on Expedia. It wasn't anything glamorous but for the price gets the job done, its clean, quiet and in a safe area and lots of amenities walking distance.

Best deal in Norwalk. Doesn't look great on the outside but the rooms are clean and well kept. Towels were the flimsiest I've ever had at a hotel and the TV quality was not great. Other than that, really decent place.

Thin walls, ceiling, and towels. Clean sheets and towels. Fan/blower in ceiling open. Overall felt sketchy - parking tight - and wondered about whether some folks are living there. Old reviews commented on carpeting - my room had LVT. Didn’t sit on couch. Old motel. $130 felt overpriced.

The smoke alarm was chirping in my room when i checked in. They did send a nice handyman to put a battery in and show me where the ice machine was. The desk clerk said they didn't have one. Room was large but needs updating. Lots of traffic in and out of parking lot. I didn't sleep a lot and was worried about my vehicle. I wouldn't stay again.
