Super clean and comfortable. Pool was nice. Roman at the front desk was extremely helpful. Valet parking ($27) was full and the only other option wad $25 self parking, but the garage connected to the hotel and it was still very nice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Liked that they had a Starbucks on site. They also had a lobby bar/restaurant but cannot comment as did not eat there. They had a smaller but nice pool area. Beds were comfortable and internet access was great. Had a pleasant experience and would stay again.

The price is good. But the doorman did not tell me that I could self-park in the same parking structure that he could provide valet parking service. The doorman did not allow me to leave the vehicle outside the door for a few more minutes so I could brought my luggage to my room. In stead I have to leave the luggage in the lobby with my family before I could finish self-parking.

This is a nice Hilton which seems to have gotten a relatively recent facelift. Everything was clean, the staff friendly, but I definitely don't advise staying on the second floor. I'm unfortunately a light sleeper and because the hallway is open down to the lobby and outside the windows are large AC units, it was very difficult to sleep soundly.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at the Hilton went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Everyone we encountered was incredibly accommodating, always smiling, and genuinely friendly. During our stay, we had a minor issue with part of the room. I brought it to their attention, and they responded immediately and professionally. Guest services were amazing but unfortunately one of the Valet team members really brought my experience down from 5 to 3 stars. (That staff member deserves zero starts) First set of valet team members upon checking in was great however when we came back from a long event- my husband asked one of the valet staff (name started with a CH) if we could go to the car and grab something really quick…because he left his glasses in the car earlier and another one of the valet staff said it was ok..the staff whose name started with a CH said “that was them, I can’t let you do that”….and seemed like he didn’t want to be there or help anyone. No eye contact. No hospitality. No reasoning. Didn’t offer any alternate solutions. It’s our car. We pay a service to valet it…I wanted to get my medication that we left in there because we didn’t think valet would be LESS convenient than parking it ourselves. So…..we honestly decided that the hotel wasn’t worth our time. We just checked out the same night and went elsewhere. Didn’t ask for a refund, didn’t really say anything about it when I was there but it felt like after a long day worth of traveling over 100 miles to reach my destination….it was like they were holding my belongings hostage unless we want to go through the whole process of getting our valet ticket…having them bring out the car…..just so I can grab medication. Do they think that by doing this, they will get more $$$ in tips? I’ll stay at the Hyatt next time!

This is the WORST Hilton front desk service I've ever encountered in my whole life when staying among the Hilton hotels, Even I can feel a kind of discrimination, the male front desk server. NO greeting, NO saying " welcome to Hilton, how's your day?", NOT At all, it's such a terrible to meet such front desk guy after a long and tired trip to this hotel, Never expected such bad service in Pasadena, Parking not clarify should be Valets , and I pay every time, when in-and-out from their 3rd party parking behind ( but that's a sign is Hilton parking lot !!!), This Hotel facility is excellent like other Hilton, BUT NOT this front desk guys, both checking in and checking out , NOT Recommend !

Macai was great! He helped us before we came by adjusting our stay with no fees. He then helped with ensuring our room was ready when we called to say we were arriving late. Then he helped us check in and gave us waters at the desk. Such hospitality! Our room was great, away from the noise and very clean. We were very comfortable there and had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay there again!

Staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Clearly they are very customer-friendly and focused. In my experience, this is indicative of a thorough employee training and orientation to the hotel’s values. My few requests were delivered to my room promptly, and always with a smile. Recomendation: Use valet parking ($17 per day.) Self parking $25 per day difficult to find, and a fairly long, circuitous walk to the hotel lobby. My room was larger than average, which was a real treat. The entire hotel was clean and in working order in good working condition. One issue: the room temperature was a bit chilly, and trying to adjust the temperature was an exercise in futility. I was surprised to find that there were no towel racks to hang wet towels in the bathroom. I don’t believe that there was room service/in-room dining available. The staff made my stay enjoyable.

What a wonderful stay in beautiful Pasadena downtown. I enjoyed walking to restaurants and the Rose Bowl (2 mi). The best part of the stay was the privilege of playing the lovely grand piano in the lobby of the conference rooms.

Very nice hotel in a nice part of Pasadena. The staff was warm and attentive. I had some business to handle when I stayed there and they were very helpful in allowing me to print documents. etc. The restaurant was good and open for the better part of the day and evening.

good hotel and good services but a few confusions. Parking is not free, it's $30 a day plus tipping for the valet. The valet did a great job -- no complaints on the valet whatsoever but really disappointed with the overselling on the reservation website. Also, breakfast is not included even though it stated it's included on the website.
